Our stay at Grand Caribe was amazing. From the views, the food, the water, the staff and the unit we stayed in you name it was all amazing and made for a wonderful trip! F9 is a beautiful unit that fit our family perfectly. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. We are already planing for next year!

Property was perfect. Clean, comfortable, very nicely furnished. We have stayed at other units in the Grand Caribe resort and this was our favorite. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Location is supreme for the views and ease of access to our golf cart. We love the amenities at grand caribe and the staff is superior.

Our unit at Grand Caribe was very nice. Resort staff was attentive. Housekeeping was phenomenal. The location on the island was perfect. Great vacation with the family.

A great resort will everything you need. The food and drinks were amazing, paddle boarding on crystal blue water can't be beat. Staff extremely friendly.

Had a tremendous stay at Grand Caribe - great staff and property. Couldn't be happier. Well stocked unit and if you wanted to cook some of your meals - everything is there for you. Essentially an onsite grocery store that was easy to frequent. Two great restaurants on site as well. Pool and the swim up bar had a friendly staff as well. We have stayed at this location a few times and this is best unit that we have stayed at. Great ocean views. Owner was easy to communicate and very accommodating.

Our group of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Caribe Belize (unit F9). The location was beautiful and the condo was attractive and comfortable, with plenty of room. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The housekeepers did a great job and were able to run a couple of loads of laundry for us. The concierge lined up diving, snorkeling and fishing trips, all of which were great fun and ran on schedule. Also enjoyed the spa services! The pool and beach were lovely and got plenty of use, as did the condo’s balcony. There were some good restaurants nearby, including Rain, Aji and The Truck Stop, so we never tried any of the options in San Pedro. The Beach Basket, a small store onsite, was very handy. Would love to come back!

This property was picture perfect with every amenity you could ask. We ate, drank, swam, kayaked, and booked excursions through Grand Caribe and nothing disappointed. The maid service was beyond and everyone was so very kind. The property owner was great at corresponding and the unit was well stocked and beautifully designed. We would definitely stay here again and again.

This property was really nice and accommodations were perfect for our group. The resort staff was very helpful and accomodating. Unfortunately, the time of year to visit was not the best as it was hurricane season and rained each day. While the rain was not the problem because it was only showers, the Mosquitos after the rain were HORRIBLE even with the use of bug repellant. It was very difficult to enjoy the grounds of property because the Mosquitos were so bad. In fact there was a wedding the same weekend we were there and an entire wedding party stayed at this resort and no one was in the pool or out enjoying the views, beach,swim up bar, hot tub etc because the Mosquitos were so bad. We were not aware this would be a problem this time of year. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay for 7 days. The location of this property is in my opinion one of the best on the island. Quiet enough for relaxation but super easy and quick to head out to all the restaurants and pubs. Our teenagers enjoyed taking the kayaks out to snorkel at the reef and all of the pools. Inside the kitchen had everything we needed and more and was so clean. We would love to come back!!

What a great trip. I have been to Belize and stayed at Grand Caribe every time but first time in this room. The room was everything! It was 5 of us and everyone had their own space! My Husband and I had the bedroom upstairs. My Husband’s brother (52) was in the balcony room on main floor and my sons (14/11) had the double bed room. Also, Linda answered all my questions prior to arriving in a timely manner so I was well prepared.

Our experience at Grand Caribe was amazing. The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the ability to enjoy the comforts of a resort (pools, bars, laundry service, concierge, etc) while also being able to experience everything San Pedro has to offer. We will be back!

This location was perfect and a quick golf cart ride into town. San Pedro offers some of the most amazing cuisine. The clear blue waters on the island are unrivaled. The staff at the resort went above and beyond to provide any assistance or recommendations. The condo itself was spacious and well decorated. We will be back soon.

We had an amazing time at Grand Caribe. The booking process through check out was wonderfully easy, the property was incredibly beautiful, and the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We have stayed on Ambergris Caye before, but would love to stay at Grand Caribe again. The condo was huge and in a good location to get to the pool. There are lots of buildings, but it never felt crowded. We recommend the laundry service too. It was tears to come home with clean clothes!

