We stayed at this property for a month. The property was clean, comfortable and walking distance to many attractions. The grocery store was across the street. We loved our stay and would definitely return to this property.

We loved the location and proximity to the grocery. Could walk everywhere and had plenty of space in the house. Will return soon!

This is a really nice property with a usable kitchen, a nice deck, and a responsive crew. I’d definitely come back.

This was a very fun place to be! It's funky for sure, and that's what you should be looking for. The 3rd story deck is great, you can really see the city and the clouds rolling in. We hung out under the straw roof watching the rainfall, and sweating. There is AC in all the rooms, and it was easy to control the home being cool enough for us. The stairs up to the deck and the master bedroom is narrow and has a few bends to it. If stairs would be hard for you this is important to know. I think one thing that could be nice to have is a "What to do when Leaving" section in the manual. Even it it's just something light.

Pictures look great, but are very deceiving. Pool is actually a hot tub with no water. Washer and dryer do not work. WiFi is off as much as it is on. Indoor lighting is bad, many lightbulbs need replaced. Sheets, towels and blankets are worn out and should be replaced. Living room furniture is old and feels dirty. I kept it covered with beach towels. Most disappointing was lack of communication/help from property manager. He didn’t even come help with our bags at check out. Worst experience we have ever had in Cozumel.

We very much enjoyed Caribe Sunset condo! The terrace on the rooftop was our favorite place to hangout and relax! The housekeeper did an excellent job and I am giving an extra special shout out to Eddie, the property manager. I left some personal items behind in the condo, and he went way above and beyond duty to ensure that they were returned to me safely! His kindness is greatly appreciated!

The owner was great at communicating with us. We loved our 2 week stay. Close to everything. Only 6 min. From airport. We walked everywhere.Rolindis was excellent food. We went snorkeling at jeanies, good food there too. Shops are close. We will be back, hopefully 3 weeks next time. We spent our new years 2020 there. Fireworks over the ocean, Rolandis had an amazing sax player, we danced by ocean.what a grand way to bring in 2020! Rumba also had dancing with live music every night.

This is the second year we have stayed at Caribe Sunset and consider it our home in Cozumel. The condo works well for us for a number of reasons. The location is great and out of the way of tourist traffic. The unit itself is well appointed and has tons of Spanish charm, the upstairs master suite walks out onto the rooftop deck with a great view. We staryed longer this year than last and expect an even longer stay, perhaps a month, next year.

The condominium unit was spotless. The location was good. For financial concerns, air conditioning could not be lowered below 24 degrees Celsius (75 degree Fahrenheit). We were informed of this in advance. The only unexpected finding was that the shower in the upper level could not be turned hot enough to our satisfaction: we all had to use the lower level shower. Overall, I think this was a good condominium and worth the price. Would rate it at 3.5 stars.

There is a grocery store right across the street. Walking distance to excellent restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. Sitting topside on the deck was great! This place has all you need. They even have netflix so you don't have to struggle with the TV in spanish!!! I will be staying here the next time I am in Cozumel.

This condo is lovely and well maintained. Tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Location, location, location if you want to walk to town each night or a short taxi ride to the local restaurants back on 65/75th. There is one downside, there is a local bar/disco right next door which does play very loud music early into the morning hours. With all windows shut and aircon on, this is really not disturbing, but it is worth mentioning because in early Nov when you want the windows open to the breeze and the aircon off, you cannot sleep through this music. So be warned. We experienced one issue with the hot water and Eddie was extremely helpful but was unable to resolve it. We made it work as there were only 3 of us there. For 3 of 4 this place provides plenty of room. $8.00 taxi ride to the new marina for diving and plenty of taxis always right outside the supermarket (2min walk), literally. Good choice.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and another couple. Perfect size for two couples.

Great experience, expect to follow up again later in the year. Well appointed, great local feel, loved the rooftop deck. Excellent experience with local American property manager, great value.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. I normally don't write reviews but this place deserves one. Me and 4 friends stayed here for a week and were greeted upon arrival by the property manager Rabido who was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The location is right behind a grocery store which was super convenient and just a block from the water. The place was really clean upon arrival and the maid will come during the week to clean as well. All the appliances worked well. The Borat DVD was scratched though :( haha. The beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was a little low to my liking however. Overall the place was great and I will definitely come back here if I ever come back to Cozumel.

We enjoyed the property! Can't wait to come back and stay again. Definitely, not a place for anyone that has aversion to stairs (there are a lot!) or someone looking for beach front views (there are none). But the location proximity to the beach is awesome! Can't do anything about the massive condos! Eddie the property manager was fantastic and helpful! The only thing that would make things better is a local phone, simple cell phone would be awesome no data needed just unlimited abilities to call around and make appointments! Especially for foreign travelers with crappy phone coverage, this would just be the icing on the cake. Had a lot of fun trying to get in touch with people... Thank you for the great stay and happy to have made friends!

