We thoroughly loved our stay in this pretty, immaculate condo situated steps from the ocean! Great location! It is small but comfortable and very well equipped. This is a quiet unit with incredible views and a lovely lanai! The common grounds at Pohailani across the road are beautiful. We especially enjoyed watching green sea turtles dine on the buffet covering the rocks at the base of the low sea wall.. And being completely soothed and calmed by the sound of the waves hitting the shore. We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

My partner and I got away to Maui for just 5 days for a mini honeymoon. This rental was perfect in the sense that it was private and relaxing. It’s the same size as a standard hotel room but has a little kitchen for breakie or lunch. They have some beach equipment and picnic coolers, but we didn’t use them - nice touch though! We were impressed that your patio is right in front of the Seawall and I sat out to have coffee every morning spotting sea turtles. We didn’t rent a car and just ubered - this was a bit annoying and probably not our best money saving tip. Maui is just generally spread out so probably a good idea for the future - especially staying up here away from the main hotels and crowds. Overall I enjoyed my experience.

So many turtles sampling the "salad bar" on the seawall right outside our door. It was a magical experience.

My husband and I stayed here during part of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. What an incredible spot!! The sunset is literally centered with the lanai so you get front row seats. The sea turtles swim right by you in the water below the ledge. There's a secret beach a few blocks away that is beautiful and secluded. The sushi spot down the street (miso phat) is the most amazing sushi I've ever had in my life. This apartment is perfect for a couple. Maybe even a couple with 1 child since it has a pull out. Over all... loved it!

I loved the location of this, we saw so many whales and turtles, and amazing sunsets. We did most of our cooking and I was very surprised at all of the kitchen supplies. I wanted the experience of hearing the waves, and having an incredible view, and this place checked every box. Truly a fantastic experience and great place to stay. Would love to return again! We did go out for dinner one night and walked to the Maui Brewing Company, which was great to be so close to!

This condo is an excellent value! We spent every morning & evening on the lanai watching the whales & turtles. Perfect location to see the Maui sunsets. The condo is compact but plenty of space for 2 people. The Napili Market is close for convenience in grocery shopping. There are small cockroaches but this is Hawaii so to be expected-we got some traps & some scents they don’t like plus cleaning & daily garbage removal took care of them. The location is close to excellent beaches & the pool is great to return to at end of beach day. We highly recommend this condo!

Cockroach infested condo. Contacted management. We were there for 17 nights & no one even tried to treat the roaches! We know there are bugs but this was terrible. Cockroach feces in all the cupboards. Slept with light on so they wouldn’t run all over the place.

This place is as beautiful in person as the pictures show. The location is great and you truly have everything you need to have a great stay. The views are incredible, especially the sunsets! The only negative comment I have is the large amount of bugs in the kitchen. We had to wash everything that we needed to use and that was an inconvenience. The rest of the condo was very clean.

It is beautiful so beautiful, ocean out the door and condo very efficiently supplied. Except no dish soap or hand soap. Did not like the pool area. But who cares when ocean out your door. Just beautiful.

We wanted to love this place after seeing the pictures, but we were ready to leave as soon as we saw the first cockroach. We found the second cockroach inside the dishwasher. This place was a bit of a splurge for our budget, but it is NOT worth the price, the cockroaches being only one of several issues we had. The A/C is right next to the bed and if you're a light sleeper, you may have difficulty falling asleep. This unit is a short distance from the ocean, which sounds lovely, but what you hear when you're trying to sleep are waves loudly crashing into the wall, not waves gently breaking onto the shore. This wouldn't have been an issue had the windows closed properly, but because they close only by shutter, you can hear everything going on outside. Other issues include the ants we found in the kitchen and the noisy refrigerator cycling. Also, when I booked this place, I messaged the owners and requested beach towels, but never received a response. We will not be returning.

Amazing location, ran a few miles around the area every morning, had coffee watching turtles come up to the rocks, we think we saw whales before sunset... had dinner and drinks on the patio and lived like a local... WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. Hope to be back soon!

Great little place right on the water. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean and had breakfast on the lanai while watching whales! This unit was very clean and well set up. I do agree that it would be crowded with 4 people. But we were only 2. Also, while the place was generally well stocked, there was no shampoo (wish I would have known before arriving). And, a few times the power went out; it would have been nice to have flashlights handy. Overall, I would recommend this place. It served our needs well.

Everything was ok except I feel that the place was alot smaller than the pictures made it look. There was no way four adults could have stayed there comfortably. Also some of the permanent residents were rather rude. But the weather was great and the sunsets beautiful.

We ultimately enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice, location was excellent, and management done a great job helping us when we locked ourselves out of the condo. The construction next door was a little annoying. They seemed to start around 730 each morning and ended around 3 or so. We did get an email explaining there would be construction in the area but by that time it was too late to change our reservations. We saw turtles daily outside the patio, feeding on the rocks in the ocean. That was really cool! We love Maui and can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed the condo, the location, the layout and access to a full kitchen and supplies. The onsite bbq was a bonus. And the sunsets were breathtaking. Often in these situations you'd find some supplies left from past guests, including pepper or butter. Not in this case, you need to bring or buy everything. I would have given 5stars except people would often walk in front of the patio and sit directly outside on the cement wall, drinking, smoking and talking away during mornings and evenings. We often had to keep the blinds close, losing the beautiful views. All-in-all it's a nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

Fabulous view and close to the water. Quarters were a little small for 2 people. Quiet neighborhood. With 12 units,very little neighbor noise. We saw crabs and whales. On the downside. The levered door and window would make breaking into the unit very easy. Having to take laundry across the street was inconvienant. Probaby the most annoying was the abundance of little black bugs all over the unit. For the age of the unit, it was in good shape and set up cute.

We had a wonderful time in the condo! Listening to the waves every night was amazing! Very calming after a day out. Location was awesome, you are near everything! I would recommend to everyone! We are a family of 4 with a lil one and he even loved it. The sea wall was high enough we didnt have to worry.

the apartment is indeed as close to the ocean as shown in the pictures. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing against the wall was incredible. The daily visit of that sea turtle family was an extra treat.

Excellent value for cost - cozy but had everything we needed. The location was extremely convenient to access beaches, restaurants and sightseeing activities. The lanai actually was only 15 feet from the ocean - perfect for sipping on a gin and tonic every evening at sunset. Chase ‘n Rainbows as a property management company was amazingly responsive to all our requests (we reported the microwave wasn’t working when we arrived and they replaced it within hours). The complementary maid service in the middle of our stay was a pleasant bonus. We would definitely recommend this condo as well as this property management company.

We loved staying here for our wedding, honeymoon and babymoon! The place was clean and decorated in a very cute beach theme. I was very grateful that the sheets and towels didn't smell of chemicals at all. We loved falling asleep to the waves crashing outside of our place and waking in the mornings to watch the sea turtles feed near the rocks.

March 8-24/2016 We loved this place in Kahana-so close to the ocean, wavers up so close we felt the splash inside! We watched the turtles swim by the and of course the whales. The winds were strong most of our time here so world class wind and kite surfers entertained us. We got to see a lot of this island renting a car for the week, then by Maui bus we enjoyed the easy less stressful way of traveling, also meeting the travelers on the bus. We walked to the Farmer’s Market whenever we needed fresh fruit & veggies, bagels, etc. Our neighbors brought us fresh fish to cook at least 3 times! Being our first time to Hawaii, I think I picked the best place ever! Thank you for the use of your place. Judy and John.
