The bed was super comfortable and king size. The apartment was large and had everything we needed. The apartment was in a good location with easy access to Beach Restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets. We have rebooked to stay again this year and next year.

Great location. The building staff were very friendly and helpful. The property manager Raj was very quick to respond to our needs and concerns. The apartment is equipped with all basic necessities. The pool was clean and well maintained.

We were staying at Raj’s place for 2 weeks and it was wonderful! Everything is pretty and new inside, as shown in the photo. Nice view of the ocean from the appt, a pool on the roof of the building with stunning sunsets in the ocean from one side and beautiful sunrises from the other. The kitchen is fully equipped, tv has a lot of channels (included kids program) and the wifi worked well. Raj was very helpful and heartfelt with every our needs and answer immediately on all our questions, also they have REALLY good cleaning for a very affordable price it was outstanding how cheap and professional it was. Neighborhoods are good, I love it. It's very local. You can see and feel exactly how people in Sri Lanka live, what they do, how they work. In the morning a little tuk-tuk comes to our building with fresh, hot bread, donuts (they are good!), and other delicious stuff. In 3-5 minutes walking you will find grocery, supermarket, laundry service (if you need one, although there is a washer at the apartment), juices, coffee, some street food, and more and more. Also, The place is just 1 minute away from the beach with nice gold sand, nice views, and local places (steam boat cafe recommended) where you can chill and look at the ocean. Btm line: Recommended. If you want to live with all the comforts and an ocean view - choose it.

The place was spotlessly clean, linen to cutlery. Everything worked from hot water to air con. Pool was good and clean.
