The complex is great: small, gated community, well-maintained, beautiful landscaping and nice pool. The condo itself was nice and the 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms accommodated 3 couples. However, the downstairs shower leaked after every shower. We had to replace the batteries for the living room ceiling fan to work. Never got the TV to work.

Pros: nice quiet place, gated community, lovely pool area Cons: pool had a locked gate which was a pain if our group split with the key, the house itself was in a poor state of repair with quite a few things going wrong during our stay. It feels like there is a lot of rotten wood around including the steps to the property (one of which dislodged exposing nails when I was walking up with suitcases), the downstairs shower leaked with water all over the floor, the door where the pool towels are fell off when I opened it, the batteries for the a/c unit failed causing it to stay on to 60 degrees (freezing), the upstairs balcony looked like it was coming away from the support (we didn’t use it), some of the ceiling fans didn’t work - those that did work couldn’t be turned off (again it was cold at night) and I couldn’t get the tv to work. I did raise these issues with the agent and they did send a guy to fix the outside step (which was the most dangerous item) but none of the other faults were addressed during our stay nor did they acknowledge them. The place is lovely but really does need some serious structural renovation work and a bit more attention to detail.

Great place super close to everything

Gate code changed but not notified had to wait for someone to come along to get in. Mold in downstairs shower area. Floor felt spongy

The house was clean but there were several issues that I had to report and some that didn’t get resolved. The downstairs shower door doesn’t seal so it flooded the bathroom floor on our first night and we had to use 4 towels to soak up the water. This is clearly an ongoing issue because the bathroom floor was spongy. The commode in one of the upstairs bathrooms wouldn’t refill the bowl and flush. Maintenance had to come out and fix it. We couldn’t get the lights to work in dining room and living room. I reported it the first night and someone came to the house when we were out and took the battery out of the bedroom on 1st floor, so that light wasn’t working. I kept reporting the issues and all I’d get in return was “sorry for your experience”. Also, the gate code was changed mid-week and we were stuck outside the gate until someone walked by and told us the new code. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Great rental and location. We enjoyed the pool as well. Only thing I would add is that the room with the double beds did not have a tv. Not a big deal but it’s nice to wind down in your room with the tv on at the end of the day.

Very clean. Good size for a family with older kids who want their own space. We enjoyed reading and drinking coffee on the porches.

Cute house in quiet neighborhood. Clean, spacious.
