We were celebrating Christmas with our adult kids, and a new grandchild. We were so grateful that there were Christmas decorations up around the house, including a small tree. The living room was the perfect size for the 8 of us to hang out together in front of a nice fire. The rooms were all nice size, with comfortable beds. As they say in the listing, they only supply 1 roll of TP per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels, and there was hand soap at sinks. You will need to bring all other bath items; soap, shampoo etc. We did know this ahead and were prepared, but was unusual in our experience renting homes, to not have sample sized items available. Our overall experience was great and we would definitely stay at this property again.

We celebrated our mothers 80th birthday and family Christmas. The house is in a great location. It was easy to access. Everything felt very safe and secure.

Decided to have the family Thanksgiving dinner at the house because we couldn’t make the trip we had planned. The house was amazing and we really enjoyed the whole experience. We thinking about coming back in the summer so we can enjoy the lake. Thanks.

This is the ultimate party house. Huge spacious living areas. Chef's kitchen. Beautiful views on the lake and having the Boat there waiting was a real treat. We will be back again for sure. Highly recommend for winter or summer stay.

I was attending a convention at the nearby Ritz, and decided to stay with some colleagues at this house. Lots of room and fun activities like billiards, darts, foosball, etc. The house is in good working order, but a little dated. My only complaint is that for a luxury rental that we leased for a full week, it was unusual that we had only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. Also, no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower, and no wood for the fire pit out back. These should all be included in a place like this.

We held a small company retreat at The Pointe and it was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room to relax and spend some out of the office time together.

Our family of 14 were happy with the house and the boat. We all swam in the lake and used the provided canoe and triton boat each day.Kitchen is well appointed. FFYI The coffee pot is conventional drip. Location is close to Publix and other shopping. We will stay here again!

Our family (including grandparents, parents & adult children) had a great time at this house on Lake Oconee, celebrating several family events. The lot is large & beautiful. Some of the outdoor furniture needs updating, but overall, the home was well furnished and comfortable.

This house was amazing. We had a family wedding in Greensboro and wanted to stay together. So many great memories created. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is spacious for a large family. Our children loved the bunk room! The house is very attractively decorated and has many amenities. The kitchen was very functional with everything you need in order to cook. We enjoyed watching movies in the theater room. The kids enjoyed playing in the game room. Right down the road was the Ritz which had an ice skating rink! Christmas decorations was a really nice surprise! We’ll have wonderful memories of Christmas 2022!

Renting this property was easy just felt a lil uneasy not being able to have a satellite view of the property but it was everything I was looking for and more!

We have rented this house several times before, it’s very nice, clean and well stocked with everything you need. No traffic in the neighborhood, no pass you have to get going in and out of a gate. Jordan was very good to work with when booking property.

We had an early family Christmas here, and the house was perfect for us! We liked that there were two large seating areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, so that our group could break up for different conversations. We loved the big round table right off the kitchen with wonderful views of the lake, and we used the more formal dining room for our "Christmas dinner." Of course, the kids loved the theater. And we spent a large amount of time out on the covered porch, since temperatures were mild. A few things in the house were broken, but I will report that to the host for repairs. All in all, it was a wonderful stay for our family.

This home is a great home. There is lots of space and it's bright. We used it for a company retreat and made a lot of use of the common spaces. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are some good restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking. Nothing beats enjoying your morning coffee on the upper porch which has the most amazing view of the lake. We will stay here again in the future. Jordan was a wonderful host and was very communicative.

We had a great time staying at the Pointe. We rented the pontoon boat that belongs to the property and it was an absolute blast. The lake is peaceful and not too busy. Lots of golf to be had if you're into that sort of thing property itself is fantastic. There's a few things that could use submaintenance including the game system downstairs as well as some of the furniture. It plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. We had a blast. Thank you

We brought our nine business leadership group here for two nights in September, and it was perfect. Great space to meet, relax and play games/cards in the basement. Views of Lake Oconee were terrific. Jordan was an outstanding host and great with communication. Five stars...We will be back!!!

Great experience loved the house and location

Perfect house for our Labor Day weekend with friends and family. It rained for a few hours several of the days so the game room and theatre was perfect! The location of the home is great! A shirt drive to Liblix and several restaurants. We would definitely rent this home again!

This was a perfect place to use as our meeting space for our business retreat. It has spacious rooms where we could meet as a larger group (20 people), big kitchen for catering meals or cooking, and expansive outdoors areas. The view is one of the best, the boat available was a great perk, and the games, kayaks and pool table was perfect for the downtime between meetings. The team commented on how relaxing it was to meet in this setting and how it helped make the time even more special. Thanks.

The house sleeps a lot of people. It's circa 1990 but well maintained. The pontoon boat was a big hit. We would definitely come back.

Excellent property for a big family. Highly recommend renting pontoon and upgrading to new boat…favorite part of our stay. Perfectly clean and layout worked perfect for our family. Only downside is no access to Reynolds golf courses unless you have some other way to get access

House is in a great location and fit our family of 13 perfect. This part of the lake is very wide and great for boating. The dock is deep and easy to maneuver a boat.

Property was very poorly maintained, not cleaned well. Pontoon was nice. Location was nice. Pool table nice but Foosball table broken in multiple ways and game balls stuck inside and difficult to access on arrival. Appliances old and in poor repair. Bad choice on my part after bumped from another property at last moment. Sleeps 16 if 8 don't mind sleeping in bunk beds in same room. If relaxing and not looking for things to do, this might be the place for you. Some of the appliance issues may be repaired by now. Jordan was friendly and was helpful but tended to want to blame others for property shortcomings when general maintenance and monitoring of cleaning service are the issue. Presented Jordan with 22 items needing attention. Probably worst VRBO property in which we've ever stayed. I should add we were overcharged by a substantial amount over the maximum rates based upon the rates published.
