Location is perfect, amount of space is perfect but the cleanliness and maintenance are really lacking. Would make me think twice about staying again. Did send photos immediately upon check in with no response about our concerns.

Loved our stay! The condo was just as listed. Located right on the beach away from all the hustle and bustle. Felt like we had our own private beach just steps out the back door.

10/10 Recommend! We absolutely loved our stay! Beach was beautiful and perfect! Condo was great and fit our family of 10 perfectly. Condo had a few cosmetic things that need addressed but it did not interfere with our stay at all. We will definitely book again for future stays.

Great place. Lots of space. Everyone liked it. Location was perfect and quiet. Away from the crowds which is what we wanted. Thomas donuts was a favorite and only one black away. Note: The outdoor grill is rusted out and not really usable but there’s lots of propane if you plan to take your chances with it, so don’t bring more.

Love the location and relative privacy. We love this part of the beach and the condo was updated well to feel clean and comfortable. There were no beach chairs or umbrellas, so we actually purchased 6 chairs and a pop up tent and left it for the unit. Hoping they will be there when we come back next year.

There is plenty of space to spread out or congregate. . . . lots of comfortable seating and spacious kitchen! The deck was GREAT with plenty of seating and nice shower area to get cleaned up after being on the beach. We had a wonderful time.

From the moment I arrived until the end of my stay, I enjoyed every moment at this condo. To be honest I wanted to extend my stay but I had to come back to reality. The easy access to the beach as well as close proximity of restaurants and bars was a plus for my friends and I. I’m already planning my next vacation to stay here. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Very nice and spacious. It does have a lot of stairs but they do provide baby gates which came in handy for our toddler. It is a little dated and you can see some of the spots that are over looked during the cleaning process but I would recommend this place for a large family.

Great location on the beach without the crowds. Easy access to the beach. Condo was clean with plenty of space. Communication and response from management was very easy and professional. The only 2 things to make future guests aware of is the fact that there are 2 long flights of stairs to climb inside so elderly or physically challenged people would be effected. Also, for the price charged to rent this condo, the owner needs to update the living room seating as it is small and uncomfortable and mattresses need updating to more comfortable ones. Other than these 2 things the condo was very nice.

Overall the property was nice and clean and in a great location, we had a great time there. Parking lot was very small. Don’t really like the window in the downstairs bathroom that looks into the bedroom.

Reviewer Comments: For the price of this condo, there were too many maintenance issues during our stay. Upon arrival the condo had an intense smell of sewer gas. I called this in to the office but no one came out, luckily it subsided after around an hour. The second night there we attempted cook on the stove but was quickly hit with the smell of natural gas to the point of burning our eyes. Had to turn the stove off and open doors. Called this in the next morning and I was told by the staff that I was the third person that has reported this smell. Someone from the gas company came out pretty quickly and stated that the stove was dangerous and had to be red tagged(not used). The maintenance staff had someone come out by that evening to fix the stove but it had gotten too close to dinner time so we had to plan to eat out. The shower in the master bathroom leaks a large amount of water onto the floor when you take a shower that you will have to clean up afterward in order to not fall. The bunkbed room bathroom leaks water onto the ceiling in the dining area when someone takes a shower and we had to put a pan in the dining room to catch the water. The rat bait station in the pantry is very unappealing especially since we saw a rat twice outside the back deck and the neighbors have animal traps on their deck. This condo is in a great location and looked nice but great decoration doesnt cover up multiple maintenance issues for the hefty price. I prefer not to have to deal with issues such as this on my only vacation for the year.

Process was easy and the trip was very much enjoyed by my family.

This was our 4th time to stay at this property, and we loved it! It’s right on the beach so you’re just a few steps away from the ocean, and it has a nice outside area so you can enjoy the view anytime!

The property was ideal for our family vacation. Private beach area just outside the door, amenities of property, and overall location was what we as a family was wanting in a vacation. My wife said "no more high rise condos" after our visit. Great time. Great memories.

