Location is ideal…a small beach on the bayside makes it easy for younger children to get outside quickly. The ocean is a walk away. There’s a nice playground down the street. The home worked for our family with 2 children under 4…and 5 adults. But space-wise 4 adults would be more comfortable. The kitchen is a galley - small space , a disposal would be an improvement. Otherwise, we had a good stay there, saw sunsets from the porch. Our host, Cindy was great…responded quickly and pleasant to work with. It’s a great spot for a small family!

This property is well located and incredibly comfortable. The owner is very responsive to any issues.

This was our second stay and it was just as good as our first. The owner is great at communication and clearly cares about her guests. Wonderful location with fishing and crabbing on the dock. The beach and restaurants were a short walk. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return next year!

Our family had a wonderful stay! It was our first time in Dewey Beach and this property’s location allowed us to enjoy the ocean, bay and nearby shops and restaurants. The small, private beach on the bay was so nice for our young kids. Cindy was great to work with. We were all so sad to leave!

You can’t beat the location. We were able to easily/safely walk to the beach each day. In the evenings, my kids would play on the property’s mini bay beach. Don’t book this property if you have difficulties with stairs. Luckily, no one in my party had issues and we had a great stay!

It is always nice to get out of town and this place was perfect for a reset. I love being able to park the car and leave it-- it was convenient to walk everywhere from this location. The views were great too. Also nice to have a full kitchen to bring snacks and make breakfast. Cindy was super responsive and I would certainly rent again.

My wife and her friends rented this place for a moms weekend and they had a really great time. Great location, amenities and excellent communication. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The beach is a block away and the private beach looking out into the bay is awesome. Especially when watching the sunset.

This was our first trip to Dewey and I can say will will be returning ASAP. Loved our stay at Snug Harbor. Condo was very cozy and had all the amenities we needed to make the trip great. Both the condo itself and the building as a whole were well taken care of and the little beach on the bay provided endless fun for the kids.

This condo is a gem! It was perfect for our group - plenty of space and two showers. It's so conveniently located to both the beach and the bay. The owner is super thoughtful too. I will definitely go back.

My first positive experience was the interaction with Cyndi. She is attentive and thoughtful to our needs. The location was exceptional. The views beyond expectation I could not have asked for anything more for our family to enjoy each other’s company and being able to park the car and walk everywhere we needed to go. I would return in a heartbeat

The location of this property is great. My 8 year old son really enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the dock. We caught many large crabs each day we tried. It was also so easy to walk to the beach & Dewey restaurants. Se were a short trolly or car ride to Rehoboth boardwalk and restaurants. We were able to do it all and then retreat to the comfort and quiet of snug harbor. The accommodations were perfect — comfortable beds, cool AC, beautiful sunset views from the porch. The condo had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was very helpful and efficient. We will be back. Thanks Cindy for a truly special family vacation!

Myself, my husband, our 3.5 year old and our 9 month old had a great trip to the beach at this property. The private bayside beach is perfect for small children, and the nearby playground is excellent - a great sandbox and infant swings. It's a great location near restaurants, but also a quiet street and community. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the upstairs balcony, and the place had everything we needed. Cindy was extremely responsive and helpful. Enjoy! Karen

This place was great for our long weekend in Dewey Beach. Everything was clean and as described. The location is great and the beach on the bay was perfect for the kids to play at in the late afternoon/evening. Easy booking & communication with owner.

Excellent host, very clean, well stocked place

The location of this condo is great. We enjoyed the small private beach (there was too much seaweed to swim here though) and the short walk to the larger ocean-side beach. We were surprised by how small the condo is and how dated. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was extremely cramped. There isn’t enough furniture for 6 people to eat together or sit together in the living room or on the deck. That was a disappointment. We tried to play family games but it was hard without enough seats. We were also disappointed by the furniture in the bedrooms, especially the bunk room. My husband and I ended up having to sleep on the bunk bed because our kids were constantly waking each other up by rolling over or going up and down the ladder. It’s a futon mattress on the bottom and a twin very close to the ceiling on the top. It’s metal and very rickety. We were also surprised to learn that there are no blankets AT ALL. Don’t be fooled by the pics. You will have to rent them with your sheets and towels. It cost us a ridiculous amount of $ to rent them at the last minute. This wasn’t the relaxing vacation that we had hoped for because of the sleeping arrangements, but the beach is very nice and the location is good. Also, be sure to rent or bring chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, coozies…basically everything for the beach.

There were five of us in our party (3 adults and 2 children) so the space felt "tight"; however, we adjusted to the limited space and enjoyed being on the bay and only 2 blocks away from the ocean. People in the complex were friendly; my grandchildren enjoyed catching crabs with their new friends off of a pier that jutted out into the bay. All in all, a very pleasant stay....

This is the perfect location to the center if Dewey. Close to the beach with bay views. Very clean and the owners are very responsive.

We had a wonderful time. The place was spotless with amazing views. You are walking distance to restaurants, shops and most importantly the beach! the private beach is beautiful! This much needed vacation was perfect! Cindy is an amazing host, extremely responsive and helpful. We felt like family :) we will definetly come back!

The condo was great, with lovely views of the bay and an extremely short walk to the ocean (less than five minutes). It was the perfect getaway for me and my husband after over a year at home.

We had a nice Labor Day weekend at Beach! The private beach is small, but a great option for direct water access and we had the area to ourselves most of the time. It is also just a short walk to the bigger, ocean-side, beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall, a lovely little spot.

We had a great time at Snug Harbor! The location was great, with a lovely bay view and only a couple blocks from the “big beach.” The space was definitely “snug” for the 6 of us plus toddler, but we expected that going in.

This is a great place for a family vacation! Our two boys are 3 and 5 years old - both very active and very curious. This was a safe place for them, close enough to the Bay to make it super easy for us, but far enough that they couldn't escape the house and be directly in the water! We paddle boarded every morning on the Bay, then spent the rest of the day at the "big wavy beach", as our boys called it - an easy walk (with a stoplight and crosswalk at the main intersection). We hadn't been to Dewey Beach before, but enjoyed it very much. It was a bit of a party scene on the weekend, but nice and quiet during the week. The house itself is in basically an apartment complex, but a townhouse because it's two levels. It is well cared for, very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped for a nice vacation. Grocery stores are a quick drive away and we wert

Bay-side private beach was perfect during time of COVID. We rented a paddle board and kayak from a local shop and were able to get out every morning and evening, away from the crowds. Easy walk to the ocean. Unit was a bit tight for three adults and one teenager, all of whom need space to do zoom calls etc, but otherwise would’ve been perfect size for our family. And great and easy communication with owner, who was incredibly responsive.

We loved everything about this place. The location is amazing with a private beach at the bay but also a short walk to the ocean. We have two little kids (4 and 6 years old) and this was a perfect vacation for our family. This was our first time to Dewey Beach but will not be the last.
