The location couldn’t be better. Easy checkin, great house.

This is a magical spot with an unbeatable view. If you like quiet, which we do, this is your place. We found the supermarket (very close by) surprisingly well stocked, and lots of fun restaurants and take out places. The house is very well stocked. We rented our golf cart from the caretakers, Johnny & Nancy Underwood, who arranged for airport transfer & met us at the dock and that worked out beautifully.

The house inside is good but the view was just unbelievable. We had daily happy hour and if it wasnt too hot or stormy we were on that deck. I'd imagine in January or March it is delightful to spend 100% of your time out there. We invited local friends over to enjoy a drink with us as well. We just love the island, the people of Spanish Wells, and everything about it!!! Coming back soon. The underwoods are lovely managers and also did a great job ensuring my son got the tv working. He is Autistic and needs his shows to feel "at home". So I appreciate them. Also parking and getting out was a little challenging and I've been driving buggies on the island a while. Also if a local friend comes to visit you with a car, they will A- likely not know where the house is ;) and B- have a hard time parking, so you'll want to figure that out if you have any local friends visiting you. Not a problem at all. It just made me laugh. Hope you have as much fun as we did :)

We found our tropical version of our yearly NE beach tradition. This place is magical and we will surely be back. House offered everything we needed. Perfect for our 2 families with young children. Easy access to the beach with shallow water made for hours of fun and sun.

We had a Nana, 3 Moms and 3 high school grads staying at Kiss A Fish for a week as graduation gifts. The house was exactly as advertised. The view was unbeatable and the beach was beautiful. There were very few other people on the beach so we felt like it was ours!!! The entire area of Spanish Wells was the friendliest place I’ve ever been and I’m from the South! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a very relaxed vacation. The food at Buddha’s and Sandbar was top notch and Papa Scoops is a must every night!!! We hope to be back for another stay at Kiss A Fish!!!

This was our second stay at Kissafish and it was wonderful. The home is clean and has a nice open footprint inside that is great for families. The upper loft is perfect for a couple of young adults that were in our small group. The deck is large with wonderful views of the beach and sandbar area. Spanish Wells is ideal for families including those with college-age members like ours. There are a few excellent restaurant/bars but the vibe in SW is laid back, and friendly w/o the party scene.

We absolutely loved staying at Kiss A Fish! From the breathtaking views, to the super cute decor, to the comfortable furniture/beds and well-appointed home, we can't say enough about how wonderful this home is. The location is absolutely perfect--there were very few people on the beach, and often we had the entire enormous beach to ourselves. We loved taking the kayak out on the water. The owner is responsive and very easy to work with, and the caretakers, Johnny and Nancy, are super nice and very helpful people. They arranged for our airport/taxi/ferry transfers and our rented golf cart to get around the island which made everything so easy as we didn't have to worry about transportation. Spanish Wells is a beautiful island with friendly people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and when we (hopefully!) return, we will definitely stay in Kiss A Fish again! 10/10 and 5 Stars all-around!!

Great location and comfortable home.

Great location for a fun family gathering. Easy access to the beautiful beach and had kayaks and beach toys to use. We loved just hanging out on the porch and enjoying the view. The house is very comfortable, has some kids games and has a well supplied kitchen. It is a bit well used and could use some TLC, windows didn’t all open and some missing screens, but it was still a wonderful spot for our family gathering.

This house is in the perfect location with the most amazing views. We walked every inch of Spanish Wells and found no other place as lovely and private as Kiss A Fish! We have traveled throughout the Caribbean and by far Spanish Wells is our favorite so far! The house is located right on the beach and the pictures, while beautiful do not do justice to the amazing views of the sunrise and the sandbar. If beach location is important to you like it was us, there is no better home on all of Spanish Wells...in our opinion of course. Many of the houses on the ocean front had no beach once the tide would rise, but Kiss A Fish always had a sunny powder white beach to relax on! The huge deck made for fabulous star gazing and watching the cruise ships roll by way out at sea. The people were amazingly kind, Johnny and his wife helped us with every aspect of our visit and made us feel so welcome. We cannot wait to return next year and soak up the amazing views, relaxing beaches and peaceful place of Spanish Wells!

First of all let me say, I absolutely adore Spanish wells. It is a small quiet island that makes you relax and enjoy your vacation. This house is located in the best location on the island. It has the most gorgeous beach with soft white sand. The water is crystal clear blue and you can walk out forever since the water is usually shallow. There is a sandbar that shows up majority of the day right out front. You can enjoy strolling on the sandbar and find starfish, conch, seashells, and sand dollars. It is also cool to go over around the bend of the island and swim by the bridge. We like snorkeling under the bridge because you can lots of fish and even stingrays there. We also love driving over to Russell island on golf kart and going to the sandbar! We especially love Spanish wells for the fishing. We take the kayaks out and fish right out in the ocean in front of house and catch lots of fish. We also always do a charter day with Underwood charters and catch a ton of fish. We end up eating fish all week while we are there. We couldn’t get our own lobster this time because the wind and tides were too crazy to dive, so we found a local fisherman snd bought some lobster off of him and made meals with that as well! We love eating at the Shipyard and loves getting drinks Wreckers. Now back to the house and owner…Shanaz the owner is great. Very responsive, accommodating and generous. We had issues with the water and Shanaz went above and beyond to help us! The house is decorated so adorable and the loft with kid nooks is very neat. The house is situated so that all you see is ocean for miles. You get a view from all windows and the patio is enormous and awesome to hang out on overlooking it all. You can hear the waves crashing all day and night! We just loved it all!

I have stayed at this property twice and absolutely love this spot! The location is the best and the views are amazing. I highly recommend renting as it is ideal for families.

The views, the weather, everything was great

This was our first trip to Spanish Wells and we'll definitely be back! Four families rented 4 different homes on the island and this one stood out as many in our group's favorite. (It was definitely ours!) Wonderful, open living spaces; positioned above the dunes for great views; and well thought out for families. (Three of our kids shared the upstairs bedroom and they LOVED the nooks!) There was a really nice breeze all week while we were there and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting on the porch or opening the windows and enjoying the great indoor/outdoor space. Great communication from the owners and Johnny, and we really enjoyed and appreciated Johnny's suggestions for things to do/things to see/etc. One of our favorite vacations in a long time.....and we've done quite a bit of traveling!

The kitchen was well equipped and the grocery store was very close by. We made good use of the floats and kayak. If there were rain showers we could still sit outside on the partially covered porch. Very easy walk to the beach and sand bar and an easy beach to exercise on. Overall we would highly recommend this property and the nice people that maintain it!

The property is located at the end of drive, providing a great deal of privacy and easy access to the beach. It has a very comfortable layout with a large partially covered deck facing the ocean. Loved it and didn't want to leave.