The deck (upper and lower) were quite nice, with the upper providing a nice view to the east and west. Good view of the sunset to the west at dusk from the upper deck. No real complaints with the furnishings and layout. As we did a lot of cooking during our stay, the gas range top did not want to light on its own, we used a bic lighter to get it lit every time. And the kitchen faucet is plumbed incorrectly, i.e. hot = cold and cold = hot. We nearly scalded ourselves the first day until we realized blue wasn't cold the way it was plumbed up. Overall, great experience and will likely look for this same unit again in the future. The beach was quiet and not too crowded like it was a mile to the west where there were several high rise condo's.

Loved the location and easy access to the beach but when we first walked into the house there was a very bad “bad food/musty” smell that didn’t go away all week even after airing out the house. Also maser bed was not comfortable. Carpet on third floor is in need of replacing or even a good deep cleaning, very sticky/grimy feeling when walking on it barefoot. Wi-Fi was spotty throughout the time there. But otherwise a very comfortable house and lots of space for everyone to spread out.

Will definitely rent here again.

Wonderful spot! Great view and location

The condo itself was nice. Right on the beach. But between the black mold in the unit and ongoing construction, this condo should not have been rented. On the black mold, our daughter woke up the first day to an asthma attach and most everyone else woke up with a headache. We then noticed black mold on all the AC vents. Maintenance came out and confirmed the mold and spent 3+ hours cleaning the reachable areas. It helped but there was still mold in the system. Management claims that the unit was deep cleaned, but one look and the maintenance professional confirmed that it wasn't. On the construction, we came to the unit to see a full blown construction crew (forklift, material sheds, etc.). In addition to the 8am - 7pm constant noise, we had very limited parking, had falling debris, and had workers on our deck/roof. I fault the management (Book that Condo) fully. They should not have rented the unit.

Nice space. Loved being right on the beach. They were roofing the units next door which provided some minor annoyances (nothing that the property owner/manager can do about that!), but otherwise a nice stay for a few days. We liked that it was on a quieter stretch of the beach as well as far as traffic and beach activity. It had everything we needed for our stay. The deck space was great with good chairs to sit and watch the ocean and just hang out.

The Townhome is in a perfect location like it says in the description. We all enjoyed it but there were a few setbacks. They need better quality beds. The company needs a better cleaning crew. When we arrive the house smelled very bad like rotten eggs, after we air out the house it smelled very good, it felt like home. The oven was not clean properly when we turn it on a lot of smoke came out. We had to cook our food from the oven to the grill. The stove does work very well. Overall our stay was perfect. We had a blast!! This townhome is on the perfect location and neighborhood. We will come back next year!!!!

They had none.-Hair dryer (there was one)-Bring your own toilet paper -there was one roll provided per potty-Bring your own soap/scrub pads/paper towels/cleaners for the kitchenIt was tricky that there weren’t any rugs/towels to use by the back doors - as sand obviously tracked in everywhere. The beds were quite uncomfortable, sadly. The doors on the bottom floor (door to the patio, bathroom) were all hard to operate open/close. Otherwise, we would totally return - just come more prepared!

Our group consisted of two couple and 3 children ages 6,8, and 9. If it were to really "nitpick" maybe I would recommend updated bed linens but other than that, I honestly don't have any criticism whatsoever. The house was perfect for our needs. It's just the right size for 4 adults and 3-4 children. The living room is very nice and spacious and when you step out the door you can sit on a great porch with brand new furniture and look out to the gulf, or walk down the steps and walk 50 years to beach.It's really terrific access!!! If the kids needed to run up and get something to drink or go to the restroom they were never out of eyesight.All the bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are beautiful. Shower heads are incredible and the water pressure is perfect(not always the case at the beach)Kids room with 4 bunk beds, cubby holes, and TV was perfect for afternoon breaks from the beach. If you have a small group of adults and children there isn't a better place in the PCB area that I've stayed.
