All the staff were very kind and helpful. Nice smell in the hall. The location is great.

- the towels are super old and dirty. They really need a change ! It’s unacceptable at this price. - the bed sheets are sometimes dirty too. Need to replace asap too. - The breakfast wasn’t great (bad quality jam and bread for example) and few options. We ate the breakfast at the hotel on the first day but then we ate outside for the rest of the stay, even if the breakfast was already paid at the hotel. - missing a wardrobe in the room. The 3 open shelves and 3 hangers are really not enough. - not much natural light in the rooms. - bathrooms need a renovation (old and looking dirty..) - toiletries could be of a better quality at that price. - noise from street at night

1. Breakfast was not great, chef wasn’t able to make proper Dosas. 2. In room dining starts very late, like for morning tea you need to wait till 8:00am and closes by 10:00pm 😟

Shankar at the front desk went above and beyond! Also the restaurant staff, both morning and evening, were very accommodating. Prabha Karan had good recommendations for me.

Clear communication about the taxi fee from airport to hotel- but really not that big of a deal.

There was a mix up with our rooms on the first night but staff tried to correct the mistake as soon as they found out and partially refunded us the difference

The room and lounge/garden areas are beautiful, clean and well kept. Small rooftop pool and restaurant where delicious breakfast is served are also luxurious and great. The toiletries are the nicest, and the strong hot shower is the best in comparison to anywhere I have been in the world. I used to come to the restaurant for meals when staying at another place. The food was so good and staff so welcoming from the front door person all the way up that I decided to stay at the hotel on my second visit to Pondicherry. I will definitely be back.
