Debbie and Jared's home was spotless and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend with friends. We appreciated how well stocked the home was with kitchen supplies, beach chairs and tags, and parking permits. The outdoor patio was lovely for brunch. The kitchen and living room were spacious for our 7-adult group. Close to the beach, too!

We had a great long weekend. The house is beautiful with a great location close to beach and some restaurants. It was the best equipped vacation home we have ever stayed in - from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the beach chairs. We would definitely rent here again!

This property was perfect for our visit. It's in a great location, with restaurants, a convenience store, ice cream and the beach all within two blocks. The house itself is lovely, well appointed with all the convenience and spacious enough that 8 adults and two older kids never felt cramped. I highly recommend this home for anyone with a larger group looking to stay near the beach

After not traveling to Atlantic City since the beginning of Covid, we decided to go there again. From the minute we turned on this property's street, we knew we have made the right choice! This home is in a beautiful, quiet, SAFE neighborhood. (A big difference from staying in a casino.) We felt so welcomed by the hosts as there was snacks, bottled water, ice, and even a bottle of wine! The home has been beautifully decorated, and it has everything a guest could want. Easy to work TV's, nice dishware, comfortable beds, and both heat and air conditioning! Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants, essential groceries, and the beach and boardwalk! We found all of the restaurants had delicious food, too! Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we can't wait to return!!!

Our stay was perfect. The home, amenities, proximity to the beach and local shops— and communication with our hosts were top notch. We had adults, a baby and dogs and the homes layout was perfect for what we needed. Baby proofing accessories and dog treats were the cherry on top! Very appreciative and highly recommended home. Debbie and Jared’s place was great. The property was exactly how it is described. We appreciated the little touches, welcome note, starter coffee and spices. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need to make a meal. We will definitely rent again.

This was a great house for 2 families. Plenty of room for all and home fully stocked. Access to the boardwalk and beach was an easy 1.5 blocks with several dining options in the area. Not having to bring beach chairs or towels with us was a huge assist. Debbie & Jared did a great job updating the house and adding many amenities.

We can’t say enough about this awesome, clean, & welcoming home!! Debbie and Jared were amazing hosts. The house was in a GREAT location (one block from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, movie theater and there’s even a 24 hour WaWa a few doors down!) This was our favorite VRBO home we have ever stayed in and we can’t wait to go back again soon!

my girlfriends and I came together for the first time in a while and this house was exactly what we needed to make our weekend perfect! the house was so clean and the owners didn't miss a beat when it comes to having it stocked with everything you need. Such a short walk to the beach and supplying the beach equipment was such a plus I can not rave enough about this house even the neighbors were super friendly, it seriously was the perfect local beach town getaway!

So I'm a bit of a fussy New Yorker and I must say that Debbie and Jared's house was the best experience I have ever had from a rental property. Everything was thought out and perfect- from the welcome snacks to the TVs in every room to anything you could ever want for kitchen tools. So so good. Cannot wait to go back.

This was one of our best vacation rentals we've stayed at. From the fully stocked kitchen, the quality linen and bathroom, to the convenience of starter beach chairs, etc..our 3 families had a great , convenient time. Excellent location as well; all in all an easy five star.

Jared and Debbie have every possible requirement satisfied for their guest. I have never stayed in a place where even beach chairs, wagon, tide pods, popcorn was provided. The best place we have stayed

This rental is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, a short walk to the beach, and has many thoughtful amenities. Debbie and Jared are excellent in communicating and answering any questions about the rental and area. And to make our stay even more special, they left us a welcome basket and bottle of wine. Debbie and Jared were terrific hosts and they thought of everything their guests might want/need. We were with 2 teenagers and we all felt like we had our own places to get comfortable. Being so close to the beach was great.

