This property exceeded our expectations! We loved the location. We brought our boat and jetskis and it was great to be able to access them right from the property. The condo was tastefully decorated and well stocked. Bikes and kayaks and fishing poles… Communication was great with the owner and she was always quick to answer any question we had. The grounds of the condo complex were so well maintained.. We saw manatee off the docks and enjoyed beautiful views of the canal and the ocean beyond. We will definitely return to this slice of paradise!

We spent two weeks at Kim’s condo. It’s a beautiful place with everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, bikes,kayaks, tennis racquets. We brought our boat and enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the gulf. The views were amazing and the location is ideal. The complex is small, well maintained, gated and never felt crowded. The property manager was extremely friendly and the other guests were too. I highly recommend!

I would like to express what a pleasure it was to work with Kim when making our initial reservation, exceptional service provided, and very responsive. WOW, this condo will not disappoint. It's absolutely Gorgeous, offering a spacious layout/open floor plan, not to mentioned you will find yourself spending many mornings and evenings on the back porch, looking and soaking up the amazingly spectacular views of the water, while the palm trees sway from the fresh air. We took advantage of the gym, pool, to include the bikes for a nice ride to Anne's Beach. We really appreciated the local information that was provided and recommendations for amenities in the area. We had a great time staying a this property in the keys for spring break with our 4, 7 and 8 year old. The place itself was in great perfect shape and perfectly clean. Seemed almost new. Each bed room was good sized and a nice master. The screened in porch was a perfect place for a morning coffee or dinner with a water view, but still in perfect solitude. My oldest daughter and I took the Kayak out to the ocean one day which was a fun adventure. We also used the tennis courts and pool frequently and normally had both to ourselves. The general crowd at Bay Harbor was much older and not a lot of kids which was surprising for Spring Break, but good for us. I am a runner and there were trails along the road and across nice bridges for as long as I could go and much further for scenic runs - even though sometimes windy. We drove one day to Key West and were glad that we stayed in Islamorada as the wildness in Key West is not our style. Only downside in Islamorada is that we were disappointed with the beach, but the 30 minute drive to Sombrero Beach in Marathon was scenic and perfectly fine for us a few days.

Little slice of paradise right here! It was heaven on earth enjoying the views of the Gulf and Atlantic from the screened in porch. My family and I easily enjoyed our privacy in this VRBO and it’s amenities with the convenience of great restaurants and a Publix grocery store just a short drive away. The on-site boat slip rental was extremely convenient for easy boating/fishing. The condo itself is well stocked, spacious, with a very luxurious feel. I will definitely be booking this VRBO for future Keys vacations.

The condo was very clean and everything in it was beautiful and high quality. The pics are very accurate. Great views! I highly recommend this property. Great restaurants to drive to in Islamorada. We fished shopped swam and ate and casual as well as upscale restaurants. Great host as well! Very responsive to my questions before and during our stay.

This condo was everything advertised and more! Very clean and well kept and stocked with the necessities. We just needed our groceries. Kim was responsive and helpful. We loved the location and was close to everything we wanted to do. We have stayed in many Keys rentals and this was by far the best. The pool area was clean and we were there everyday. There was plenty of chairs and the water was refreshing! We also enjoyed the condo lanai every morning for our coffee and just to sit and enjoy the view. Kim left a list of restaurant recommendations and we tried a couple new places that did not disappoint! (Turtle Inn and the Backyard BBQ) We walked every morning up to the causeway and would stop at the corner Mobil gas station for authentic Cuban food. It was a very good surprise and I recommend the Empanadas( loved the chicken!) however, if you go at lunch time expect a line! We highly recommend this condo and plan to return! Thanks Kim for a fabulous (and much needed) vacation!!

This property is exceptional. It's located in a very quiet area and within 20 minutes of some terrific food and entertainment establishments. We would definitely return.

Plenty of room for our family of six! Was just as advertised. Water right outside the screened porch. Got to feed the manatees a couple of times. Kept our boat there. Kim was always very timely in answering any questions and gave great suggestions for fun activities. BEAUTIFUL PLACE! Will definitely be back!

This property was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and luxurious. The furniture was comfortable, the dishware was nice, everything just felt good. We have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this property to others!

We come to Bay Harbour yearly for lobster season. The condo and the property are in top shape… highly recommend this private community.

Bay Harbour was an ideal spot for a family who loves deep sea fishing and time together. The condo was great, roomy, clean, up to date, and very well equipped. We had dinner in every night since the kitchen had everything we needed plus an outdoor grill. The boat slip was just steps away. Beautiful views, sunrises and sunsets were a bonus. We had a short drive to Publix, restaurants and shops. Thank you for a great week, Kim! Hope to be back soon.

Highly recommend this property. Excellent location great amenities right in the middle of everything. Owner was incredibly easy to work with. This was our first time staying in a marina type property and would definitely rent a boat next time. Try mile marker 88 for great on the beach dining!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you need is there for you. The views were spectacular. We had a great week and would highly recommend to stay here. We would love to come back. Wonderful property with beautiful screened porch perfect for lingering over coffee or evening wine. Condo is in a small community with great access to walking path, nice views, and easy to enjoy all Islamorada has to offer. Layout offers great privacy and comfortable surroundings for all guests. Will definitely return.

We had such a wonderful stay in this condo. The condo was spotless. The owners really provide everything you could possibly need during your stay. Beds were super comfortable. The location is perfect and the view is beautiful. I would definately consider this a luxury condo. The best thing we did during our stay was swimming with the dolphins at Hawks Cay on Duck Key. We highly recommend that!! Thank you Kim for letting us stay at your home. I'm sure we will be back.

We really enjoyed Kim’s beautiful condo. It was very clean and was the perfect space for 3 couples. Private bedrooms along with a nice large living area and kitchen. Great porch overlooking the water. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed prepping meals together. We played tennis on the courts and took in some sun at the pool. Restaurants weren’t far and we enjoyed a day charter fishing. Used the available fishing pole and caught a few small Pompano and Snapper off dock behind the condo. We really enjoyed staying at Kim’s and would highly recommend. Would love to go back.

Everyone in my family (including 2 boys in their 20’s), agreed this was the nicest VRBO we have rented. We have stayed at many VRBO’s around the world. It was very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, well located and had nice amenities (2 bikes, kayak, well equipped kitchen,...). It really was a fisherman’s dream, come true. Great place. Great vacation.

This condo is amazing! The view was stunning, condo beautifully decorated and a well appointed kitchen. With Covid this was a huge plus since we opted to stay in and cook most nights. It was perfect for our family of 4. We had a great time lobstering and fishing in the keys for the week. Kim was very accommodating and very responsive to my texts when I had a question. We’ll definitely be back!
