The condo was great. The location was right in between Pensacola and Orange Beach, so you could get to either city easily. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. Easy short walk to the beach and pool. Would stay again.

The condo was very nice. The view was spectacular. Everything was great. One suggestion - the Mr. Coffee coffee pot is broken and leaks - it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

We were again so happy with our stay in this condo. The personalizations feel like a home away from home.

Pros: --clean, fairly spacious two bedroom condo. Pleasantly decorated, decently outfitted kitchen. --two minute walk from 6th floor condo to beach --very clean beach, clearly well attended to Cons: --A bit pricey (but everything is) --beach chairs and umbrellas should not be an extra charge, especially given the per night cost of the condo. It felt like a hustle when the gentleman tried to charge us $40 for chairs and umbrellas that were already sitting out on the property. I was embarrassed in front of my family. This practice needs to end immediately.

The condo was neat, clean, comfortable! The washing machine didn’t work but a text to Luxury had someone out quickly to fix. The elevator wasn’t working on the evening before our departure ( we are on the 6th floor). I text again and they said they would check into it. It was working the next morning :)

Loved this personalized space. The bird and shell books were well used by us, and the quilts on the walls made it feel like home! Also loved the cheery colors.

Condo was awesome, everything was just as listed!! We have never stayed at SeaSpray but would definitely go back.

Easy to find --- did not communicate to property manager, but we did find the bedroom TV's disappointing -- one has bad pixel images, the other so small, difficult to view from the bed. Overall though the unit and the location was excellent, well within in shopping and restaurants. I would recomend this unit.

Very nice unit. Loved all the glass looking out on gulf. Kitchen very well stocked and we prefer to cook.

The condo was perfect! We were right off the elevator and had a little market/souvenir shop right across the street. Had anything we needed. The full glass all across the back of the condo wall made it so nice to look out at the beach anytime of the day. This was our first time to Perdido Key. We will definitely be back and stay at the same condo.

We were two dads and our 10 year old son’s, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Seaspray! Everything was clean & the lockbox was so easy. We had an abundance of towels & the beds were comfy. Definitely bring all paper products you need though. We brought a pack of toilet paper & paper towels. Also, bring kitchen staples such as sugar, coffee filters, cooking spray, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Lots of plates, cups, utensils, & cookware. We highly recommend this condo & we plan to be back!

Ice maker never worked in 7 days, reported, came to room, said they would send someone. Did not come back. TV in bedroom is so old the screen is mostly black. Will not adjust correctly. Full sized pillowcases on queen size pillows. Old rough sheets with pills. For a seven day stay, two ounces of shampoo, 1 washing machine pack, one dishwasher pod, no fabric softener, four total rolls of toilet tissue, one paper towel roll, zero beach supplies, 2 ounces of dish liquid. “Treated” here by those who are cheap. Ridiculous. Not again. Ever.

We had wonderful, relaxing trip. Condo had everything we needed!! Thanks so much! We will definitely be returning!

We had a great time at the condo. The sixth floor view is beautiful, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The property pools were a big hit with the kids. Thank you!

603 SeaSpray West is a 5-star accommodation all the way. Comfortable, thoughtfully appointed and stylish, with an excellent collection of nature photographs - many taken by an owner, beautiful views and easy access to pools, hot tub and the beach - it's floorplan works very well for up to two couples. The building and amenities are well kept - and the nearby Perdido Bay Seafood offers an excellent selection of fresh-caught fish, shrimp, crabs and oysters - as well as friendly service - including steaming shrimp for you while you wait (not very long). All in all, 603 SeaSpray West is highly recommended.

The condo was beautiful. It was furnished with everything we could have needed and more. Super CLEAN and has an awesome view of thr beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would love to come back.

Absolutely the perfect condo for our stay. From the amenities to the art and books was perfect. Every detail was addressed from the complete stocked kitchen, to the games and books. I can't say enough positive about this condo...the amazing panoramic views and balcony, the cleanliness, well-stocked kitchen, updated kitchen and bathrooms, perfect location on Perdido Key with private beach and great pool! I love to swim at night and the pool was never busy in the evening. I also love this location because it was not crowded like the high rise options on the rest of the key. Check in process was contactless and easy. During a pandemic, I highly recommend this building and condo. They took extra measures to ensure cleanliness and it showed. While I used it as a getaway for myself while my husband is deployed overseas, a family of 4 could stay comfortably with ample space. I plan on bringing my husband and kids next year!

We enjoyed a quiet getaway at this condo. Very easy access to the beach. Plenty of seating if traveling with a family, beautiful views from the wall of windows facing the water! Great location!
