We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and convenient. Would highly recommend and will stay there again.

This was our family's first time using VRBO and it was above and beyond expectations. Lynn's home was everything our family wanted. The home decor was so beautiful, the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I need to find out where Lynn bought her comforter because I want them for my home! The hot tub and cocktail arcade game created many memories for our kids age 12-22. The first thing our 20 something's did when they got in the house was put together a puzzle Lynn had set out on the entertainment center. The house is in a perfect location between Winter Park and Grand Lake. I have to mention the Monarch Lake Trail. It was our family's first mountain trail and it was picture perfect! I believe we took 200 pictures over the 4 mile hike! The trail from Fraser to Winter Park was a nice walk for my Husband and I as well. We are so grateful and truely enjoyed staying in the home Lynn has created for guests and hope to be able to visit again in the near future!

We enjoyed our stay so much and the layout of the house was wonderful. Kitchen gadgets were plentiful! Beds were so comfy! Bathrooms stocked! Hot tub & gaming table was so fun! Felt like home away from home:)

This property is absolutely beautiful. The owner thought of everything. We could have shown up with only our clothes and had everything we needed. The home is very spacious and welcoming. The hot tub was a nice extra at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

From check in to check out we couldn’t have been more pleased with this house. The kitchen was very well stocked. Much attention was given to detail from comfortable beds to toys for children. I would highly recommend this home for families

This house is beautiful and has everything you need. We enjoyed it as a home base for skiing, snow shoeing and sledding. The best part is the huge bedrooms and separate TVs for everyone, all kids were happy! The hot tub was wonderful after playing in the snow all day. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great stay at this property. Location is perfect for a visit to Winter Park. Just a few minutes to the resort, restaurants, grocery store and the Fraser Tubing Hill. This place is stocked with all the little things you usually forget or don't want to buy for a short stay. Super clean and comfortable. Star gazing in the hot tub after a day on the slopes was amazing. Heated garage big enough for a full size SUV. We are ready to come back again.

Beautiful home and well appointed. The kitchen was even well stocked with many essentials which made the stay more enjoyable. Great layout and well furnished.

This property had everything you’d need! The manager was extremely responsive and helpful which can be a rarity with some rentals.

We had 10 people stay at this house. Had a great time! Great location for skiing. We ended up just driving our own cars so did not use the shuttle. Everyone had a bed which was nice:). Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was very well stocked....maybe just need a few more coffee mugs:) The beds were very comfortable. The fire was an added bonus because you just flip a switch and it’s on! The owner Lynn was great and always responded very quickly to my emails and questions. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come again!

This property was amazing! Very impressed with how clean everything was and how little we needed to bring. I like to be prepared and tend to bring all of my own things for the kitchen, bathroom, etc., but this house truly had it all. There was plenty of space for 4 couples + 1. The bar is a great addition! The hot tub was immaculate. Very easy to manage the neighborhood and neighboring town.

This property worked perfectly for our group of multiple families skiing at winter park. Very clean, well furnished, great communication from the property manager. The arcade game was a huge hit with the kids in our group! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location for three couples plus a few more! Three bedroom, 31/2 bath home with all the amenities (hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, etc.). Property contact was very responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Would highly recommend and/or use again in the future when in the area.

The stay was amazing! House was in great shape and perfect for large groups. All of the amenities were more than accommodating. We had nine adults and were able to fit everyone well. Perfect for family or friend trips. Extremely close to anything in town that you would ever need, and the neighbors are equally as nice. The owner was extremely responsive and did everything to make sure that our stay was perfect. We could not have asked for a better stay in Winter Park.

Seriously the most stocked house we have ever stayed in! Spacious and owners quick to respond ! I would give a 10+ if I could- we had a wonderful experience.

Amazing property for our Winter ski vacation. You can't think of anything that wasn't at your fingertips to make your trip a success. Lynn thought of everything. She supplied anything and everything you need from cooking and every kitchen appliances imaginable, cleaning supplies, toiletries, bbq equipment including butane, jacuzzi supplies and towels, sledding items, personal cozy comfy snuggle blankets, cooking food supplies. Pantry items galore. She thought of everything. We will definitely rent again if we go back to Winter Park. The enclosed floor warmed garage and indoor house floors kept us warm. A choice you won't forget anytime soon to make a memorable vacation for your family. A definite yes on this very clean rental.

I hosted my family from Wisconsin for a holiday ski trip, and needed a place with very nice common spaces. This property really stood out with its modern kitchen, high-ceiling living room, and plentiful seating. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. I was particularly thrilled that both of the main bedrooms had king beds with their own bathrooms. The listing actually led me to expect only one king room, so it was fantastic for the two couples on the trip and we didn't have to flip a coin. There were more "extras" than you would normally expect from a rent-by-owner experience, including lovely decor/treats for the holidays. Everything worked perfectly, and was immaculately maintained. With downhill and cross-country skiers in the mix, the location between Winter Park and SMR/Devils Thumb was perfect. Thanks much to Lynn for making sure that our holiday week was memorable!

We had two families at that house with 8 people total and there was more than enough room. The house is very well appointed and has every possible amenity you could want. Very comfortable and a great place to retreat to after a day on the slopes (hot tub!!). The location is convenient and allowed for several easy activities with our little ones including tubing, bowling and of course skiing. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was great! Plenty of room for six adults and two little ones. The hot tub was awesome, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the heated garage was great. Couldn't get a better retreat in the mountains. Great stay!

House itself was excellent! Great location, convenient to activities in winter park! The house seems brand new and is very well furnished and accommodating. They had everything we could have needed during our stay. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future! Only downside is the damage / security deposit policy on this house was a bit ridiculous. Paying a $300 refundable damage deposit, okay. But beyond that, having to either pay a non refundable $79 to have a VRBO insurance policy, or pay an additional $3,000 damage deposit seems a bit excessive.

Our weekend stay at this Home was nothing short of amazing! Modern home with the latest appliances, fully furnished, spacious, and clean. This homes location is close to the main strip of activities of the town, and ski resort. The home felt Family friendly and cozy, while also showacasing a luxurious feel. Owners were great to work with and very accommodating to anything we needed. I recommend this home to stay for various different activities with; families, friends, partners, girls weekend, and or guys weekend.

I hate to give this place the amazing praise it deserves as I want it to stay a hidden gem. Great new home that was perfect for our two families, eight total. The pictures are great but don’t even do it justice. You are getting your money’s worth on this rental. Every apppliance you could imagine in the kitchen. New everything. Clean simple decor. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Huge hot tub has Bluetooth speakers. I cannot think a property offering more for the money. We will be back many times. Thank you for the great experience.

We had the pleasure of spending the weekend in Winter Park/Fraser, Colorado at the residence of Howard's and the Smith's. We stayed there for 2 days and had a quiet and peaceful time, It was a beautiful area with scenery and mountain vistas. The home was exceptional with 3 bedrooms and each had a bathroom and a 1/12 bathroom down stair. The kitchen was huge, had everything you need, the seating was enough for 12 persons, has a stackables washer and dryer. Had plenty of towels and all the amenities just like home. Heated floors through out the house and even the garage, how awesome is that!!!! The house was so close to shopping, hiking trails and bike trails. We could hear and see the Winter Park train, which will be an idea to take in the winter. We also had the pleasure to go into Winter Park to ride the famous Alpine Slide and do a little putt putt. Great place for the kiddos. We look forward to spending more time there in the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains... Michael and Frances