The place was just as the pictures. It is on top floor so be prepared for stairs. Whole resort was beautifully landscaped and very clean. We ate at the pool bar and also Rain. It was all really good along with drinks at the swim up bar. We rented a golf cart from the resort which was super easy. They came and cleaned/made beds everyday we were there. You cannot go snorkel the reef from the hotel which I had thought you could. They don’t allow you to go past the bouys so not much to see. You can paddle board and kayak around but not far. You could have cooked however we went out to all the local places to eat. All in all a great place to stay when coming to Ambergris Cay.

Have been to Ambergris Caye a number of times and stayed at different places. Grand Caribe easy to get to and has all the amenities. The condo was impeccably clean. They have complimentary laundry service daily which was AMAZING! Would recommend without reservation!

The condo was as pictured and even better in person! Very clean, well stocked and close to several restaurants. The resort was very nice but the staff made it even better. Very attentive and quick to help with anything you might need. We felt very safe in the area! Would highly recommend and would stay again!!

I have so many positive things to say about this condo and Grand Caribe as a whole. The condo is comfortable and well appointed with beautiful views of the pool and water beyond. It was amazing to have the unit tidied every day and laundry washed and folded. What a treat for this mom! The Grand Caribe is perfectly placed between Secret Beach and San Pedro town. There were many great places to eat within walking distance. The kids loved Truck Stop and we all enjoyed the gorgeous setting at Akbol for breakfast and Aji for dinner, both of which are waterfront, toes-in-the-sand dining. The staff at Grand Caribe are second to none. They went above and beyond to meet our every need. When I inquired about where I could buy a bottle of aloe nearby they went so far as to have someone from the grounds crew cut some fresh aloe plant which we chilled in the fridge and used to soothe sunburned shoulders. They found ear drops to treat my son’s swimmer’s ear when the on-site pharmacy was closed for a holiday. The tours they booked on our behalf were fantastic. We highly recommend Tuff e Nuff guide Pepper for a snorkeling/boating day. He was knowledgeable and so much fun. We would absolutely stay at this resort again and would recommend it to anyone visiting San Pedro.

We had the best spring break and this property and ease of planning everything was superior. We had airport pick up, golf cart and snorkel tour all set prior to arrival. Pro tip- find the shady pool in the morning to save the kids skin. A variety of pools so almost always had one to ourselves in the morning. For dinner don’t miss Calientes in San Pedro. So good! Condo spacious enough for large family and beautiful views right from bed! Kitchen complete so you can eat at home too!

The place is exactly as the pictures say! So spacious and well appointed! You can eat in and feel at home or use it as a home base with just the necessities because San Pedro has so much to offer! The location is just out of the hustle and bustle but easy to get into town or over to Secret Beach (takes about 30 minutes via golf cart due to the roads and distance) and we loved that! The resort is beautiful and wonderful for booking all of the excursions with local guides. They found a fishing charter for our party last minute and it was amazing with Captain Mike and Rochelle. They were able to happily locate my husband's lost bag and arrange for it to be delivered from Belize City the next day. I cannot say enough good things about the condo or the resort. If you want quaint this is not the place for you. If you want all the comforts of home with resort amenities, book it now!

We rented a 3 bedroom condo for a week with 2 other couples. Beautiful facilities with friendly staff. Lots of room and privacy. We loved our stay and plan to come back.

This place is amazing. It is great for people of all ages even my toddlers loved it. Super clean and outstanding amenities. All communication was easy and checking in and out was a breeze! Would 10/10 recommend it to anyone and definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay in San Pedro. This was our family’s second trip to the island, and we really liked the more laid back and less crowded north end. The condo was fabulous. Very relaxing and plenty of room for the 3 adults and 4 children in our group. The kids especially loved the 6 pools to choose from. The daily housekeeping and free laundry service was a huge bonus. The kitchen was excellently equipped. We cooked every breakfast and two dinners in the condo. And the blender was key for those afternoon adult frozen concoctions. We have started to come to San Pedro for the fishing and snorkeling and will make this an annual trip. Check out Seakarus Tours. We have fished with them multiple times, and they can pick you up at Grand Caribe’s dock! Thanks again to Linda and her fabulous condo. We will be back next year!

Wonderful place to stay for three teens and mom and dad. Loved the swim up bar and pool, gorgeous ocean views and access to dock with paddle boards and kayaks. Super convenient for being picked up for water trips- snorkeling and fishing.
