My family had such a great time in Sunriver! The house was comfortable and the kids loved the hot tub! We definitely would stay again!

This property is in desperate need of care and money. The carpets are stained and nasty throughout. High surfaces are all dirty and covered in dust. Chairs and outdoor furniture are broken or missing. Garage door is damaged and broken. Home décor throughout is either broken or missing….

Great location with Sharc, house layout was nice for family. Carpets smell like wet dog. Hopefully they replace with hardwood. Notified rental agency, they were very attentive. Just beware, train goes by about 2-5 times per night.

It was so welcoming and the space was just incredible, would totally recommend booking with them ❤️❤️

Wonderful property! We enjoyed are visit and exploring Sunriver.

There were a few things that were a problem with the house: the bunk beds were so uncomfortable that the kids ended up sleeping on the couches, the thermostat has issues and so the down stairs would be really cold while the upstairs was like a sauna but the heater wouldn't turn off as it should have when it hit temp so we were roasting, and the dishwasher flooded the kitchen. The vacasa staff were great about bringing towels over right away so I was able to clean up the water. It would had been really nice if the driveway had been de-iced before our arrival. We had several falls on the ice trying to get from the car to the front door. I used the de-icer and also tried to break it up with a shovel to clear a path but it was so thick that I couldn't. The two queen beds were very comfortable and I got a great night sleep! The hot tub was amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you can need, the house has a nice open lay out upstairs and has a beautiful view and lots of natural light. We enjoyed Playing ping-pong and apples to apples, lots of games were available to play. Not far from Mt Bachelor, we enjoyed being able to play up in the snow at the mountain and then come back and relax in the hot tub.

Loved staying in this house. The layout really suited our family with 3 teenage boys. The open area upstairs was great for spending time together. The property was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a great location. Close to the Village. Private backyard. Lots of games and puzzles to keep the kids busy in bad weather. They even had sleds to use. Love all the extras that this house has for there guests. The house does have AC but maybe having a box fan for sleeping background noise would be nice. We would stay at this house again.

This house was in a great location. Had all the bikes we needed. So much potential. However, the carpet really needs replaced, it felt dirty. Some furniture items were dusty. And, the kitchen lacked cooking items, for instance there was no cooking oil or Saran Wrap. We really wanted to love the house, but for the amount we paid it seems these things should be taken care of.

The place was pretty comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything I needed. The bedding is a bit older and the doors kept locking for no reason and we would have to get a tooth pick and open them. The hot tub was a bit loud until we put water in it but was nice and hot. Overall I would totally rent it again.

The home is a bit dated. Bathtub in upper bedroom too high for getting in and out of. Double sinks in both bathrooms would be nice. Kitchen not very well equipped. Too many mismatched dishes. Could use a total refresh of dishes and glasses. Upper bedroom comforter not very attractive. Whole house could use an update.

This was a perfect fit for our group of 8. There was plenty of seating in the living room and the table was big enough for us all to sit down for meals and games. We loved how close it is to The Village, and that bikes were provided! We stayed here during the heatwave and the house stayed very cool and was so welcoming to come back to after being out in the heat! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!!

We stayed at this place for our first time last week and were very happy with the property. The house was and amenities were great and it was immaculately cleaned. We would stay here again for sure.

Overall the house was great for a family get away. The hot tub was clean but older so it had a funky smell. My kids really enjoyed the board games that were provided. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking and overall was clean and cozy.

House was excellent for our family of 4. The Boys had fun in the bunks and riding around on their bikes on the trails. Even with COVID and the off season we were still able to make an eventful trip. House was very clean and comfortable.

I must say that we were shocked at the lack of cleanliness in this house. We've stayed at several houses in Sunriver over the past 10 years and this has been the worst. It has a lot of potential, but when you immediately walk in and see that the carpet is stained and that it hadn't been vacuumed (garbage under the dining room table), I thought twice about even staying. Then, we notice the stained carpet in the upstairs bedroom, as well. The kitchen floor had not been swept, the blinds on the windows in the living room were stained, the blinds at the front door were so dusty, we wrote "clean me" in dust! This house was supposed to be "sparkling clean" due to COVID rules. It definitely was not. The upstairs bathtub was so clogged that when I turned on the shower, black gunk came out of the drain. The carpet is ripped at the kitchen/dining room. We killed 5 moths that first evening when we arrived. So, thinking maybe the house hadn't been used in a little while. We tried using the vacuum ourselves, but it was broken. We called housekeeping and they did arrive the next morning...but there was no apology about the cleanliness (or lack there of) and then we had to leave so they could vacuum and we get back and it's no better than it was before! She did call for maintenance to come fix the drain, so he did that afternoon. The downstairs seemed to be in better shape than the upstairs. I ended up using that bathroom and didn't shower upstairs. So, overall, very upset with the lack of cleaning done to this house. AND, I sent VACASA (who was the property management for this house) 2 emails and never heard back from them. Oh, and you have to leave by 10am on checkout day so that they can "clean". Seriously disappointed and we will not be renting from this company again and obviously this house. I'm not sure why it got such good reviews... ?? Yes, there are bikes in the garage and there are lots of games which is nice. They did update the couches and tv from the listing pictures.

Wonderfully stocked kitchen, tons of stuff for kids to do, bikes for everyone. Shower drains backed up while taking showers and there was no laundry soap at all when the email said there would be starters of stuff like that. Other than that, this house was great and we can't wait to go back!

Well payed out for family

The house was very comfortable to stay in. A lot of room for our whole family, and the house has everything that you will need. It was a very relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed playing the disc golf every day. Unfortunately, the pool was still closed while we were there because of the Covid problem.

We love this house, it was our second time staying here. The house is simple, everything you need for cooking a relaxing, enjoyed the TV option upgrades as well. Nice end of road location, and quiet setting. Only thing I was bummed about was that last year we noticed the transition from kitchen flooring to carpet had the tack strip exposed, we stepped on it multiple times. This year I had hoped it would be fixed, it wasn’t and we kept stepping in it again. But this small thing would not keep me from renting it again.

House was great!! It fit 7 of us guys in there with no problems. It worked out exactly how expected. Would stay here again.

Clean house, easy access to SHARC, village. The 6 SHARC passes and AC are amazing.

This was a great spot. My only complaint is the upstairs bed is very hard. I woke up each morning feeling like I got hit by a truck. The kids were able to walk to the village as well as SHARC, which was great

This house was awesome! There were bikes of EVERY size and PLENTY of them. We used the tennis rackets, pool table, basketball, baby toys, and high chair too! The hot tub was relaxing. The location to Sharc and the Village was also fantastic!

Thanks for the great stay! The house worked perfectly to bring my daughter and her friends for some fun in Sunriver. We loved having the downstairs set up with bunk beds, the extra bedroom, and the ping pong table in the garage. The hot tub was perfect, and we also appreciated the SHARC passes. We heard the train a couple times, but it was quick and not loud at all. I'd definitely stay again.

This house has an IDEAL layout~great, open and inviting spaces, as well as cozy accommodations that worked perfectly for our family and friends. Will stay again! 😊

Home is well kept and comfortable. Sleeps 8 without too much crowding. This is a split level home. The downstairs sets of bunk beds is basically the downstairs living room area and the second full bedroom is connected by a door without a hallway. This means that the second downstairs bedroom occupants are in very close quarters with the bunk bed occupants who do not have a door to their space. It worked for us but some families may not appreciate that layout.

The house was completely prepared for us. We have never stayed in a home so fully equipped! They even provided puzzles and coloring books to quietly entertain our grandchildren and us so that parents could sleep in a bit. We would love to stay in the house when it is snowing. It would be perfect!
