This property has been the best we havehad in our 8 years of family reunions. It is almost perfect for6 adults,3 teens, one child and 3 dogs! Huge fenced yard,well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for get togethers/ games or just some isolation. That said, for the price, there should be a few more amenities...hammock and a couple of kayaks would be fantastic. We plan to return next year!

Big house which fit our family of 12 very nicely! First few days were a bit colder than we expected but enjoyed visiting the many local sites! Last few days were a lot warmer and the kids (and adults) enjoyed floating the Little Duschutes! ! Great family time!

we really enjoyed our stay, property is something else and it was well prepared for us. We just enjoyed ourselves.

Our extended family spent Christmas in this lovely home! It was a perfect setting for our family of 11 - everyone had plenty of space to play separately or together. We were able to get 11 adults around 1 kitchen table and there was another table in the kitchen for 4 more - which we had designated as the “jigsaw puzzle table”. There are 3 living rooms to satisfy everyone for games, tv programs or conversation. Loved the 3 car garage to house vehicles and the kitchen is very well stocked regarding cooking utensils, pot/pans, plates etc. Beds were comfortable and there was climate control on each level.Ten minute drive to Sunriver Village for ice skating or shopping. Plenty of room to store your ski gear at the house too! Will definitely return this summer!

Our second time here. House is spacious and property is lovely.

This house and the property were amazing. The kids loved the yard, the river, the pingpong table and the three year old couldn't get enough of the Foos Ball. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, herbs and spices. There was so much room the older kids could have their own bedrooms. We rented this so our kids and grandkids could attend a family wedding with us. We only had the weekend but wished we'd booked the space for longer. Would love to return, especially earlier in the year so we could use the fire pit.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is VERY well stocked and we really enjoyed cooking in it. The deck at the river made it easy to get in and out. There are definitely enough places in the house for everyone to hang out together. The lawn is spectacular and the location is perfect. The last time we went we hardly left the property because we enjoyed it there so much - the same thing happened this time. I only wish we would have booked it for longer. I can't recommend this house enough.

This property is a great vacation place. It has a great view of Mt. Bachelor, quick access to the river and a huge backyard. This location was the perfect spot to have a large gathering. The house was fully equipped and then some. Communication with the host was great, she was very responsive and helpful. Highly recoomend it!

As a whole, we were very pleased with the location and layout of the property. It bedrooms and baths suited our needs quite well with 6 adults, two teens and one infant. The kitchen, while fairly small for a large group was very workable and very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and kitchen tools needed for cooking, grilling, etc. On the downside, the hot tub was never hot and given the temperature outside that was probably good, but it should have been hotter than just luke warm. The propane tank ran out on our last night and have to believe that it was not full to start. Next, the dishwasher would not properly dissolve the "pods" provided so we had to cut them open and extract the powder to get dishes clean. Suggest you convert to powder! Lastly, the host never had personnel contact or called to see if there was anything we needed. We did get a text about a fire that was close by, but that was all. I don't want to be picky because Vanessa was great when I had questions when making the reservations and after, but it would have been nice to have touched bases. All in all, it was great and we plan on tryiing to reserve again for next year!!

House was large and had plenty of space for entertaining. House might be on a well because the water smelled a little odd. Also, this is out of their control, but the mosquitos were VERY BAD. We didn't really even go outside because when you stepped out back they were everywhere. Advice, bring a lot of bug spray. House and owner were great though.

The property is beautiful and a perfect place for family and friends to gather. The location is private yet close to local attractions. We experienced some issues with the bbq not working properly. Also, basement toilet would not flush very good. There was damage (broken) to a ceiling light fixture in the bonus room upstairs. Grandchildren threw a pillow that hit the light, causing breakage. Let me know how to resolve the issue. Overall, we had an awesome gathering and hoping to be there again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the beautiful home.

