Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debby caused us to have to leave early. Beth, our host was incredibly responsive to every need. The home had a terrific location, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and all amenities. We will be back with our family!

This property is in a great location at Wild Dunes. Close to just about everything on the resort. We had kids from 7 months and adults to 77. Everyone had space to do what they needed to do. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great family vacation in this area.

Had a good time. The home was spacious and close to the beach. No beach towels or chairs were provided. The house needed a little updating, but very nice other than that.

We booked this house as a first family vacation, with ages from grandparents to babies… the location, house, amenities, and communications with the property manager could not have been better. We would recommend this property highly, and would stay again. We especially enjoyed the proximity to everything our family members, no matter what the age, would want. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious.

We had a great weekend at your beautiful home. The location was perfect and the home was comfortable. The only glitch for us was that the house was so cold. We couldn’t get heat to turn on.

The unit is very nice. Two personal preferences - for the price I wish they could stock Kleenex and TP. Also, the welcome information is quite out dated. Some of the restaurants have been gone well before COVID.

This property was in a great location. It was a short walk to the pool and the beach. The living/kitchen area was open and large enough for our multigenerational family vacation!

This was our second year staying at 47 Grand and once again, it did not disappoint. The proximity to everything Wild Dunes has to offer is awesome. The main level has a nice, open floor plan that accommodated our group of 6 adults and 3 children comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in. The hosts do an excellent job communicating ahead of arrival with welcome packets that help you prepare for what you need to bring. We're already looking forward to booking year 3!

We have stayed in this property many times and appreciate its comfort, warmth, cleanliness, and location every time! Kitchen well stocked, beds are super comfy, walkable to the beach, pool, and several dining options. Will continue to visit here whenever possible.

We feel so fortunate to have gotten this house that I almost do not want to tell people. we lost another spot in wild dunes so was scrambling for a last minute house/condo. This was bigger than we needed for our family so did not initially look at it
House had everything needed for time away but the best was location/access to all that Wild Dunes has. Walk out your back door to the beach, pools and restaurants.
When we come back we would stay here again but bring another family!

Lots of room in this house. We had everything we needed. Easy checkin. U will have everything u need if u like to cook. The location was perfect for walking to the tennis club and out to nitelife. Our whole group gave this house 5 stars! *****

47 Grand Pavilion in the Wild Dunes complex was amazing. Beth, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and made sure all our needs were met. The location is great with easy access to the beach, pools, restaurants and all the other amenities the place as to offer. The family had a great time and many memories were created with grandparents and aunts./uncles. We absolutely love the the Isle of Palm and 47 Grand Pavilion. Great place for older kids to have fun. We would definitely consider again for next year in 2023.

Pleasantly surprised that it was close to the amenities at Wild
Dunes
Upon arriving it had a musty/moldy smell, that, however, went away after 12 hours. Perhaps it was not occupied for several days before we arrived, and the air conditioner was only turned on, on the day we arrived. But, the air conditioner did the trick
The digital/deadbolt on the interior door was very difficult to operate.
Overall, my family had a great experience. The large kitchen and dining and TV area room made hanging out and cooking/dining together a great experience. The bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, as well.

This property is very comfortable for 6 adults and 4 children. The property is in the perfect location. Very close walking to the beach and grand pavilion where the pools are. Loved having the screened in porch where you can have the view of the beach.

Fantastic family-friendly with easy access to beach & pool
We had a wonderful stay and could not recommend this property enough. It was well equipped with anything you could need. The main level has an open floor plan that makes it extra comfortable for big groups. We were 8 adults and 3 kids strong, and never felt cramped. The bedrooms are all a nice size too. The location itself is worth the stay alone, since you can easily walk to the beach and pools. We hope to be back next year!

Best weekend ever!
Our family has been going to the Charleston area for valentines weekend for years. This is our first stay in Wild Dunes and certainly won't be our last. This house was amazing, the location perfect and the amenities of Wild Dunes are second to none. This house is walking distance to everything you need - the beach(3 minute walk..You can see the ocean from the back deck). Grand Pavillion shops, dining and fire pits and Swimming pool complex(5 minute walk). Communication was seamless. We will be back for sure. Thanks Beth!

Isle of Palms
This beautiful home was exactly as expected. Very clean, easily accessible and maintained well. Short term supplies such as paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent were greatly appreciated. It was a delightful experience and I would rent again and recommmend to family and friends.

Sweet 16 weekend
We stayed for a weekend to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday with a few of her friends. The house was perfect. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The girls stayed upstairs and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. You can’t beat the location, There is a path in the back that leads right to the beach. We even got to watch a beachside wedding right from our balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back,

Great Vacation Spot
This home was phenomenal! It was large with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths home which were extremely clean and well decorated. All of the bedrooms were of considerable size. The home was comfortable, well maintained and had a full large kitchen. The home was located in Isles of Palms in South Carolina in a safe, upscale neighborhood. Check in/out was easy due to the door codes. We all felt very at home there and enjoyed the time to hang out in such cozy accommodations.
