The owners of this Sarasota Pool Home have thought of everything you would possibly need to make your stay perfect. From the updated kitchen to the comfortable living room and bedrooms for the indoors & the fabulous screen enclosed patio and heated pool for your outdoor enjoyment. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Siesta Beach and many restaurants, grocery and shopping plazas. I would highly recommend this for couples, and familys.

We enjoyed our extended stay. The house is well outfitted for a longer stay, clean and felt very welcoming. I spent most of my time relaxing in the outdoor lanai and pool. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the location is close to everything you need. Maggie was very responsive whenever I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We (with 2 children) spent a wonderful holiday time in the house. The location in the residential area is great. There was nothing missing. Even beach paraphernalia, such as beach chairs, trolleys, umbrellas and toys were available. The owners were always very helpful with questions. We would always want to spend our vacation in the house again. Thank you for the nice holiday time in your beautiful house.

We’ve been vacationing in Siesta key for 15 years now. Your house has by far been the cleanest, most accommodating house. The house was so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was also so pristine. The only thing we had a problem with was the grill. It read full tank, but wouldn’t heat up. The plumbing in the main bath drains (tub, sink, and toilet) ran a bit slow, but nothing that was a major problem. We loved every bit of our stay, and didn’t want to go home! Thank you for your hospitality and quick responses whenever we needed anything! Blessings to you and your family!

Best Stay in SRQ!
This is our second year in a row staying at this property. I can't say enough good things about it! Comfortable beds, awesome pool, and a clothesline in heated garage helps dry out towels, suits, etc. This location is close to the beach and great places to eat like Millies, Walts Fish Market and Nico's Pizza. They are generous with amenities, it's clean (and I am picky) and a peaceful neighborhood. We love this house! Thank you again:)

We have visited the Gulf coast before, but this was our first to Siesta Key. This home was a perfect beach lover's getaway. The location was great, less than 15 minutes away, & what a beach! Everything for the beach was included for us, so it was so easy. The pool area & lanai were the perfect place to relax, especially at night. the neighborhood felt safe & quiet. The owners were available for any issues, it was clean & had a real beach vibe. We loved our stay here, hopefully we can come out again in the future. Tina, Chuck & Jennie

My spouse and I enjoyed a welcome vacation at Maggie and Justin’s home in Gulf gate Estates. Their home is super clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and lanai where we ate all of our meals and otherwise relaxed. The neighborhood is quiet and neat. The owners were very responsive and attentive to any of our questions and needs. The location, while quiet, is close to shopping and of course, Siesta Key beaches.!

The home was in a quite neighborhood. You hardly saw or heard anyone. The House was equipped with everything you would need for a great beach day; chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, sand toys for kiddos and wagon to haul all items to the beach. The pool at the house was the perfect temperature. The yard is not fenced but, did not have noisy neighbors looking at you. Great outdoor gas BBQ. The owner was amazing with great communication. We can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay here. Owner was fast to respond to some issues with the pool. Everything you could possibly need to spend an extended period of time whether it’s preparing meals, lounging by the pool or inside the home. Close to Siesta Key and other points of interest.

We had a wonderful time while staying in this home and the property owners were wonderful and quick to address any situations that arose. It felt clean and safe and was centrally located to many attractions, too. It could definitely use some higher wattage lighting and better water pressure in the master shower, though. Overall, a nice place to stay, especially with a private enclosed pool.

We had a great three week stay at Maggie and Justin's home. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, the location was ideal (short drive to Siesta Key and close to any store you would need - check out Detwiler's), the screened in pool was perfect., and the neighborhood was quiet. Maggie and Justin were great hosts, quick to respond to any questions we had.. We highly recommend this property. It was perfect!

Maggie was such an amazing host, communication was easy and professional the entire time!
The house was spotless! It is absolutely gorgeous, pictures don't do justice. It is light and airy and has nice beachy touches. It's located in a cute neighborhood and close to everything!
We especially loved how much she included for us to use as guests. From the spices, extra blankets and pillows to the beach toys!
We would absolutely stay here again!

