The property was located in a great spot. The balcony had a great view of the beach. Beds were comfortable. There were several small things that needed repair; the blinds, balcony door, the drawer on the oven,etc. There was mold on the ceiling in the entryway.Check out time was at 1000. We asked if we could stay until 11 and they said no. At 9:30, the cleaning crew were knocking on the door. Overall, it was a nice condo in a good area.

The furniture in the living room was dirty. The mattresses were worn out. The mattress in the secondary bedroom was so bad they had placed a topper on it and it just sank into the hole in the mattress below. The stove eyes did not work properly and the hot water was slow or non existent in the sinks. the Sink in the hall did not drain well. Our stay was good but I was disappointed in our condo. Do better owners please.

We stayed Monday-Friday and loved every bit of our stay. We arrived at 2pm expecting to not check in until 4pm, but by our surprise when we pulled into the parking lot we received a text saying we could check in early. Check in process was easy. Room was easy ro get access to. The kids loved the kid friendly pool and beach access. We loved the quiet area with just a short drive to wherever we wanted to go. This was our 3rd year in a row at SeaSpray and we plan to be back in 2025!

We enjoyed our stay even though the exterior of the building was being worked on. The furnishings were very comfortable and we were close to the pool so we could enjoy the children giggling in the pool. The location was lovely and the beach was perfect, Even though the building was having a face lift the premises were clean and well kept. Sea Spray maintenance staff were always around and very polite and helpful. Even though we stayed in a beach front unit we were able to walk across the street to the river side buildings and enjoy their beuartiful dock. This is where the dolphins were! We would definately stay here again, .

Wife and I do an annual October get ready for fall/winter trip. We decided to go to Perdido Key for something different. Stayed at Perdido Sun condos and couldn’t be happier with our week stay. Great condo with a great view of gulf and condo had everything you could possibly want!
Many good restaurants in area that are an easy walk or short drive. Luxary Coast Vacations were good to work with and I highly recommend them. We’ll be returning!

The condo was great. The location was right in between Pensacola and Orange Beach, so you could get to either city easily. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. Easy short walk to the beach and pool. Would stay again.

The condo was very nice. The view was spectacular. Everything was great. One suggestion - the Mr. Coffee coffee pot is broken and leaks - it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

--clean, fairly spacious two bedroom condo. Pleasantly decorated, decently outfitted kitchen.
--two minute walk from 6th floor condo to beach
--very clean beach, clearly well attended to
Cons:
--A bit pricey (but everything is)
--beach chairs and umbrellas should not be an extra charge, especially given the per night cost of the condo. It felt like a hustle when the gentleman tried to charge us $40 for chairs and umbrellas that were already sitting out on the property. I was embarrassed in front of my family. This practice needs to end immediately.

The condo was neat, clean, comfortable! The washing machine didn’t work but a text to Luxury had someone out quickly to fix. The elevator wasn’t working on the evening before our departure ( we are on the 6th floor). I text again and they said they would check into it. It was working the next morning :)

Loved this personalized space. The bird and shell books were well used by us, and the quilts on the walls made it feel like home! Also loved the cheery colors.

Overall though the unit and the location was excellent, well within in shopping and restaurants. I would recomend this unit.

Ice maker never worked in 7 days, reported, came to room, said they would send someone. Did not come back. TV in bedroom is so old the screen is mostly black. Will not adjust correctly. Full sized pillowcases on queen size pillows. Old rough sheets with pills. For a seven day stay, two ounces of shampoo, 1 washing machine pack, one dishwasher pod, no fabric softener, four total rolls of toilet tissue, one paper towel roll, zero beach supplies, 2 ounces of dish liquid. “Treated” here by those who are cheap. Ridiculous. Not again. Ever.

We brought a pack of toilet paper & paper towels. Also, bring kitchen staples such as sugar, coffee filters, cooking spray, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Lots of plates, cups, utensils, & cookware. We highly recommend this condo & we plan to be back!

Lovely condo
We had a great time at the condo. The sixth floor view is beautiful, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The property pools were a big hit with the kids. Thank you!

603 SeaSpray West is a 5-star accommodation all the way. Comfortable, thoughtfully appointed and stylish, with an excellent collection of nature photographs - many taken by an owner, beautiful views and easy access to pools, hot tub and the beach - it's floorplan works very well for up to two couples. The building and amenities are well kept - and the nearby Perdido Bay Seafood offers an excellent selection of fresh-caught fish, shrimp, crabs and oysters - as well as friendly service - including steaming shrimp for you while you wait (not very long). All in all, 603 SeaSpray West is highly recommended.
