Loved staying here! Was blown away by the location and walkable shops, restaurants, nail salons, etc. Having the back patio made it feel like an extension off the cottage house and brought in so much light! My dog really enjoyed hanging outside on a daily basis. Very dog friendly neighborhood as well! This house was the perfect amount of space for myself and my dog and we were even able to extend our stay an extra week! Parking was never an issue- even in the busy summer months. Will definitely reach out again to stay!

This stay was perfect for me working from home for a month! I had all I needed with a fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen! There are very cute local places super close to this spot and bring a great lively vibe. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Carriage House and loved it. It is very comfortable and the walkability of the neighborhood is great. We loved checking out the local (very good) restaurants. We look forward to future holidays at the carriage house.

My fiancé and I stayed here for an extended period while house hunting in Denver. The location is great and the owner of the property was very kind in all of our interactions. The house came prepared with more than we expected and had plenty of storage space for it's size. If you're moving to Denver and need a short term place to stay while you get your bearings straight, this is a great option!

This perfect place has everything you need! Parking was never a problem. Laundry room was easy to use and always available. Make sure you have wings at The Spot and breakfast Rise and Shine.

Clean little spot with all the necessities and a wonderful little patio. Short distance to Washington Park, which was great for the kids. Highly recommend.

This cute and charming carriage house is nestled behind an ivy covered wall in a quiet neighborhood. The shared courtyard is so inviting and the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the space was everything I needed for a few nights in Denver. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

This is a converted carriage house as part of an older Denver property. It has a modern design and is perfect for 2-3 folks looking to be near the South Broadway /Speer area. Convenient to transportation and food and bars. Walking distance (15-30 minutes) to a lot of things or RTD stop. Bike share across the street as well. Nice patio/courtyard to sit and enjoy. Only a couple quibbles. The laundry is coin operated machines in a creepy shared basement of the main house and the AC is very loud. It’s Summer and most older Denver (and most Colorado) homes only have central heating. Cooling is by dedicated window units. This one cools but is horribly loud.

My adult son and his small dog and I stayed in this property for 10 days and were totally pleased with our experience. The carriage house, though small, included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The courtyard is charming and allowed us to be outdoors and still have privacy. The interior is designed in such a way to provide a semi private sleeping area apart from the living space. We cooked meals in the kitchen and grilled in the courtyard. The location is ideal, a beautiful residential area that also includes several excellent restaurants/ cafes. We became devoted customers of Rise and Shine for the most delicious biscuits! There is even a small parklike area in the next block where neighborhood dogs can meet. Downtown Denver is easily accessible by automobile. We would definitely stay in Christine’s property again and were grateful to have discovered it.

We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely renovated carriage house. The ivy-covered entrance made it feel like a quaint European dwelling. And the exposed old-brick wall lent character and a friendly warmth to the interior. The space was open and freshly contemporary. It was the perfect size for one couple, with a cozy living space, cleverly raised sleeping area with comfortable bed and luxurious linens, modern kitchen and nice bathroom. The weather prevented us from using the courtyard patio, but it looked very inviting. We will definitely stay here whenever we come to Denver!

Everything you need is in this small, comfy home.

This house is in a great location! We walked the dog around the neighborhood which was very interesting. There are restaurants, old homes and many dogs. Everyone was very nice; it is a friendly neighborhood. The house is decorated very nice and we had everything we needed. There is a very large step up to the bedroom so you have to be careful.

It feels almost like home! Great Neighborhood! Already looking forward to my next visit!

My husband had never stayed in a vacation rental and was extremely skeptical about our planned stay at Speer but the second he opened the old gate and looked into the cozy courtyard he already saw the beginning of a great stay and our next step into the carriage house brought nothing but complements. This little place truly has a wonderful setup, everything you need and a great neighborhood to hang out in. Lots of good non-chain restaurants nearby and South Broadway's hopping nightlife is a walk away. Perfect for dog walks because it's close to two parks and the Washington Park neighborhood is charming, full of architectural interest.and fun to walk through.

The property was clean and comfortable. The owner left great instructions for easy access and it had all of the amenities we needed. The bed was super comfy! We will definitely rebook here for our next trip.

Perfect spot for a visit. The location is great, with tons of great options for food and nightlife nearby but still on a quiet street. The carriage house itself was clean, modern, comfortable, just perfect all around. Host is very easy to work with as well. Will hope to always stay here when in town.