Christmas Getaway
We took our 3 kids (16,14,13) on a road trip from MN to FL. We stayed in this wonderful home! It was absolutely perfect for our family. I loved the decor and the cozy feeling the house had as soon as I walked in. Maggie was awesome! She let us check in as soon as we got there, which was SO NICE! We unpacked and the kids couldn't wait to get in the heated pool after such a long drive. The pool was a HIT! They were in it every night for at least 2 hours! The house is the perfect location. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. And very close to Siesta Key beach. We also visited Venice Beach and did some shopping in Sarasota. We had a rainy day and went to the Mote Aquarium. I recommend this house to anyone coming to visit the Sarasota area. It is perfect!

Perfect rental
A great "beach house", very comfortable, beautifully decorated and fully equipped, nice pool and lanai area in a quiet neighborhood close to Siesta beach and downtown Sarasota. The owners were great to deal with, everything went very smoothly and we really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart: they made our days on the beach much more enjoyable.

Great beach house!
We have just spent 2 weeks, one with our son and granddaughter. We loved this house, it is in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, just 15 minutes drive from beaches and restaurants.
It is comfortable and well equipped and the outside space has plenty of seating with a great pool. Owners are super helpful, we’d have no hesitation whatsoever coming back again.

Gulf gate home
The home is lovely, clean, and comfortable. It is well furnished and had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable stay. The pool was fantastic!! The beach chairs etc. were much appreciated! The location couldn't be better! Maggie was available and responsive quickly for questions. This was one of the best stays we have had in Sarasota, and would love to stay here again!!

Adorable and perfect
This house was the perfect size for our family of 5. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool on the chilly December nights. The house has everything you need. It was great not needing to bring beach items. The beach chairs, cooler and buggy that was provided were a huge plus. Maggie was very responsive to our needs and gave us many ideas of things to do in the area around the holidays. The house is away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything with a short drive. We love Siesta Key Beach, so, we look forward to renting this beautiful house from Maggie and Justin again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful!
Our family was very happy during our recent vacation in Sarasota. We have rented many vacation homes in the area and this one is the only one that met all of our family's needs! Traveling with small children is always challenging but this rental made the trip easier providing all the beach essentials we otherwise would have had to pack/purchase. Owner was very friendly and attentive. House was labeled well inside so not difficult to find switches for lights/fans. The door alarms probably drove the neighbors mad by the end of the week but we rested easy knowing our children were not venturing to the pool unattended.
We will definitely rent again in the future!
A tip for anyone renting, check the house before you shop! We purchased soap, laundry detergent, etc..and it was already there so now there is a stockpile ;)

Perfect Week
We absolutely loved the house. It had everything we needed, and the spare refrigerator came in handy. All of your beach needs are provided, along with ample towels. The pool was the perfect way to end a trip to the beach. Siesta Key is and always has been a favorite place - and its an easy ride or an $11.00 Uber.
Maggie and Josh are a great pair to work with - they will gladly answer any questions that you might have.
We are already circling dates on next year's calendar!

Absolutely brilliant stay
My husband and I have just spent a month in this beautiful, comfortable villa to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We couldn’t have spent it in a more peaceful environment.
The villa is everything as advertised with comfortable furniture and beds. It has all the amenities you should require and it feels like home from home.
The fabulous pool was well used with comfortable seating for dining and enjoying our siesta key coconut rum from the local distillery in the evenings.
It always felt safe and secure and is perfectly located for Siesta Key Beach St Armands Circle, Myakka Park and the most amazing Ringling Estate.
Maggie is an absolute delight to deal with and is readily on hand to help if required.
We would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything about this property was as advertised and more! From comfortable beds to beach cart it had everything our family of four needed.
The home is located in a safe and quiet established area with great access to all Sarasota has to offer and only a short drive to beautiful Siesta Key beach.

I almost hate to give my review of this property so I can keep it to myself! The home is true to the pictures. It is clean and well kept and well managed. All the necessities are there. The pool is the greatest feature. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. My only disappointment is it is unavailable for the same time period next year.
