Another great stay. Good location on the water with boat ramp right beside it. Nice quiet area. My dogs loved looking out both sliding glass doors. Very clean. I'm sure we will be back a third time!

The waterfront is awesome! My kids, 12, 10, & 8 had a blast swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking when we weren’t out on our boat! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The deck has a perfect view of the lake. The upstairs loft has a very short ceiling but my kids didn’t mind. The house was super clean and comfortable. And being only 10 mins from Rogersville was very convenient!
My only complaint is the box spring in the main room is very very squeaky. It woke me up several times when my spouse or I would move.

Me and the boyfriend LOVED it here. It was quiet and the fishing was excellent. About 10 minutes away from stores so it’s in a good location unlike some other fishing getaways we’ve been on. A nice neighborhood we felt safe in. There was a decent BBQ place with good pulled pork by the grocery store. The backyard is perfect for night catfishing and we were able to dock our boat for fishing around the lake. The back had lots of good lighting, seating and a fire pit. We came during a Mayfly hatching and the lights attracted a bunch of them just the first night so we turned them off that night but let me tell ya those Mayflies attracted schools of bluegill which was the catfish candy we needed. Definitely planning on coming again to try for bigger blues. Beds were cozy, air conditioning was cold, freezer icemaker, which us Chicagoan’s really needed with that Alabama heat lol. The boyfriend didn’t want to leave honestly. The deck was large but we liked the soft cushion chairs under the covered part of the deck during the rain. The boat ramp near the house was a huge plus. If we didn’t live 9 hours away we’d book it probably monthly. Caught beautiful blue cats, a huge large mouth, white bass, channel cat, lots of bluegill and sunfish. 2 Bait shops with an EXCELLENT selection 👌. We saw short nose Gar swimming around which was super cool as we only see long nose tby us. So many different types of birds and we’d never seen so many bright red cardinals around before. 5/5 🎣

Loved the place.. is not a lavish palace but it is a perfect lake getaway. I would like to rent again this fall of spring. Yard is really nice (bring you a croquet set if you like that). The views are amazing. You can see for 1/2 mile over the lake while you cook :).

This property is even better than advertised.
You will not find a better location. We went on boat rides and the kids tubed. There are great restaurants in Rogersville which is only 10 minutes away. Thank you to our hosts for providing us with this outstanding property!!

The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. Ice maker was turned off, so bring some ice. The property is beautiful! The owner was very relaxed when we asked for a late check out. We had a great time and would rent again

We had a great time, but I would make two suggestions.
Replace master bed mattress and put a hand held shower in bathroom, as shower head is extremely low for anyone over 5". Enjoyed our stay overall!

We enjoyed our recent 7-night stay at Twin Rivers Cabin. We were just looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway for fall break, and the cabin fit the bill.
The weather was pretty cool and breezy for many of the days so we didn't get out on the water and we're not into fishing, but the views are amazing and we definitely enjoyed the location. You can do a nice 3-mile round trip walk in either direction without running into much traffic and we did that several times. It was nice having the small natural area and boat launch right next door to walk our dog and catch the sunrise.
Some of the furnishings could be updated and there are a couple of minor annoyances, but everything is clean and cozy. Overall it's a 5-star value, especially if you take full advantage of the water activities.

The pictures didn't do this place justice. Beautiful large yard leading to the fishing/fireplace area with beautiful lighting at night. Plenty of chairs to relax in.
The fishing was great although we didn't take any home (we have lots at home and decided to let our catches go back home. ;) ) You can fish on the nice patio area or right down below under the seawall for shade.
The home was CLEAN and well stocked for cooking, relaxing, doing laundry, and just plain enjoying.
Very secluded area but just 7 minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and gas stations.
The PERFECT place IF you want the PERFECT GETAWAY.
We will definitely be back and thankful that the owners shared this beauty with us.

House was all we needed. Water views were excellent. Even tho the fish were not biting, everyone had a great time.

Cabin is well maintained and was very clean. Lot only had slight slope to access the concrete area next to water which was nice for relaxing or fishing or enjoying the fire pit. Great view of water even from inside of cabin thanks to two sets of sliding doors. Nice touch one of them is in kitchen. 15 minutes gets you to grocery store and restaurants and Joe Wheeler State Park. The pictures and description on listing were very accurate.

Everything was great. The only issues were the bed in the master bedroom which wasn't very comfortable and the shower head which was not very good for anyone over 6ft. Other than those items everything was immaculate, comfortable, and the hosts were awesome! We would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave! So quiet & peaceful, we enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river. Check in & out went smoothly. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. We loved being able to have our dogs with us. They loved it too. Being able to dock our boat & fish from the dock. I can’t say enough about the cabin and amenities! Perfect location on the water! Definitely recommend.

Nice 2 bedroom cabin. The loft doesn't have a door or closet so actually can't be a third bedroom as stated.

This cabin was everything we wanted for a relaxing vacation! We floated, fished, made smores and enjoyed playing games on the deck overlooking the river. Thank you for making our first trip to Alabama a great one.... We will be back!!!!

Great Family Stay
Perfect location on the lake with easy access and comfortable accomodations. Family was traveling for a fishing tournament and had great stay.

Great stay, All the amenities you could ever need. Only thing I hate, we had no luck with the fish our entire stay, but that is not the Owners fault. The view of the Elk River was magnificent. Definitely want to come back when it is not so hot. The bed in the room with the washer and dryer was SO COMFY that I wanted to stay snuggled up and sleep in like a teenager.
