Perfect location for our family to enjoy the beach!

Property is well laid out and convenient to pool/beach. Having full bathroom downstairs is great. Beach is a disaster, as there is not enough room being sandwiched on either side by private beaches. Security guards could stand to be more friendly as well.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and pool and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4.

Don’t forget to find the hidden beach bar while there!

Really need more starter supplies and need to have some supply of beach towels

WE HAVE STAYED AT BEACH. .MUSIC MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE YEARS AND ARE NEVER DISAPPOINTED

It was a wonderful trip. The location is perfect. We could walk to the beach and walk to go out to eat or shop. It was very easy to rent chairs and carry them with us. The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults.

This was the perfect house for our small family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Definitely tighter fit if you have a larger group so consider that in your booking. The rental had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. Equal distance to Alys and Rosemary beach. My only criticism is that the small private beach is shared with a larger community so chairs and umbrella are limited unless reserved in advanced (especially during spring break). The beach was crowded compared to neighboring communities.

So convenient to the beach, a short walk, no need for a bike and close to Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys. We had one issue with the hot water getting cold quicky and it was repaired, conveniently, within 2 hrs. Use the Maintenace #/text, super responsive.

Beautiful house, super close to the beach. It was an easy walk every day only being a minute or so away. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and lovely house close to everything in 30A.

We had a great time staying at this property. My spouse along with my two children ages 2 and 4 had the best experience staying at this great home. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach. The home was clean and very welcoming with the decor. Easily the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in while staying in a rental. Can't wait to come back.

Our favorite location in 30A to date! Easy walk to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to Alys and Rosemary. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved this place! Clean, had everything we needed, and close to the beach!! Communication was great with booking, checking in/out, etc. Highly recommend it!!

The location is perfect - walkable to the main Rosemary beach and Alys beach town centres. Also just a 60 second walk to the beach and pool. The house was nice although tight as only 2 bedrooms. The only complaint would be that the house could use a few minor aesthetic updates. The main entry rug was pretty worn and tired/stained. The master bedroom was also extremely tight. The king bed and two side tables barely fit. The shower upstairs also had some stains on the ceiling that were concerning (potentially mold/mildew), and the drain did not work well , leaving a puddle while you showered. Overall enjoyed it - the front yard area and porch were great for our kiddos and to have a drink/grill out!

The unit was very clean and the location was perfect. You can walk to shops, restaurants and beach in just minutes. I would not recommend for more than 4 people. The bedrooms are very tight. Property management was very responsive to issues. My family visited during October and the mosquitos were bad on the balcony and porch, then made their way inside the unit. Great outdoor areas--may be better in summer. The bikes were a bonus!!

This villa was decorated beautifully and so clean! Was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very very comfortable. Literally steps to the beach! Loved the bikes and utilized them the whole stay! It felt like home! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We will be back!

Loved this cottage - beautifully decorated and close to the beach. Great restaurants and little boutiques within walking/biking distance. And the location is perfect to watch the amazing sunsets on 30A! Can’t wait to return!

Great location, it is right near the beach entry. This can be at times a pretty high traffic area since the entire neighborhood enters here. Small beach space and a 3 row chair rental scenario. The online photos are misleading as there are 2 different appearing king bed bedrooms (with different bedcoverings, angles, window hangings--seems intentional), however there is 1 master with a king and 1 room with a double twin.

House was lovely, a bit smaller than it appeared but in a great community. Very close to beach and town!

We rented chairs and I was glad we did. We had a first row seat. The back is hot and people without chairs just lay down wherever. WE HAD SOMEONE LIE DOWN UNDER OUR UMBRELLA WITH ALL THEIR STUFF! House was well-maintained, clean and surprisingly had everything in such a small space. Company updated us when it was done being cleaned and was responsive when we had a maintenance issue. Much closer to the beach then pictures indicate. Kitchen is very well stocked with so many items you may need. Bike rides thru town were amazing. White sand beach is gorgeous and perfect. Water very clean and enjoyable to play on the waves no matter your age. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. Rosemary beach Main Street is adorable. Would highly recommend and we hope to stay here again in the near future.

House was very clean on arrival. Very nice having three bathrooms and being close to the beach. Had difficulty with front door lock..maintenance is requesting new lock from owners. Also lock box was difficult to open and close. Kitchen supplies could use an update.
