We needed a place to sleep and get ready for a wedding and this was perfect. Our dog loved the large yard to explore.

The place looks just like the pictures. You walk in and everything was clean and smelt great. And the veiws outside were beautiful. I was there mainly to go fishing, but i really enjoyed my stay.

Nice quiet place to stay and relax. Nice view out into God’s creation. Not fancy, but very adequate. Refreshing.

We always come here as it is just far away enough without an excessive drive. The fact we can bring our dogs is a big plus. Perfect size and location for restaurants yet away from traffic. This is our 4th year. Looking forward to many more.

cozy cottage has a great view from the deck and lots of land to walk all around with my dog. Had what we needed to cook our meals. Had my coffee out on deck in morning and loved the peace & quiet and listening to nature. Not sure if owner is aware of the sofabed mattress...Its nothing but springs. No material or cushioning or padding....a new innerspring mattress for the sofabed would add value and more guests can sleep in real comfort. we enjoyed our time there.

The cottage was very clean and smelled amazing when we showed up. Check in was easy and quick. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we loved drinking our coffee on the balcony in the morning. 10/10, would stay there again.

This was my second stay at the cottage. I was fortunate enough to add another day this time. Everything was just as clean and nice as last time. You are less than 10 minutes from multiple trailheads, the mountain bike skills center, and Seven Points. Less than 15 minutes to walmart, groceries, and restaurants. 20 minutes to 1000 Steps. Just step out the door for great views. If you want close access to everything outdoors, without the hassles of camping, this is your place. Enjoy the outdoors then relax with AC , heat, WiFi, and cable TV. Cook dinner with the conveniences of home, and wake up with hot pot of coffee. I'm still hoping to someday get my whole family to the area and try the larger rental house. Until then the cottage has been perfect. Thanks.

Nice cottage, well taken care of. The sleeper sofa and recliner are in need of an upgrade. Cushions on both lost their support. We thought having screens in the front and back doors would have been a bonus, not being able to let fresh air through the place took away from enjoying the Fall air. Also going with one plug in air freshener would have sufficed. There were two plugged in and with no screens and being a smaller structure, the scent was overpowering and irritating to breath. Quiet and private, overall very pleased. Thank you to the hosts!

The cozy country cottage was just that - cozy. The accommodations are very basic, but very clean and the cabin's proximity to the Raystown area make it a great place to relax when you're not at the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! I was super happy with the amenities. The cottage was clean, warm enough at night, cool enough during the day, and very comfortable and spacious for how small it looks from the outside! Also, the bed was super comfortable. Thanks so much!

Perfect size place for a few people. Absolutely beautiful location, short distance to town and short distance to Raystown. I have stayed in many rentals and this place was the cleanest place i have have ever stayed! Plus for those that have a hard time navigating steps. This is the place to stay, one step in and let the relaxation start on the back deck. Plus i came home with a few delicious apples from right there on their property. Yes i got permission! I will definitely be reserving this location again. PS bed was very comfortable. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!!!

We have stayed here many times. The cottage is kept clean, it is comfortable and well stocked. We saw plenty of birds and a few deer in the large yard. We come to this area to enjoy Raystown Lake and this cottage is a perfect place for us to stay.

This cottage was the perfect getaway for me and my fur babies. Has everything one would need for a long weekend. It was quite and peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck and lighting fire in the evening down below in the fire pit. Super close to the lake. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this cabin 2 years in a row. It is truly a sweet little cabin. It is clean , with plenty of room for your stuff. The bed was comfortable and big. Everything worked just great. There is a nice big deck out back. The only thing is that in the bathroom, there isn't much places to put your make-up, etc. If they would put shelving over the toilet (which we have here at home) it would make it nice to put your stuff on it.

Close to Seven Points Marina with a private and quite location. Great little getaway spot for 2.

This property is very well maintained. The views in the area are spectacular. If you love the outdoors and nature this will be an excellent place to stay. Whether you are looking for an adventure or just a time to relax and get away from the daily grind you will enjoy it here. Tim is very accommodating and attentive to any requests for information.