We stayed at Weymouth Ave for a week in early spring so we didn’t expect to get much beach time but had the weather been warmer, this location would have been ideal for a stay at a quiet beach! The description and beautiful pictures on the listing are exactly what you get when you stay at this home... it’s very clean, tastefully decorated, extremely organized, and well stocked with cooking needs, basic toiletries, beach essentials, and indoor activities. When we arrived there was a lovely personalized welcome basket of snacks, wine, child safety door and outlet covers (hello one year old!), honest baby shampoo for our littles, and even organic dog treats for our dog Penny (she loved them!). We appreciated the thorough house guide for outing and restaurant recommendations and the basic running of the home. I reached out to Debbie twice (nothing to do with issues with the home - no problems there) and she responded immediately. We loved the location (a short distance to the boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants and a yummy chocolate shop!) We explored AC (just north of the house), Margate and Longport (just south), and drove across the bridge to visit OC as well. My in laws stayed in the finished lower level.. they were very comfortable and it was perfect for giving them their own space to retreat and relax. If you haven’t gathered from my review, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay with there again in the future! Our three year old didn’t want to leave! We had an amazing time with friends at this property. Super close to the beach and property is just as described. And I can’t thank Debbie and Jared enough for their flexibility and willingness to work with us when we had an unexpected travel delay. I will certainly look for an Our Humble Homes property next we get away to the shore.

The house was better than the photos, a first for us. We have rented at various locations at the shore and this was the absolute best experience we have ever had. The hosts provided above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. We will definitely return.

We stayed a week in the summer. The home was exactly as advertised. A short walk to a great beach. Plenty of room for two families ( 4 adults & 5 kids ). It was extremely clean, everything you would need was provided.

Great home, so clean and beautifully decorated. Adorable welcome basket with treats and even flags and sparklers for our July 4th celebration! Everything we needed or could want to was in the home, from towels and beach badges to games and books for a rainy day. We will definitely book again next year!

House we rented had everything we needed I will say more then what is required enough for one month. Very clean propery my family enjoyed it all. Just one block from beach they had all the things you need for beach. All rooms were equipped with full service TV. Debbie and Jared were wonderful hosts. Their home is even more beautiful than the pictures, with great attention to every detail. It is spotlessly clean and every amenity you need is provided. The beds are super comfortable and the location of the house is perfect. We will definitely be back!

We came to Atlantic City for a car show completion. Although this is a beach house, and didn’t go to the beach (winter)Our team stayed at this property, which had plenty of room for us all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty, and the bunk beds are fill size and very comfortable. The kitchen was absolutely perfect. There was a welcome basket from Debbie and Jared on the counter. The back porch will be great for anyone who comes in the summer time, as well as the stocked beach items they have for guest usage! The basement is like another house and provides more space and privacy. The house is beautifully decorated and looks exactly as the photos shown. The owners were very attentive to answer any questions we had and kept in contact with us. The only CON I would have is on a more personal level and not of the fault of the owners. I slept on the couch while my husband slept in the bed. The queen bed was simply not big enough for the both of us, but he did say the bed was comfortable :) Maybe next year when we come to town there will be a king size bed in the master to accommodate a larger individual. Thank you for providing a great place to relax and cook a home cooked meal for our team after a long day at the car show. We took home a total of 11 awards!

This vacation home was amazing! A few moms and cheerleaders stayed here this past weekend for a cheer competition weekend in Atlantic City. First of all, Debbie and Jared were so responsive during the entire process of looking for a rental all the way through checkout. It was so appreciated! The house itself is gorgeous and spotless! They obviously take great pride in their home and we so appreciate them sharing it with us. Debbie and Jared thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. From messages to insure we arrived safely, to providing a lovely gift basket, to being responsive to questions we had, they were incredible. It was not beach season, but the home is located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. Would be great for those summer days! Highly recommend this property! Thank you Debbie & Jared! Carol Ann

The home was so clean, beautifully decorated, and much larger than it appears in photos! There was plenty of space for our group of 12 and perfect for our wide range of ages. Everyone was able to find privacy but the large kitchen provided space for us to be together. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and basket of treats waiting for us when we arrived. The home had literally everything we needed and was very close to the beach. Debbie and Jared stayed in touch with us before and during our stay. Would highly recommended and we can't wait to go back!

Our family stayed here during the IM70.3 Atlantic City; and loved this house. We were able to bring our golden retriever, who loved going to the beach, just a block away. Plenty of room for everyone, and very well maintained.