Well equipped condo, great location. Had minor issue with hot water heater upstairs. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Maid Gabby did an excellent job cleaning every week. We will more than likely try to rent this condo again.

We loved this condo!! Very cute and well-maintained. Very convenient location, behind Chedraui (think Wal-Mart). Walking distance to several restaurants, including one of our favorites, Rolandi's, which is on the water with great views and reasonably priced food. Condo has a fabulous large balcony complete with palapa and hot tub!! We spent many hours here enjoying the weather, you can see the ships on the water from here and there is a nice breeze also. You are on the top floor so no others overlook the balcony, making it very private. Beds are comfortable and condo seems well-equipped for cooks. We only made coffee and had wine and snacks at the house because we love the available food choices!! A very sweet, very efficient lady cleans mid-week and definitely deserves a tip because she leaves things sparkling clean when she leaves. She understands very little English, but she smiles a lot and is very pleasant. All of your valuables will be safe. Eddie, the condo manager is a really great guy. Very friendly and personable!! We enjoyed visiting with him and his cute dog, Dixie, one day when he checked on a recently installed hot water heater. Very informative and can answer any questions you may have. He is the one who said we should visit the east side of the island, which we did,. We thoroughly enjoyed lunch and drinks and wasted a few hours just watching the wild waves on that side of the island! Eddie dropped by the day we were leaving to check in on things and even carried my suitcase downstairs to the taxi for me. What a gentleman!! We will definitely stay here next visit. We are spoiled now!!

We really enjoyed the Casa. It is comfortable and nicely decorated in warm colors. There were only 3 of us, and we had a lot of room. The manager Eduardo is great and very helpful with anything you need in the casa and advice. The place is next door to a large grocery/Walmart type store. The closest public place to snorkel is in 10 min walk. Right before the lighthouse is a great place, but find a nice entrance into water. You can take a taxi to other places, which will cost you 100-150 pesos one way. Our favorite was Money Bar. Downtown with all the restaurants and shops is also 10 min walk in the opposite direction. You need to rent a car for a day or two to see the other side of the island. Take a ferry ($10 one way) to go to Playa del Carmen, spend time there or rent a car (take a bus) and go to see ruins: Tulum, Ek Balam, Chichen Itza. It is very safe around. Just do not drink tap water and stay away from street food. Careful when renting a car - do so in advance or make sure to drive-test the car.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Caribe Sunset. We were in town for the IM Cozumel Triathlon and wanted to stay near the finish. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, supermarket and some shopping. We were able to walk around in town, and rented a car to explore the island. The apartment was comfortable for 4, and the upstairs bedroom felt like a separate apartment. The apartment is just like the pictures and we were very happy, especially with the rooftop terrace for relaxing.

My husband and I had traveled to Cozumel approx. 4 times by cruise ship. This was our first stay for a whole week. I was a little bit nervous at first. What I thought I liked about Cozumel was only solidified into a love for it with the help of the location of this property. As the title states, PERFECT. Only a block away from a grocery store, mall and cinema. This includes a line of taxis waiting in front the store in case they are needed. But the property is only a couple of blocks from the ocean, so a nice stroll to the main street and you can access so much. You have a bank a few blocks away, and then you start getting to all of the restaurants (the popular Margaritaville, Senior Frogs, etc. and the local cuisine). You keep walking and you start getting to the shopping, eventually making it to the Market Square (very nicely remodeled with a water show at 8:30 pm nightly). Our accommodations were perfect also. Everything we needed to make us feel at home. When we didn't feel like eating out, we went to the store and were able to get something and cook it in the condo. We felt comfortable and safe. With the free WiFi I was able to stay connected with family back home, and make plans with the local people without having to use my minutes and data. And the view from the balcony overlooking the whole city and even able to see the ocean was the best. It was a nightly occurrence to just chill after a long day on the town or diving. I can't wait to go back. Cozumel has some of the most friendly people in the world. To be able to do it comfortably just makes it all the more worth it.

We just got back Wednesday from our trip and wished we could have taken this condo home with us! It's very charming and beautifully decorated. It has all the comforts of home--wi-fi; telephone; washer/dryer; cable; full kitchen; etc. It was very clean and well maintained. We'll have trouble staying in a hotel room after staying in this spacious 2 BR 2.5 BA condo. The owners' even have an American property manager to take care of any issues or to offer advice. We emailed him a couple of times with non-condo related questions and he responded. The location is excellent; we did rent a car but you don't have to with this location. It's right by a grocery store and an easy walk to lots of shopping and dining. When we come back to Cozumel we'll definitely stay right here!
