We loved the view from the 15th floor of the Seaview Tower.

Property was exactly as listed. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were super duper comfy. The unit is on the 15th floor, but the elevators were fast. The beach is huge and gorgeous. The unit had everything we needed as far as appliances and dishes. The owners was amazing to worth with. So helpful and sweet. Responded quickly. I would stay here over and over again.

Great location and wonderful condo.

This was our first visit to Marco Island and we loved it. This oceanfront condo is a home away from home, but better. With incredible beach and ocean views, we enjoyed the sunset every evening from the balcony. The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for the beach and full kitchen, comfortable living room, and washer/dryer for our convenience in the unit. Just a short, easy walk to the beach where we enjoyed a week full of beauty and relaxation. Highly recommend this property and Marco Island! Will definitely be returning.

Very clean and organized

We had an amazing time staying at Sea Winds over the Holidays. The condo was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! The kids really enjoyed the heated pool, proximity to the beach, and pickleball courts. Ginny was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Thank you for a memorable trip!

What a wonderful property located right on the pearl white sands of Marco Island. The unit was updated and fit our needs perfectly. The check in process was amazingly easy thanks to the detailed instructions sent by the property owner. The condo was filled with recommendations for food and entertainment, and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, toys…all you need to do is bring yourselves. The appliances are all updated and new. The views from the balcony (which was huge and had plenty of seating for my family) were nothing short of spectacular. The sunset from the balcony was God truly at work. Communication with the unit owner was easy and we had zero issues. I highly recommend this place!

As soon as we walked in it was like walking into a little piece of heaven. EXTREMELY clean and welcoming. Ginny, the owner was/is extremely responsive with any needs or questions we had. We will absolutely be returning.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Proximity to the beach, pool, and hot tub as well as the beautiful landscaping made a relaxing atmosphere. The unit itself was well-equipped and adaptable to three guests. Directions for use of the unit were very organized and easy to follow. Accessories and inspirational quotes added to the comfortable feeling. The host was quick to respond and courteous. Suggestions for improvement would be room-darkening draperies in the 2nd bedroom and more comfortable furniture for enjoying the beautiful balcony views. Also an extra key would be convenient so that not everyone had to agree on the same timeframe for activities. Marco Island is a beautiful place to vacation and this unit was a great access point for everything!❤️

Great location. Beautiful views. The condo worked out great for our family. Ginny had a list of the best things to do in Marco Island and great places to eat and it was so helpful! We will definitely go back!

My husband and I stayed here with our 8 & 5 year old. The location honestly can’t be beat. The condo complex is well taken care of and literally steps to the beach. The pool area is small but well maintained and my kids loved having some pool time after the beach. Lots of restaurants within easy driving or walking distance. We also really appreciated the wagon and beach chairs supplied by the owner, it made things a lot easier! The condo itself is clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The location right on the beach and the 15th floor gave us spectacular views of the beach and sunset every day. Ginny was responsive and so helpful when I reached out with some questions. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation!

4 of us ladies celebrated our 50th birthdays and absolutely enjoyed this condo and loved the beautiful views. The beach access was incredible and never too crowded. We also enjoyed the pool and all of the friendly people we met. Absolute fantastic stay!

We wanted a quiet oceanfront spot for our family vacation, and boy did this place deliver. The sunsets over the Gulf are spectacular. You can sit at the table and enjoy your dinner and watch the sunset. The balcony is great for sitting and thinking deep thoughts as you look out over a broad swath of Creation. The condo is recently remodeled and super clean and comfortable. We comfortably put three kids in the bunk beds and had room for a playyard for the fourth. The trundle bed would have slept more if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. The beaches here are beautiful, with calm waters, tons of shells, and not many people. All in all we had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Stunning view!!!

The view and location were definately upscale and luxury as advertised, however, the building needs maintenance for sure. Hallways and elevators are dirty and aged, need some serious paint. The unit was okay but not what would be considered luxury. The furniture was not comfortable at all, beds were so-so, they need new pillows, and definately a better cleaning service. Fans are very dirty and found kids underware in the sheets. Broken screen on one patio door and smoke detector hanging off the wall. Little tiny flying bugs all in the food on the counter, had to refrigerate everything, including the cereal. You expect some things to be off of course, but this seemed like a lot. You pay all these service and cleaning fees and if definately wasnt the "luxury standard." Be prepared to pay for parking too. The is no owners spot included, which isnt mentioned.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. Host was fantastic.

The place was clean and newly remodeled. The listing person was easy to communicate with. The shelling is nice, but nicer if you book a tour.

Our stay in Marco was great. The property was exactly as advertised. Hard to beat being a few short steps away from the beach with the property providing everything you could need for a beach day (whether relaxing or entertaining kids!). The pool was also a great benefit for the kids to swim and breakup sometime in the sand. Nice and quiet, with great views of the sunset over the ocean.

The Condo was as advertised. The Host was stellar! A great get-away and beautiful views. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location with amazing sunsets

Just got home from a week on Marco Island and we had a wonderful stay at Ginny’s place. Hands down, best feature… the balcony on the 15th floor with the BEST view of the sunset. No words!! Ginny was beyond helpful and accommodating. Best host on VRBO. 😍 Very cozy and comfortable. Travelled with 12 and 14 year olds who loved being able to easily go up and down from pool/beach to the condo. Can’t wait to go back! JF from Toronto Canada
