it has a rustic feel to it. it looks cute

the AC is iffy- it doesn’t cool properly but it does make noise and blow a lot of air. the beds are a nightmare - the mattress is a disaster, too soft, impossible to sleep. the breakfast was mediocre at best - do not order eggs sunny side up the restaurant at the property is not great

the room was clean, large and comfortable. loved the balcony. the hotel was pretty from the lobby to the upstairs restaurant. very nice staff.

thought the price was a little high for Yerevan.

breakfast could be better for 4 star hotel, phone in the room didn’t work. location is a bit far from city center, but if you are comfortable with 20 min walk to center, it’s fine

Being my second visit to the city, this was also my second time at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and homely, located a little off the main city center (which we love - making the whole neighborhood less busy). The staff has always been accommodating and really professional. The restaurant upstairs is beautiful (the menu options are pretty limited, but it is great for the view, snacks, and wine). They also have a spa now which is amazing. Apricot Hotel has always been home away from home for us. Hopefully, we will go back again.

Even last time we felt it would have been better if every room had a kettle. So we could make some coffee or tea in the room. They do have a kitchenette on the second floor however, sometimes it is not as convenient to go to another floor to get some warm water. The restaurant upstairs has a very limited menu so if you are staying for more than 4 days you probably would have tried everything they have. The breakfast options are limited which was fine for us, however, this might be an issue for others.
