The location was perfect in the ski resort and the condo was great! Great amenities, stocked kitchen and laundry and communications with the owner has never been easier. We booked again for next year while we were there.

This was our first time to Park City and we had a great time. The location to the slope was ideal for our family of four. We were able to be on the slopes in minutes and come conveniently back to the condo for lunch or snacks. We also enjoyed watching the ice skating rink for our evening entertainment. The host was great with communication and recommendations. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Howard was a great communicator and made sure we knew how to check in and park without any issues. Howard was all around a great host to work with and I appreciate all his help. Had a great ski trip with friends and family. The unit was perfect for us. It was furnished nicely and had plenty of supplies. The location is great - just a few minute walk to the Payday lift. Howard was easy to communicate with. Overall, a great experience.

I had never been to Utah during the summer. The condo was in a great location close to mountain and also walking distance to Main Street. Howard was very helpful with recommendations throughout the trip. The place was exactly as advertised with lots of space. The complex is quiet too so we never had any issues with loud groups around us. Hopefully I can come back soon!

Our family enjoyed a long weekend while visiting for a wedding.

We had never been to Utah before and we were looking for a place that felt like Utah, even though it was July. This condo had that feel we were looking for, along with the layout and amenities. Even though this is an older building, this unit was in good shape, some upgrades, and everything worked. We really appreciated all of the extra pillows and blankets. They are everywhere! There were common items in the kitchen, plus trash bags, laundry pods, and dish soap. It was so nice not to have to but these and other things, for a 4 day stay. The host was super friendly and checked in on us often. I talked to him on the phone a few times as well. I believe he was genuinely interested in our little family vacation and made sure he did his part to help out. If we were to come back we would most certainly try to stay here again.

This was our first time heading to a ski destination in the summer. It was amazing!!! We enjoyed the ski lift ride, which was right on site, along with many other activities. The Main Street in down is a bit of a walk, but totally doable. I would definitely one stay here again. It was perfect for two couples.

We had a wonderful time in Park City at this beautiful condo. The place is perfectly located at the base of the mountain, easy access to the lifts from the ski lockers provided with your stay. Beautiful views of the slopes from the outdoor hot tub and heated pool, our family used every evening after a long day on the slopes. We were close to everything and the free park city bus stop was right outside to go anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several nights while we were there. The mountain got over 20 inches of snow while we were there- pretty amazing for the first week of April! Thank you Howard for a wonderful home away from home!

We had a lovely time staying in this condo on the slopes at Park City mountain. We enjoyed the hot tub and warm pool, nice little workout gym, and being right next to the skating rink! The condo was exactly as pictured and made for a perfect landing spot for a day on the slopes. It comes with an indoor parking spot and you can walk out directly into the resort village. We hopped a free bus one night to go into "downtown" Park City, but it is only a short walk to main street. There are ski lockers in the building that lead directly out to the lifts. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

Wonderful well-equipped condo at the base of Park City mountain. Comfortable master suite and really appreciated the full kitchen, laundry and boot dryers. We return just about every year to this unit. Highly recommend!

Property was great with easy access to the slopes. We had two families (8 total) in the condo with 4 kids ages 5-7. Owner was great at making sure our arrival was easy and the condo was setup for us. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. Looking forward to next year.

The condo is right in the heart of everything. It’s very convenient to store your skis in the locker room, then walk out and are on First Time Lift in a couple minutes. Ski in-ski out exactly as described. The unit was clean. Also the boot driers were clutch! The owner is great as well, he made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us some tips on teaching my 4 yr old how to ski ! I would highly recommend this unit!

Great location located “at the base” where there are multiple ski lifts. We also really enjoyed overlooking the ice skating rink. This property was perfect for our family of 5. All kids slept comfortably upstairs and we never felt we were on top of each other. Unit also came with name brand supplies like Tide pods, Charmin toilet paper, and Dawn dishwashing liquid. Well stocked kitchen for cooking.

Listing was accurate, VRBO booking process was seamless, host went above and beyond, condo had all the essentials plus some. The location worked great for us to mountain bike and trail run right out the front door plus our 2 kids loved all of the activities at the base (alpine slide, mountain coaster, etc.)We absolutely plan to stay here again and would highly recommend this property!

This unit is conveniently located at the lifts, but it's still an excellent location for summer trips. It has two levels -- ideal for our new grandchild and his parents for early bedtimes and naps while the grandparents stayed up and sipped the wine. All the essentials are there for easy living -- dishwasher, laundry, 2 full baths, assigned covered parking, easy access to the grocery/coffee locations, and a lot of sunlight to enjoy the scenery. The building is older and we had to pick our way around hallway and outside construction that wasn't in the description. The unit has a cathedral ceiling and in the summer it's hard to keep the second floor cool without frostbite for the first floor occupants. The owners were very accessible and helpful. Overall a good experience at a reasonable price.
