Best condo we’ve ever stayed in! Joe was very helpful and always available for questions from the day we booked until the day we checked out! The views from the condo were amazing!! The only problem we had was never wanting to leave!! I highly recommend this unit!!

Condo was clean and has everything you need for beach! Joe was super easy to communicate with and always very helpful! We had four adults and three kids and had plenty of room and plenty of activities for them to keep busy and entertained!!! We had the best time!

Everything was perfect. Turquoise is the nicest complex in Orange Beach and this has to be one of its finest units.

Great week at a beautiful property! Our group was me & hubby, our 3 daughters (18,21,23) & fiancé of the oldest. We have stayed at many places in Orange beach that have all been super nice! This one stands above the rest because of the owner, Joe. He was so quick to answer all questions and fix any problems!! Such a personable guy!! We will look to book again in the future!

I can't give this place enough stars! The owner is the best that I have ever booked with. Joe really does care about his renter. Whole we were there Space X landed in the gulf and we would have never got to see the re entry from space if he didn't let us know. It was an amazing experience all the way around. Joe’s condo is fantastic. It’s Very spacious and comfortable. The beach buggy, beach towels and beach chairs were used daily and save renters alot of money over spending $35/person/day for beach service. Joe’s was very responsive to texts and calls. Outstanding customer service. You can stop looking. It’s the perfect place. Book it today!!

Joe's place is amazing and so is he. Joe D. called the night before to explain some small stuff to us and wished us a safe trip. The cleaning crew did an amazing job, There is so much room for everyone. We grilled steaks and had a great wine our second night right there on our own balcony !! No rushing to find an empty grill to use ! The view OMGosh it was beautiful. By the end of all our days from shopping, exploring, swimming the inside pool, we were to exhausted to sit in our own hot tub. !! We were sad when it was time to leave. Thank you to everyone for such a relaxing vacation.

Loved our two weeks stay at beautiful Turquoise Place! Joe, the owner was so nice and accommodating. This unit was so clean and well stocked anticipating your every need. We spent many hours on the beautifully furnished balcony enjoying the white sand beach, the gorgeous view of the Gulf and spectacular Sunsets! We would highly recommend this beautiful unit and hope to return again in the future.

Loved the balcony with the views and comfortable furniture for reading and napping. The beach is sugar soft and the amenities are great to keep everyone happy. Thank you for sharing your place with us, Joe!

my family enjoyed our stay.Condo neat/clean.The coffee maker broke while we were there and it was immediately replaced with a phone call.Views of beach spectacular.Rent it and you will enjoy your stay.

My husband, mother and father stayed in this fabulous condo for a long weekend. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is beautifully appointed with every amenity needed. The furnishings are high end. The location is lovely. The owner was attentive and easy to work with.

Number one is the property owner, Joe D., is the most interactive person I have ever rented from, and I would highly recommend renting from him. The place was clean, well-equipped with everything that you would need. Location was awesome. Great family vacation 2020 during the pandemic.

Our experience was wonderful. Needed to get away from the hustle and bustle. Also needed time with our three college-age children. Everyone had a great time and we were able to visit and relax. Highly recommend this unit. It is beautiful!

Outstanding condo

Overall it was great. Freezer on refrigerator was out. Hot tub leaks causing a nasty problem on the balcony and the igniter on the gas grill is broken. I know thing go out, but when paying for a family get away, you expect things to work.

Property was beautiful and was everything as advertised. It was quiet and clean.

The condo exceeded my expectations. The view was spectacular. There is noise during the day right now as the building is under repair from the hurricane last year. The noise is minimal and did not affect our stay. There were some issues that arose during our stay. Nothing that could have been forseen or expected. For instance the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom worked the first time we used it, but the second time it did not. When I informed Joe of this or any other issue that arose he responded quickly and contacted maintenance (or the necessary party) to have the issues resolved as soon as possible. I would stay again.

The condo was as listed. Clean, pristine and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. Joe was great to work with and his assistance was very valuable. We will be making reservations for next year.

The location was amazing! Right on the beach with amazing views. The balcony had a lot of comfortable, sturdy furniture to just sit out and enjoy the weather. Inside everything was very high end and well maintained. We had one incident with a door handle coming loose and Joe had a maintenance man there within a half hour on a saturday night! I would definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

The ONLY reason for not 5 stars is our bad luck. We arrived on 3/18 and the place was amazing. It is everything the description says l, if not more. The weather was AMAZING. Sunny and warm, about 85-90 every day. Bad luck- We arrived Sat., Sunday we figured out the A/C wasn't working. I made a call to the agency, they sent a tech out the next day. The part did not arrive until Thursday. We managed though. Overall we were very satisfied with the property, and plan on making reservations again at this same place. The owner is easy to communicate with, via phone or txt. He replies promptly.

The owner Joe is simply fantastic. He was available if needed anything, just a phone call/text. I must say didn’t really need anything because the place was in tiptop shape, not a single issue. It was ready early and he got us setup to check in a few hours earlier. The unit was amazing, clean and everything in it was top of the line. The patio setup is where it is at, from the high chairs to the conversation set and the hot tub, it was where we spent most of the time after dinner and just relax after a day on the beach. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 kids under 11 and there was plenty of space. All the kids shared the 3rd bedroom, the pull out twin in there is a great extra in the room. The beach cart was a life saver he has in the laundry room as well as the extras, beach toys for kids to play in the sand and a few boogie boards along with chairs. We didn’t buy any chairs because there was at least 8 good beach chairs in the unit. The complex was really nice, the pools where clean and the lazy river was fun to relax after being on the beach all day. The bar by the pool made some pretty good drinks as well. The bar was a little slow because they were under staffed but that is true of every restaurant we went to in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Joe has a superb unit and he is a just a great guy to talk to and work with. Going back next summer and he is our first call when looking for a place.

The property is 5-star, amenities are outstanding. Great views, great host. Will definitely return!
