This was our yearly trip. Always love this resort. Condo was exceptional and the location was amazing. The line at check in was a bit long, but usually is every year. The only negative this year was the restaurant in Phase 1 is not open for breakfast and doesn’t open until 3pm. So you have to walk to Phase 2 for restaurant and coffee, etc.which was a bit inconvenient.

This condo had the most amazing large patio, right near the pool and steps to the beach. We traveled with our good friends, their 2 year old and our two small kids. Being on the first floor with ample space and even beach chairs and toys provided was so nice! Something that is different from other resorts we’ve stayed at on sandy beach is that las Palomas offers full house cleaning and brings new bath towels, and needs as simple as more paper towels, to or even a dishwasher pod if you need it! So helpful! We even loved taking the breezy walk to phase two and enjoying the great coffee bar in the morning after a beach walk. Additionally, The owners of this condo are super responsive and very helpful, with any questions we had. Definitely hope to stay again in the future!

We had a fantastic time at this property. The location is second to none as you can walk from the patio to the pool or beach without needing an elevator. The condo was clean and comfortable, and had everything you might need. We can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront rental! The location couldn't be any better - steps away from the sandy beach and with stunning ocean views from the expansive patio. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
The amenities provided exceeded our expectations. From beach chairs and umbrellas to a fully equipped kitchen, the rental had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive to our inquiries and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable beach vacation.

We had such a great time. The condo was everything they described and more! We attended a wedding and I hosted brunch for 30+ firefighters and families. I took some of my own things but ended up not needing anything I took. Kitchen very well stocked. Location was perfect with a great view of beach and pool area. Maid services daily if wanted. Julie is the best to deal with. She answered all my questions (I had many) quickly. She was so responsive & friendly. We had everything we needed and more. The resort is absolutely fabulous. I cannot give this place enough stars. Our friends were so impressed as well.
WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. A BIG THANK YOU TO JULIE FROM OUR FIREFIGHTER FAMILY!

We’ve stayed here in this condo before and will continue to stay here. Condo has a perfect location close to the beach and pools. Has everything you need to make you stay as comfortable as you want. Julie is a great host and fast to communicate if you need anything.

The unit is so beautiful. Well equipped, unbeatable views, giant patio—perfection on the ground floor. Easy access to swim up bar and beach, as well as the BBQs. It’s been a few years since we stayed at this resort but we had such a good time, we’ll be back. The staff are so amazing and accommodating. Julie was so easy to work with was such a plus. Thank you for opening your beach home to us! (:

Great quick getaway with the family. The unit was perfect for our needs. The kids could all come and go which was amazing for the parents!! Perfect location to Pool, lazy river, Pool bar and ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! Exactly as described. Very clean and well kept. It was so nice to be right on the water and have direct beach access. The beds were very comfortable! The host (Julie) was always available and responsive. We also enjoyed the property grounds. Las Paloma’s is very well cared for and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Will definitely return!

I’ve stayed at many different places in Rocky Point, but this takes the top spot! The location to the pool/beach can’t be beat! Being able to watch the sunset from the patio is amazing! The huge patio was a dreamland for my toddler. She ran around for hours and loved it! Not having to deal with any elevators and not having to walk far was priceless. I imagine the owner gets this a lot, but I would buy this condo in a heartbeat if it ever gets listed!

Everything was according to listing. Beautiful property, excellent condition. We went in the middle of the week and there were no crowds, service was wonderful. There was also housekeeping provided which was a welcome surprise! They cleaned the unit and disposed of the trash daily. It was a wonderful experience!

Where to start….. the condo was very clean! The beds were very comfortable. The HUGE patio was a playground for our 2 year old toddler to run back and forth nonstop. Super convenient locations- steps from the parking garage for unpacking/packing the car and steps from the pool bar. We would love to come back!!

We have been coming to RP for years and have stayed at several different condos. This was by far one of our favorites. The layout is a bit different then most other two bedrooms in that each room has access to the patio and ocean views. The patio is huge with an amazing ocean view and easy access to pools. Had no issues with the room itself. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will be requesting this room again for future stays.

This was our first time to puerto penasco and we couldn’t have had a better time. Everything was so easy and convenient. Traveling with small children is never an easy thing to do but this condo makes life so much easier. The outdoor space alone is like a playground for them. There is so much space inside the condo that no one feels on top of each other. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer really just makes you feel like you’re at home. While we were there we booked another stay we loved it so much

This property is wonderful. We have stayed at Los Palomas before but really enjoyed this condo ALOT more than the other one. Everything is exactly as described. The beds are comfy. This unit has one of the best stocked kitchens for a vrbo that I have ever stayed in. What really sold us on this unit was the ground floor. No waiting for elevators and such easy access to the beach. I don't think we will ever stay up on a higher floor again. Can't wait to go back!
