We are a group of 6 couples , we are all in our 60’s . We love this home and have came two years straight , it’s very relaxing , has a nice big kitchen , awesome fire pit and deck with plenty of tables and chairs, we love the host/hostess as well , very easy to communicate.

This is our second year staying at this home , the owners are very helpful and are quick to respond to any questions , this house is well stocked with all the essentials the lake lot is perfect no stairs to the lake , very close to powell valley marina to launch boats, .. absolutely the best rental we have had in a big house on Norris lake .. highly recommend

This was our second stay at this wonderful lake home on Norris. It’s a great layout for families of all ages with only a slight incline to the lake. It has a great kitchen for cooking family dinner but it’s also close to many marinas if you want to go out. We would recommend this house as a great spot for all!! We really enjoyed our wonderful week on the lake.

This was a great spot and we will be back. This home was everything we hoped for. The water was busy over the holiday, but not bad at all the rest of the week.

We had a great week at the lake. The house was beautiful and even though it rained for half of it, there were lots of games and puzzles in the house. There were 12 of us and it never felt crowded. Bonus is also how close it is to the marina. So convenient and the food there is great

Beautiful house with everything we needed.

The house was very accommodating with six bedrooms and four master suites with baths attached. We never had a problem with a bathroom not being available lol. The walk down to the dock was also nice and paved. The house was also fully stocked. We had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to book again

Great house well stocked kitchen, beautiful area, powell valley marina is very close, so that is handy, and they have great food . House was very clean the owner was very quick to answer any questions, would recommend to anyone who has a big family or group of friends to have a blast together

Home was perfect for our family. Kitchen was very well equipped...there was nothing that the Wilburs and Wards didn't think of when stocking it. They were very receptive when we reached out. We would recommend this property and look forward to coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property was absolutely EVERYTHING! Perfect for our Families coming together for a Summer week vacation! The house is so spacious with 4 master suites and 2 more bedrooms upstairs where one family stayed and my niece and nephew in the other. All the rooms and living spaces are soooo spacious! And let me just say kitchen, the kitchen and dining space for us to gather each evening and enjoy the perfect company and conversations was spectacular! The main deck is incredible and we used the grill several times! The extreme heat kept us swimming and Om the pontoon boat we rented from Powell. Powell is literally 5 minutes on a pontoon and has a full menu TH—Sun! Pretty incredible place! I loved everything about this place property, though the drive in was a little treacherous for me, lol. We fished too, but didn’t catch anything! Lol. We did see little fish off the dock though and some bass! The fire pit treated us well the first two nights, but then realized it’s way too hot for that! Overall Amazing Summertime Fun and Relaxation!!

Beautiful house, great location, fantastic time

Spent the weekend at the W2 lake house to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends. It was a perfect place to host a large group including families with kids! We rented a pontoon boat from the nearby marina and had a blast on the water! This is a perfect, quiet spot to enjoy the beauty of the area. Loved our stay!

The home was a great place for a late summer/early fall stay at the lake. Easy access to a boat slip for friends that came to visit. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and tables. No kids were present, but there was plenty of activities for them if they were. Only complaint was the firewood was not split into logs, so was difficult to burn. Otherwise, definitely a great spot and would return again.

You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful newer home! Very clean! Home is very well stocked with necessities. Great dock! Home is located in busy narrow channel to Powell Valley Resort. Was a perfect place for family to stay for a family wedding a couple houses down! Would highly recommend!

House had very easy access to the lake. Very friendly owner. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Our group of 13 adults had a fantastic week at this beautiful, well equipped house. It was particularly perfect for adults, as 4 bedrooms were basically master bedrooms, and even the other two bedrooms had plenty of sleeping space. There are so many thoughtful things for guests’ use, even including floats and things down at the dock. The walk to the lake was one of the easiest our group has seen. This one is truly a gem!

We had a big family vacation at this house over the 4th of July week and found it to be a perfect location. We loved the Powell Valley pontoon rental and the weather was wonderful. We had the little kids on the upper deck and they loved counting the boats that passed by durning our meals. The lake was amazing and we had campfires at night. It's a very private location with a breathtaking views. We had plenty of space to spread out and we enjoyed using the outdoor games that were at the house. Too bad we didn't have luck at fishing, though. I saw them jumping every morning along with the mists that were billowing off the mountains. So beautiful!

The home is amazing. Everything promised and more. Weather was great. Fishing was excellent! Caught a 25” Walleye! Kids were ill due to a Virus going around but movies made That easier. Kitchen had everything we needed. Grocery store close by and an Awesome ramp to bring out our pontoon. No complaints here! Even had the sweetest stray cat the kids loved And fed while we were there. Already Booked for next summer so we will be back. Water was perfect as well. Like I said, amazing home and a great time! We Had three families and 7 kids under 11. Plenty of room!

Our family had a great time! The house was perfect for our group.. lots of sleeping space and the outdoor eating space was really nice! Our only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that it was a great vacation!

My family and I had a great week at this lake house. The weather didnt always cooperate but we were still able to spend time on the covered deck during the inclimate weather. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our party. The common spaces were also more than large enough to accommodate our group.

Everything — the home and the lake — was beautiful! The home owner is very nice and responds quickly. We all hope to be back soon.

This place is a gem! I would definitely recommend staying here. The house was very nice. The dock was also great and convenient to store our boat. It also was great for my parents getting in and out of the lake with the ladder off the dock. Rooms were great and plenty of space for a family.

We stayed with our extended family for a long weekend. The property has a spacious incredibly awesome floorplan for families. Short walk to the dock and great amenities for the kids. I almost didn't want to leave a review in hopes we could keep this treasure of a destination a secret. The views, swings and bedroom to bathroom configurations were amazing!! The only complaint I had is we should have stayed longer!

This house was great! We used this for a family reunion trip and everyone had the right amount space! Lake access is great and rentals from Flat Hollow Marina for boats were all smooth sailing! The pictures are accurate and everything was clean. Well stocked kitchen, lots of games, toys etc. kids room for boys is really cute. Only cons are: - not great internet, phone, or tv service. Have to drive about 15 minutes to get a signal for making calls/texts - beds are very soft, as a firm bed group of people this was a con for most of the family. Lots of back aches. - the cleaning lady thought we were checking out a day earlier than we were and walked in without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I found that very rude - she knew people were in there since the Front door is glass and she could see us. Knocking seems like a better way to go instead of assuming we were in the wrong for being there and barging in on us. These few things didn’t bring us down though, I just think it’s good to point out for others that might care about mattress firmness and device quality.

Extended family enjoyed the week. Property was clean and owner answered questions quickly. The company recommended for renting the golf cart had the cart there when we arrived and picked it up before we woke up on check out day so make sure you don't need it the last morning. It was needed for one in our group to get down to the water so we were happy to have it. The ladder on the dock was excellent for those who have problems with standard ladders getting in and out of the water. We got a lot of wake from boats but it was fun and like a wave pool. Nice having the 4 masters with attached baths. Really loved our group of 10 being able to eat outside together every evening. Would've rented same week next year but it's already reserved. Thanks!
