Melissa was super responsive on any questions we had.. Property is clean, comfy, close to town and Arches. Beds were comfortable and showers great. I would absolutely stay here again next time we visit Moab.

We highly recommend this property. Communication with the owner was great. She responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved the pool and the hot tub. Location was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and extras. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for two families each with 3 young kids. We loved that the house is less than 10 minutes from Arches and 5 minutes from Main Street. It was so clean and well kept, and Melissa was very responsive. Will hopefully stay here again on our next trip.

Everything went absolutely great! Easy process and excellent communication through the site with the owner/manager. Place was clean and enjoyable. Great location for a ton of Moab activities. Very comfortable place to vacation.

5 bicycling buddies stayed here for 6 nights during the March 2023 Moab Skinny Tire Festival. We enjoyed our stay and the condo accommodated the 5 of us. There was plenty of space to spread out in the common areas. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook and clean. One of the previous comments was in regard to squeaky bunk beds, that has been resolved, not one squeak in the lower bunk in 6 nights. 3 full bathrooms was a plus (3 showers were helpful after 5 guys biking).

Melissa's property was fantastic! Super close to main street, Arches and the highway to Canyonlands. Melissa also shared local recommendations for hikes, restaurants and things to do. I would definately recommend and come back!

Had a get together with old friends from out of town, the location of the house is perfect and walkable to eating establishments. The garage and driveway give you a lot of useful space, truly enjoyed our stay.

Went to Moab with 2 other couples for biking fun. Perfect location for accessing trails and garage made it super easy to take care of biking needs! House was comfy and clean! Would definitely recommend and go back!!

We made an excellent choice even though prices for rentals in Moab have doubled and tripled lately. Would switch out mattresses and not leave plastic on them. Would highly recommend a crockpot.

This property was overall nice. The condo itself was beautiful and well equipped. We had some issues that came up during our stay and the owner was quick to respond and took care of it. The bunk bed was extremely squeaky so we ended up putting the top mattress on the floor in the hallway because when one kid woke up and stirred it woke up everyone in that room and the two neighboring rooms. The spacious bathrooms were amazing, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The rooms were large & the beds worked out very well for 4 single women traveling together. The subdivision has a nice pool & hot tub. The property is conveniently located near downtown. The only negative is something the owner could not control: the subdivision was full of flat bed trucks carrying ATVs & RVs so when you looked out a window that’s what you looked at. The here was plenty of parking in the garage & driveway.

This is a great condo for a very large family or four couples to get away to Moab. Very big and wonderfully appointed. Close to ,downtown restaurants, shopping and bars and close to Arches national Park. Mountain views of the back patio and the pool and hot tub across the street.

This condo was really great to stay in and has a very nice layout and plenty of room. Has a great pool which the kids loved and is tucked away in a good, quiet location.

Overall, this property was in the ideal location for visiting Moab. Only a five minute drive to the heart of Moab, Center and Main Streets, and a five minute walk to the Snake Oil Coffee shack, (Great prices and very good coffee!). Restaurants galore downtown, from pricey to McDonalds and everything in between. The Broken Oar and the Moab Brewery are must stops. Lots of shops to explore to find pretty much anything you need/want. I would highly recommend the Moab Tour Company and their guided ATV tour of Hells Revenge and the Fins. This was truly unforgettable. The property was as described with plenty of room for my wife and I, as well as our grown three children and their spouses. Each couple had their own room. With three bathrooms complete with showers, we were able to maintain an early departure to the parks with no issues. The pool and hot tub are conveniently located just a one minute stroll across the street and much appreciated after a day hiking in Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Communication with Melissa is easy with a very quick response time. This was definitely in our top five!

We had a great time staying in the Estrada condo. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The location was perfect for all of our adventures in and around Moab. And we loved having a garage available to store our bikes and other gear. Be prepared with some essentials though. We ran out of things like toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags before our stay was complete.

Wonderful place, great location, modern, beautiful look, spacious, easy access to Arches, downtown, restaurants, and still quiet place!

I wish we were able to stay longer at this property! The house was very spacious and spotless! The location was great and close to town and the Arches. Though we were not able to use, the house comes with a lot of extras, such as bikes, that would make for a great stay. The mattresses/beds could use a little bit of an upgrade and were bit squeaky, but that was the only minor complaint. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back for a longer trip in the future

The unit was the perfect size for our family of 8. The kitchen was very well equipped and location to downtown Moab was ideal. There is a little connivence store just a short walk or bike ride from the unit which was great for ice and other small items. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo! The place was perfect. The kitchen was one of the best stocked with a variety of pots, pans, baking, and kids supplies.

It was fine. When we arrived we found a bathroom door handle missing and reported it to the property manager. It did not affect the stay. Property has a great location to town, trails and bike park.

Perfect location just a few blocks from downtown. Very short drive to Arches and central location to many other activities. Very clean and nice kitchen with everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.