It would be handy to have a broom to clean up stuff and so far in the water is very bad you can't take a shower or drink of the water or you get sick open ball it was pretty good thank you

This property was so wonderful. We had a get together with friends and family to celebrate a marriage. The house was perfect. Most of the time was spent outside enjoying the backyard! Kids ran around adults got to relax. The rooms were all perfect for small families and the master we got to enjoy to the fullest. Great living area, kitchen and playroom upstairs for the kids. We are so happy with our weekend we got to spend here. Highly recommend staying at this property

Everything was just as described! Home was incredibly well stocked and great accommodations for a couple of families. Fire pit area was a hit, didn’t use river due to cool weather but would be a great time on a sunny day! Big, well maintained grassy yard for games and ample seating indoors and outdoors. Would definitely stay again! And agree with other reviews with regards to bringing drinking water as well water is not our favorite. Highly recommend!

The family had such a great time that we are already planning our next one and want to stay an extra night!

Better than the pictures. Space was great, hot tub topped off long days of adventure in sunriver and Bend. The house had all the dishware and supplies needed.

This house would be amazing in the summer with the river access. A couple of families can stay and have their own space but come together for meals, movies and game night.

The location, view, and overall stay was wonderful. However, the grill was broken and the oven wouldn’t heat past 375 degrees making cooking for 8 on nothing but a stove a real hassle and when we contacted the manager she never responded. Wish we could have enjoyed our meals as much as the rest of the property.

We have 15 people come for a meditation session, lots of space to set up and do the meditations with the group. Nice kitchen, comfy couches. hot tub was wonderful and backyard was gorgeous.

We came back to this property because we enjoyed it so much a few years ago. The house is spacious and well equipped for a large group stay. Would recommend bringing bottled water - hosts are easy to communicate with - looking forward to coming back again!

Views are beautiful, house was huge and there was plenty of room for people to play and sleep! We had 11 adults and everyone had plenty of privacy and space. Hot tub was great

The house was nicer in person! There was lots of space for our family and we had a great time! We were very happy with our stay here. The water smelled like metal but this is explained in the description since the house uses well water.

Overall, this location and the house was great. A lot of space inside, and the outdoors is wonderful. The only improvement that this place needs is more cleanliness. Dishes were not clean (we had to wash all the dishes that we used)and inside could really use dusting (we cleaned dining room table, along with the kitchen counters, and such). Also, we highly suggest that the owner uses white linens on all their beds. Besides these few areas of much needed improvement, overall experience was very good. We would love to go back summer time.

We had our wedding at this property & it is everything we could've ever wanted! Beautiful views right by the river with a view of bachelor! The house is amazing & beautiful & everyone slept comfortably! We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at this house & would recommend this property to anyone! Also they're dog friendly which is a huge bonus for us! Vanessa was also very responsive to messages & answered any & all questions we had!

The property is nice and looks just like the listing, but there were numerous things that were wrong. The toilet in the hall sticks, the water is BROWN, the water pressure in the master bedroom shower is zero to none, the ice dispenser on the refrigerator did not work, the AC unit never worked, the hot tub was dirty and over filled then kept shutting off because it was so over filled. If we’re paying 500+ dollars a night, you expect it to be in the best shape. I got tired of having to text Vanessa about every little thing so I just let it go, just decided we won’t stay again. It’s a shame too, because it is perfect for large families.

We loved everything about the place. The river was slow moving and very usable

The property is very nice and the house easily accommodates a large group. The proximity to the river is so great! Easy access and fun to float! We enjoyed the large yard for games. The kitchen had every thing we needed. The view of the mountain is beautiful. Plenty of parking as well. We would stay again.

Fantastic stay! Gorgeous, private property and river access, well-equipped, room to spread out, kids loved ping-pong, foosball and slide. Better than photos. The house is beautiful and clean but lived in enough to feel comfortable having kids there. Easy drive to Sunriver & Bend, but we hardly left because we loved it so much. Only downsides were a couple of beds weren't the most comfortable, and the AC had a hard time keeping up on the hottest (100 degree) day. Other than that, loved it! Wouldn't be surprised if my family broke the tradition of going new places for reunions and rebooked here

We all loved the property and plan to visit again next year, if available.
