This is a great condo in a great location but management is not worth a five star rating. First of all I rented this condo last year and wanted to forward my mail. I contacted Vacasa in August for a key to the mailbox. After three unreturned calls, I was assured the key would be waiting for me. Upon arrival it was not and after another two calls, the key arrived. Secondly, Vacasa gives you a phone number to call if you need anything. When you call, the robot answer is "Sterling Beach". I hung up the first time thinking I had misdialed. After re-dialing, I stayed on the line waiting for a human and finally got Vacasa. Nowhere was that explained by anyone or in the welcoming brochure. Next, during a cold spell, my cypher lock would not work. After calling Vacasa, a technician was sent to change the batteries. Batteries die so maybe a PM systems to periodically change the batteries is in order. Also there was no key in the emergency key box on the door. The technician took the keybox door and promised to return the next day to replace. I was still empty when I left several weeks later. I also had an internet wifi problem and called Vicasa. The help desk was not initially aware the internet problems were handled by another company. That should be noted in the welcoming brochure. Lastly one elevator was out of order for several weeks. Rumor was they were waiting on a part. Other than that, the condo and place are great and we have booked a different condo for next year.

Kitchen was excellent very nice. It had everything you needed.

This property was just as decribed and exceeded my expectations. The layout of the property was spacious enough for 6 adults. **Very clean**

The kitchen: the appliances were new and everything worked as needed. There are several dishes available so we spent alot of time in the kitchen cooking and making memories. There is a blender, pizza/cookie pan, mixer, and can opener. There is a kitchen table that seats 4 people and there also 3 bar stools at the kitchen island.

The bedroom: both rooms have access to the balcony, a large bathroom with glass door shower, plenty of towels and rags. Master bedroom has two large closets, ample pillows, and bed was extra comfortable. The glass door to the balcony was positioned to be able to see ocean from my bedroom. The 2nd bedroom also has access to the balcony that faces the city and tennis court. Pillows and bed were super soft on both queen beds, this room also has large closet space.

Livingroom: The large sliding glass doors opened up to allow the ocean to come to you. The chairs are comfortable 1 sofa bed, 2 reclining chairs, tv, and even had a dvd player. Spacious enough to play board games and any other thing you would like to do.

Wrap-around balcony was the icing on the cake for me seeing as I love a great view of the ocean. No matter what room you are in you have access to the balcony. There is a table and high chairs, lawn chairs, and great views.

Customer Service: Customer service was great! They called and texted to ensure we were settled in and had everything we needed. I was missing a parking pass but they quickly resolved that issue. I received a text message after my stay also.

We just stayed (Oct. 2021) in this condo and had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and in working order. The beds were comfortable. We cooked in one evening and had everything we needs to make our meal. The only improvement that I noticed was the front balcony door was sort of hard to close and the front closet door wouldn't close at all. Both minor things and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in PCB.

The wrap-around balcony provided spectacular ocean views, especially the sunsets. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nicely appointed. The furniture was plentiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute!

This unit has a terrific view of the beach; however, the quality of the unit was terrible. The issues we had with this unit are: The air return vent/filter had so much dust and dirt on it, it appeared to have not been changed in over a year. Baseboards in all rooms were covered with dirt. Sheets on the beds were put on inside out. Dust on furniture. Thick dust on fan blades. Most TV remotes did not work. Broken patio furniture on balcony. No dish towels. No hand towels in one of the bathrooms. Dirty Curtains. Wash machine would catch your clothes, causing them to get stuck inside. Neighbors would play loud music at night, and we had a baby and children trying to sleep. When I contacted Vacasa they stated that they did not own all the units and would send messages out to the ones they owned around us and advised us to call security. I called security several times and after two rings it would go to voicemail. Parking is HORRIBLE. We brought only one vehicle and had a hard time finding a spot to park many times. We had a handicap person with us and many times people would park illegally in handicap spaces or use it to store items like pallets. This forced us on the last day to park at the other end of the parking lot. Due to this inconvenience, it made check-out much longer and the house keepers got angry with us. We had to explain to them that handicap spots were illegally blocked. I have been to PCB several times and have never experienced anything remotely close to this. I will not be returning to this building again and may not use Vacasa again.

Loved our stay. The wrap around view of the beach was amazing. Everything was perfectly supplied. Our only comment would be to have the upholstery on the sofa and chairs cleaned. They were a little dusty. Other than that our stay was amazing and we would definitely recommend it as well as stay again !!!

Absolutely loved this condo! It was beautiful and peaceful. The only thing I wish it had was a broom, because I don’t like sand in the condo, and a dish rag, because I don’t like using a sponge for dishes but that’s just personal preference. Everything else was as advertised. I’ve never stayed in a condo where the kitchen was actually fully stocked! It was absolutely wonderful. My family would definitely stay here again!
