Disappointed that I ask if this was a duplex and was told No on two occasions. This is a duplex, no yard separation from next door. Next door was under construction with use of Jack hammer. We ask for them to please stop. After two days, they did. No cleaning supplies. Sliding door with no locks. Had a pole to secure the door. No access to awning and den was extremely hot in afternoon. Maybe insulated blinds would help.

KCB is very much a gem in the Florida Keys - we go every chance we get. Being familiar with the area, we thought this home would be great and we weren't disappointed. The house was impeccably clean - which is an obvious necessity given the current health climate. The floor plan is spacious - more than enough room for a family of 5. The kitchen is adequately equipped - no issues whatsoever in preparing meals. The beds are extremely comfortable and having the extra half bathroom (toilet/sink in the laundry room) was very convenient. Sadly this visit was only for a week, and we're already planning our next trip down. When we do - we'll certainly see if this house is available again.

The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The house was just as advertised. The kitchen had most any utensils that we could have asked for and had plenty of dishes and silverware. The kids loved fishing the canal and seeing the wildlife - manatee, sting rays, lion fish, barracuda, crabs and more.

Everything was excellent. Property was neat, clean, and updated. Backyard and dock were great, we rented a boat and enjoyed our week.

We all loved the house. Everything was well maintained and very comfortable. The location is wonderful. We took the boat and it was an excellent location for getting into Florida Bay and into the Atlantic. Both are just a few minutes away. The kids caught bait from the back dock and seen shark, tarpon and mangrove snapper while fishing.

Spent two weeks at this wonderful property, wish it could've been two months. Plenty of space for 6 people, very cute and well appointed. Hope to come back next year!

This home was very nice and clean. Great views and the local resident fish were waiting for us to clean our fish to get their treats!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Key colony is in the middle keys which makes it convenient to drive all throughout the keys. The house was very nice and spacious for our party of 7. My only complaint is we were only provided 1 towel per person so that meant I literally had to do laundry every day I was there. Also we were only provided 3 wash cloths and when I called to ask for more they brought us a new pack of hand towels, like we are supposed to be able to wash our body with those! Overall I would still recommend this vacation house.

This home is located almost at the end of Ninth st so there was very little traffic in front of the house. The house kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and dishes so there is nothing you couldn't cook. I really enjoyed watching the boats going up and down the canal everyday from the comfort of the living room. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

This is a definite “must rent again” place. Clean! Well equipped kitchen. Parking for two cars. Dockage for a boat. Access to the Cabana Club. Easy walk to Sunset Park every evening. Plenty of room for our party of seven - never felt crowded. Can’t ask for more in a vacation rental. Thanks!!

Loved this house.

We loved it but it Could need a shade area outside. No place to hide from the sun.
The cabana club is ok,but not great.
Clean and well equipt kitchen.
We took a swim i the canal and a manatee swimmed with us. There was also sharks i the canal in the evenings. Very exotic.

Beautiful updates home with everything we needed to make us feel at home.

The house can’t get much better we loved it. Had everything we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner. Only thing we would suggest is some kind of shade structure in the back probably would get very hot in the summer. Other than that we would highly recommend.

Well laid out and the dock is perfect location out vaca cut and close to captain hooks bait shop. We will be back.

We come to Key Colony Beach each summer. My family loved this duplex. It had everything we needed. It is very spacious and we love the layout. We wished we could own this place!! Would definitely come back.

House was clean with plenty of room. No shade in back as the picture shows. There was no mention of the bait freezer in the outside closet. I didn’t find it for 2 days. Other than those minor issues, it was paradise

Everything inside the place was perfect. Clean, open, plenty of space. The only thing that needs a little improvement would be the lack of shade at the back of the house. The afternoons get very warm with no shade of any sort. Other than that, it was paradise.

The place was amazing. Very clean and in new condition. I look forward to renting again!!!!

We recently stayed here and it was very pleasant. All of our guests slept comfortably and lots of room to spread out. Located at the end of the canal made it very convenient. We would consider staying here again.

Need to have someone check housekeeping . Dirty dishes, hair on the floor in master shower and main area. Nice sized place! Funky ad on layout but really provided nice separation for my family.

There really is pleny of room for 8 guests here and their luggage. Nice and open. Very nicely decorated.
