Property was clean and exactly as described. Centrally located and close to many attractions only a short drive away. We found a number of good restaurants in the area. Beach and pool access were very easy.

From the moment I opened the poorly sealed door which the lock barely worked the place was nothing like I had hoped. You walk into the bedroom and the TV on the wall was barely hanging on with wires hanging out with no connections. Somebody stole the remote and the cable box!!! The shade at the window didn't fit and I think there where blood spots on the bed under the sheets. The bathroom was no better, the toilet rocked back and forth ,the seat was the wrong size and it too was falling off. The shower curtain was all moldy at the bottom and rusty at the top. The living room wasn't to bad except for the sliding door had no lock on it at all and a couple of cockroaches running through the cabinets. Oh and good luck trying to figure out how to operate the TV. This place needs a total makeover!!!

Great location and amenities!

We had a fantastic stay. The property owner is lovely to work with. Access to the beach was easy and the grounds were awesome. The pool below our room was hardly ever crowded. We actually loved hanging out by the large pool. It was so much fun and they had some sort of live music every day. We did not eat in the restaurant on site but we ordered from the poolside window (full menu). Absolutely delicious. Wish we had known about it earlier because the pizza was fantastic. Seemed pricey at first but we hadn't quite adjusted to the FL prices yet. It was very much in line with everything else. We ate there another time and loved everything we ordered: chicken tenders, buffalo sliders and tacos. The room location was literally outside of the elevator and so convenient to walk the steps vs waiting. You couldn't hear noise outside either. Great location. They had an umbrella in the closet, some sand toys and a boogie board as well. Things we always are curious about is Keurig or coffee maker and if they have a blender. They have a coffee maker with extra filters in the cabinet and a blender (and a large drink pitcher). We didn't cook while we were there but they had all the necessary pans. We also didn't notice until the last day but there was a store over by the restaurant that you could purchase ice and I believe there was a Starbucks sign also. Great trip, our girls are outgrowing staying on a pull out sofa together now but we did have room for a blow up twin mattress. Both the pull out couch and the mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable.

The second floor condo overlooking the beach was perfect for relaxing views, easy beach access, and just a calming getaway. The pool and hot tub were just beneath us whenever we felt like a swim. My only criticism would be that the fountain by the pool drowns out the sounds of the ocean waves.

We had a great time at Edgewater. The pool was so fun for our boys. The restaurant was an added plus. Good place to stay for family of 4.

Very good experience. Nice to have parking pass and door code beforehand for easy check in. Condo was clean and very convenient to beach and pool. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in unit 207. Great views, convenient access to elevator, overall nice condo. Condo could use a little TLC, sliding door does not lock, tub drains very slowly, curtains need replaced, kitchen faucet needs work, kitchen drawers need new shelf paper. With a few minor repairs this could be the best condo in the tower.

Very nice property

Good location to lots of dining, shopping, and entertainment. LOVED the 20 minute ride to the airport. Very impressed with the owners responses to anything we needed help with or anything that needed attention during our stay. Very easy to book, owners communicated throughout the booking process. We would recommend and plan to book again in the future.

We had a great time at Edgewater. It was so easy to communicate with the host, and the unit was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom seem nice and new.

We came in for a baseball tournament. Two adults, one child. The second floor unit made it nice to use the stairs. Great view of the ocean. Nice decor, overall clean, and well stocked. I did purchase my own sheet set while there because the sheets on the king bed were not made for a deep mattress and they kept popping off. We noticed when changing the sheets, the mattress was heavily stained. There was a mattress pad, but it popped off with the sheets. I would suggest a zip around protective mattress cover for future stays. I realize those things happen, but it is unsightly when on vacation. We also had to purchase a blanket for the sleeper sofa as it only had a sheet. There is a Sams’s Club nearby. Also, the sliding glass door to the balcony was difficult to open and close. Just needs some attention. Our last night in the condo, our freezer seemed to stop working. I messaged the owner, and she responded promptly! When compared to some of our teammates condos, this one was updated, and overall nice! I would recommend 😊

Very nice updated 2nd floor condo! We stay at Edgewater every year and sometimes twice per year! Love the resort! Oceans is an excellent place to eat! Fish tacos are really good! Lagoon pool can get really crowded during the July 4th week, but they have a nice pools for each tower and villas! The pool for tower 3 was right below us! Great place to stay!

Enjoyed the condo, wish parking was better. Had to park two buildings down from where we were staying.

Condo was nice and it was a great, covid friendly location on the 2nd floor if you don't want to use the crowded elevator! Just remember to bring a broom with you if you want to sweep up sand you bring in from the beach! There wasn't anything to clean with, which definitely wasn't an issue. We just bought a $6 broom set from Walmart! Will definitely rent this condo again.

DeAnn is a wonderful host. Coffee maker quit working and she sent one same day for us. Perfect little getaway unit for a couple. It is across from trash chute as another review stated but we never experienced any issues with that. Would definitely stay again!

This 2nd floor unit is perfect, the elevator can get busy at times....We had a great time and you don’t really need to leave the Edgewater property.

I stayed with my wife and two daughters. The condo it’s the perfect size for a small family. Close to a lot of local attractions. The resort is very nice and has a lot of pools including a kids splash pad. We loved our stay.

We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. Deann has a great taste for decorating which appealed to my Wife and I. We had an issue with the refrigerator of which I communicated with Deann and she addressed immediately. Edgewater has the best pools in PCB and we would stay again.

The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. It was newly remodeled as well. We had a wonderful time and made great memories!

Property was as advertised. Bathroom and bedroom adequate but cramped for space. Really no storage space for bathroom essentials. King bed takes up Most of floor space in bedroom. All in all we were satisfied with the condo

Had a good time despite less than optimal weather. Great view, comfy condo, enjoyed the golf course. On site restaurants did not measure up.

This property is exactly as shown. It is located on a resort, near grocery stores, and a few golf courses. Enjoyed gorgeous sunsets most evenings and the beautiful view of the Gulf. Would highly recommend.
