We had a fabulous week at 3 LeLand St. Thomas was very easy to communicate with and he was available anytime we had a question. The house has plenty of space for 12 of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The porches were lovely and the dock was perfect for fishing! We hope to be back one day!

We had a great experience staying at 3 Leland Street. Kids loved fishing and crabbing in the canal and beach access is yards away. Highly recommend.

We’ve been renting homes for over 8 years in the area. This house is well laid out and the facilities were above and beyond. The owners could not be any nicer and easily accessible if necessary. We will be staying again next year.

3 Leland Street is a beautiful house, great location, clean & well taken care of. This house has 2 refrigerators in the kitchen which came in very handy. Owner was great to work with. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.

Our vacation was very nice. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking! It is close to a beach access and so it is convenient to the ocean. The reason I gave the house a 4 and not a 5 is because a few of the guests who took a dip in the hot tub ran a fever and was sick for about 24 hours. Also we found a few large water bugs.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the Jordan's home. We love it. It accommodates our large family and we have made some wonderful memories here so far! Thankful that they open their lovely home for us!!! Michele Green

Very thankful for a wonderful vacation at the Immaculate Thomas Jordan house. He is awesome to work with and does an excellent job communicating with the renters. The house and amenities were amazing and included everything we could have asked for and more!!! We definitely will be using this house again for our future vacation plans.

One of our best stays in Ocean Isle. The house was perfect for our group (even a little too big, but everyone had their own room!) Kitchen was great for a crowd to cook in, family room accomodate a LOT of games and relaxing....deck space was great! We all could find our own quiet little nook or join the group for noisy camaraderie! Access to the beach was I COUNTED 300 steps to sand! We did not need a golf cart! Thanks for availing you home to us! We will be back!

Great beach access and can keep our boat in the water all week. House is huge and well kept. We will rent again for 3rd year in a row! I'd give it 5 stars if it was on IWW but then walk to beach would be too long for little ones.

We stayed at this property two years ago and went back this year. The home is as beautiful as it was two years ago. The three fans on the back deck were a welcome addition. Everything was in proper working order and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. In fact, I met the owner last year on a trip back from Atlanta. What a quality individual. We will always stay at this home when we visit Ocean Isle.

I think I can speak for all the members of our family when I say this home is as advertised. It is absolutely beautiful. We had 15 adults and one baby in the house with no problems with sleeping or adequate bathrooms. The decor was beautiful and everything was is perfect working condition. The proximity to the beach is only two short blocks and is a street with beach access. When the owners tell you it is their home but they want it to be your home too, they absolutely mean it. They were two of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. There was never any problem reaching them and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was as promised. I know we will reserve our spot again. Trust me when I say you will love this home and the people you deal with. Thank you again owners!

Our stay at 3 Leland Street was wonderful! Everything listed on the website is exactly what you get - the pictures are how the rooms look - very well layed out and clean with a warm, homey feel. The mattresses were so nice I felt like I was at home. The two master suites with king-sized beds are very large with a very nice, private rocking chair porch attached; the den area and kitchen are large as well, perfect for several cooks to be in there at the same time. Our family particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch at any point and time during the day. It is very wide/deep and you will enjoy the rocking chairs on this level too. The boat dock was perfect for my young adult children to swim and we rented two, two-person kayaks and paddled down the canal and into the intercoastal waterway at least twice a day. The hot tub was one of the highlights of the week...best enjoyed in the evening to help you relax before bedtime. Walking distance to the beach is a straight shot, less than 5 minutes. We enjoyed miniature golf on the island, walking on the beach at night waiting for the baby turtles to hatch, and relaxing with our family and friends at this beautiful home! The owners were very helpful and available whenever I had a question before our trip and the feeling in this home was that this family loved each other, enjoyed their time together, and wanted their guests to experience the same! We would definitely like to stay here again next year!

Just enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Ocean Isle NC. The house is beautiful, and in a great location with the canal out back and a public access right across the way. The kitchen is so well equipped that it is hard to think of anything you would need. The decks were perfect for hanging out and enjoying meals and sunsets. A hot tub and outdoor shower were great after coming from the beach.
