Their guy was very knowledgeable and prompt. Only complaint would be that TV in the bunk room downstairs was only good for streaming and the wifi wasn't strong enough the majority of the time to run a movie. That tv with grandkids (who were used to watching TV as they went to sleep!) should have had tv shows, cable, dish, whatever, available but did not.Other than that, very satisfied and happy with our home for the week. Pool was great, perfect temp!

This property was well managed and looked great upon arrival. The pool was nice however it took over 3 days to turn on the heat after the request and was still priced for the full stay. Amenities were nice. Overall was a great stay.

When you go to the beach, there is nothing better than being ON the beach. This place is as close as it gets. Public beach access is a 2-3 minute walk. Location is great! Pool area is definitely the highlight of the house!

place was solid , a litttle dated and some of the poolside furniture was in decent shape at best , close to beach . quiet location , stairs upstairs were very steep almost uncomfortable steep. overall was nice would stay again

The house was is need of multiple repairs, broken beds, floors were dirty. Contacted maintenance on Sunday (I realize it was the weekend, but he said he’d be back Monday -never showed). The location is close to the beach, but at least an hour drive in either direction for restaurants or things to do. We won’t be booking this property again.

Work outside needs to be done to clean up the property. Inside also needs some work. Mild on ceiling of bathroom on second floor, toilet paper holder falls off and is a terrible location, towel rack in the same bathroom is falling off the wall, shower head is partially broken and should be replaced, door handles on laundry room keep falling off, utensil drawer in kitchen is hard to open, the TVs in 2 of the rooms do not work to get stations and can only be used for gaming systems, there were paper products left under couch in living room from previous renters, floor throughout house needs to be scrubbed (your feet are filthy if you walk in the house without shoes or flip flops on), stove is not level on the kitchen floor. It looks like some rooms were remodeled and others were not. The outside walls need repair (holes in the siding) and to be cleaned.

There was room for everyone to sleep, it would have been a little cramped if there were more I think. 22 people is a push, IMO. The pool was a lot of fun, everyone loved it. There is a Weber grill on site that we used and enjoyed. There are two couches, two occasional chairs in the main common area with the tv. That’s seating for approx. 8 on a raining day or in the evening when the family is all together. We used dining chairs, bar stools & the floor....not to comfortable. With all that said, we would probably stay again.

Amazing location in Seagrove! Pool was heated and despite colder than norm weather our kids got to swim in mid-January! House setup was perfect for us! Definitely want to return! Thank you!

The house has a lot of potential, but currently needs a lot of TLC. Location is convenient to public beach access and also has a good bit of privacy since it is off of 30A. Not enough space here to list all issues ... so just a few examples: signs of water damage on most ceilings, house smelled like air had not circulated in weeks (had to buy candles to get through first night), several lights out, dead batteries in smoke detectors, no batteries in remote controls. A lot of this could be easily addressed, but the property management company doesn't seem to be very engaged. Contacted them and they did respond, but never showed up ... said they would check with the maintenance team ... still have not heard back. We've stayed in other properties with similar price points which are far superior. It's a shame since this could be a really great house.

It was our first time renting a house vacation and we wasn’t disappointed, house was excellent, it was very clean the pool was great…. We loved it !!!

The new deck is nice but scrap metal laying around in other areas were not. The entire house needs a deep clean and doors fixed. The pool was nice and short walk to beach access . We liked Seaside but not this property . We sent the property manager a list and this house has potential if they take the time to address them.

Pros: The location is the best part of this house. You are a very short walk from the beach and the location feels secluded from the other houses. The backyard is great. Plenty of parking. Cons: The ground floor hot water would run out. Very few supplies left for us like paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

This house is in an AMAZING location. The pool is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and it has good spaces. However, when we checked in the house was dirty. There was tons of sand on the floors in the house, hair on the shower walls from previous tenants, and there was trash on the countertop when we arrived. The deck is in the process of being renovated and we found 100+ nails and screws (some old and rusty) lying around on the decks. Some of the deck railings are loose and borderline unsafe. The steps to the third floor are also very steep and unsafe. We didn’t feel comfortable having any of our guests stay on the 3rd floor since there is no bathroom up there and we were afraid someone might fall if they tried to go down the steps in the middle of the night. We also discovered that several outlets in the kitchen and the AC unit on the third floor were not functional when we arrived. We contacted the property manager who sent maintenance to address that issue. The maintenance man was very friendly and accommodating and was able to remedy most of the issues. The property management company offered to send out housekeeping but we had already purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the house ourselves so we declined cleaning services after arrival. Overall, this is a great house in an incredible location. Just a few blocks to the beach and a quick walk into Seaside. It was a great spot for us to hang out and celebrate our bride to be for a long weekend. This is a great house if you want to book something in a great location and you’re not looking for the nicest place that’s available.
