I was impressed with the clear directions and how easy this condo was to access. It was a comfortable place to stay while we attended our daughter's soccer tournament. It was great to be able to walk to the grocery store and a couple of other restaurants.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property. A highlight is the patio which is large enough to have 4 “rocking” type outdoor chairs around a table with umbrella and two full lounge chairs. In addition, there is an electric BBQ which did an admirable job on steaks and chicken breasts.

This is a great place to stay with plenty of room. The condo is well equipped and very clean. Lots of pool floaties in the garage to use too! Tanya was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The complex is in a really good location close to everything. We plan to return for another stay.

This condo was everything we wanted. We loved the inside, the property and the neighborhood. I even loved the shampoo! I had a question and contacted the owners. They immediately responded and were very helpful and kind. We had a great vacation and definitely recommend this condo.

This place was amazingly clean, and we loved the layout which easily accommodated three guests. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were a very nice size. The location is near a newer shopping area with tons of great restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Mesa!

This was an excellent place to stay. Everything that I needed was in the unit. I liked being able to park the rental car in the garage. Just loved that it was so easy to get around the area. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

The condo was comfortable and clean stocked with everything you could think of, lots of thought went into the details. We loved walking around the lakes and restaurants within walking distance. Pool was warm and close. Very nice place to stay!

My friend and I had a very nice stay at this property. Tonya, the owner, was very helpful in the renting process given that prior to this I had never used vrbo. The property is in a great location. If I ever needed to be in Mesa again I would definitely rent this place!

If you are renting, please note that there is no door on the master bathroom shower and sink area and is exposed to the bedroom. Not a big issue for most but if friends are traveling together, it might be. Owner very gracious and available. We had a great stay.

This condo is centrally located in the complex and faces the fountains in the courtyard. Sitting on the patio reading a book while listening to the water was very relaxing! The owner was an amazing communicator, answering questions, and informing us of everything we needed to know about the property!
