The location was great for skiing; a short walk to the gondola. Condo was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was very nice. The lobby was very comfortable with a pool table that was perfect for relaxing in the evening.

I love that the room is on the main floor, and near the elevator. Easy to unload the care in the underground heated garage and enter my room. It is so cozy with the fireplace, a very comfortable bed and a kitchen so well stocked you hardly need to bring anything. If there is an issue, (I had one small issue with the fireplace) it was taken care of immediately. The communication prior to my arrival was perfect. I received several emails from Vacation Rentals, that when I arrived I walking into the lobby and opened a mailbox and got the key. Just so easy. I cannot say enough except there must be a reason this was my third year in a row!!! The location is perfect. So close to restaurants and to other resorts. There are also several trails for hiking as well.

Nice property. Construction going on that will block slope views. Elevator out of order could have been a problem for someone less mobile. When the construction is finished, it will be even better. I'd stay again. Short walk to restaurants at River Run.

Great place. Ski in - ski out involves some walking, but this is a very nice place. No complaints from us!

Great spot for a ski vacation for our little family of four. Check in process was easy, unit was cozy and clean. Ground location..easy in and out. Only downside to the unit was it was near the elevator so at night if people were loud walking by we could easily hear them. We just ran a box fan (in the bedroom closest) in the kitchen and had no issues. Would totally stay here again! 5 min walk to the gondola

Didn't receive check in email so I emailed my contact to be told to refer to the email so emailed again to ask for the email. Then find out we have to go to a separate place for keys then to the "hotel"

The unit is on the first floor sandwiched between the only elevator in the building and the recreation/pool foosball room. It’s a wood building so sound carries and all we heard every day and night were boots clunking in the hallway, screaming running children and people yelling. We. Implainwd several times but there is really nothing one can do except avoid this location.

Property was very nice, clean and just what we needed for the two days we were in the area.

Absolutely perfect! I was sent directions and reminders frequently before I arrived and everything was just as stated from fluffy towels, comfy beds, etc. I wanted to book for next year but have to wait a bit!

We really enjoyed our Keystone stay in this unit. Everything is very functional and the kitchen packs a lot of equipment. We came in by shuttle, but did not need a car. Our shuttle driver stopped for us at the key pickup location on the way to the unit. Keystone village is easily walkable and has a small market. The area bus system can get you everywhere else. Would stay here again.

I left my key in the condo, and the management team was very helpful getting me into my condo.

Everything was so organized. The “Guidebook” app was so helpful and kept all info we needed at our fingertips!

Awesome location, walking distance to the ski lift/gondola. We really liked that it has garage parking and a full kitchen. It has everything you need. We loved the fireplace! There were a lot of fees involved between vrbo and taxes and the property management company BUT we would still definitely go back. We felt right at home.
