There was a lot of all night foot walking above us. A constant noise in both bathrooms which I reported.

-This condo is listed as allows pets. However, when you read the book on table owners do not allow for pets. Although we choose not to bring our dog renters should be aware-This condo does not allow you to put the A/C below 72 degrees. If you do the unit freezes. We spent one night and the whole next day with no a/c because we put it on 70. If you are hot natured I don’t recommend. Only one bedroom (master) they has a ceiling fan. There is a small portable fan in another room. Second and third bedrooms are very warm at night. Especially when you cannot lower the thermostat. -This condos master bedroom windows leak very bad. We had our computer bags on floor under windows. We woke to dripping sounds of water on window seals and floor on Tuesday July 28. Both windows had water leaking inside the window frame through the wood. -This unit is on second floor so you’ll have people above you. You will hear every footstep they make. -The refrigerator does not get very cold-The wine opener did not work. Bring your own!-The designated beach area this property alloys you to is massively crowded. If you do not rent from the chair company you are going to be packed like sardines. -The property you have to walk through (across from white life guard stand) does not allow you to bring anything wheeled so you cannot bring a wagon.

This property was exactly as portrayed. The location was amazing. Walking distance to the pool, the Pearl, restaurants, little convenient store right under the room for coffee and convenience. Hayden was easy to work with as well.

We had an amazing stay in Rosemary. The location and weather were perfect and the property was exactly how it was listed. Hayden, the property manager, was so attentive and accommodating to all of our needs and he was exceptionally present throughout the process of booking and all throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent vacation and we will definitely be back!

The apartment was great, very well located and in good shape! We enjoyed coffee at the balcony . I would only recommend two more chairs in the dinning room since it is a 6 people appartment. Seacrest and Rosemary Beach are a jewel white sandy beach and first class community. We had a blast!

We loved having the convenience of the shops and restaurants area away from our condo. The condo was just as described and Hayden was a great communicator when we needed anything. We enjoyed our family vacation.

The condo is nice...could use more seating in the living room. One couch and one small decorative chair. The location was perfect. Close to the hustle and bustle but without the noise.

We had a great time with our whole family. Never had to use our car while we were there because everything was an easy walk. There was a tram available for the beach (from 9 am to 5 pm), but you can also walk to the beach outside of those times. Just go west on 30a about 100 yards, take a left at the big white lifeguard chair, and show your wrist bands to the gate guard (if they even ask). Just wish we had longer to stay.

Great condo! Clean, everything you need and a great location!

This property was perfect! It was a fantastic location, everything within walking distance. We pulled in on Saturday and never needed to get in our car again. The property was as pretty as the pictures, very clean and comfortable. Hayden was very responsive to our questions, responding within minutes! The kids loved all of the food options that were right there, getting donuts in the morning and ice cream at night. We loved walking around the farmers' market on Sunday. I loved the porch! The beach was beautiful and we all came back saying that we had the perfect condo! I would definitely go back and want to stay here!

We had the best stay at this condo! The location was perfect for our teenagers. There is plenty to do within walking distance. Hayden was so responsive and made everything so easy. I loved the accommodations and we will definitely be back to this one!

Perfect set up for our family vacation. The unit was exactly as described/pictured and right in the middle of the action in Rosemary/Seacrest. We had a blast using the pool right outside our door and the beach was an easy bike or tram ride away. There are a ton fun dining/shopping options in the area and the towns are all gorgeous and fun to walk and ride around. The owner was very accommodating and the unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We came just out of season and although still active , we felt like we had the town to ourselves. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was the perfect size for our group and really clean. The location was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect! The owner (Hayden) was more than accommodating and available to help with anything that we needed (questions, how-to’s, etc.). I honestly don’t know if we can stay anywhere else now... this was a phenomenal experience and can’t wait to go back!

I brought my daughter and her two friends for Spring break and we had a wonderful time. The condominium was very nice and it is in a perfect location.

The property is in a great location which suited our needs during our stay for Thanksgiving! The new flooring was great and the unit was well cared for and tastefully decorated. The only complaint we had was that the beds were super firm and not comfortable for our needs - a memory foam would help solve that problem. Also, we would have liked to have had extra pillows and blankets on hand - other than that was a perfect retreat for all the activities in Rosemary Beach!

We enjoy our stay at Village of South Walton, apartment 220F. It turn out to be exactly as depicted on the website. The apartment is large and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the building well maintained and quiet. All was spotlessly clean and the linens and towels generously supplied. Parking is available. Communications with the owner was speedy and helpful. We recommend this property fully.

Needs to be details of beach Access, Road name or something. If your not catching the tram. Also no codes where left for pool, which is gated and can't get in without it.We had to ask people for that also. Kind of irritating on your first day arrival. The tv in the Living room was out of commission all week. Something with the cable. Hayden was made aware of all these things. Very slow response time to getting back with us. Carpets definitely need replaced. Screen door to porch is off track and ripped. Master bedroom door to access balcony will not lock.
