We LOVED the property. Super clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with light housekeeping and fresh towels daily. Property was clean, quiet and safe and the access to our beach right off the living room was awesome. Boat tours come right to the beach to pick you up. Highly suggest!

We had a fantastic week staying at this villa! The unit itself was clean and accurate in the listing. It has everything you need. The location was walking distance to many shops & restaurants . The pool was great! Some days we had it all to ourselves. The beach is amazing! You walk right out to it! Morning coffee on the beach was an excellent choice! Along with the beautiful sunsets! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Check in and check out was easy. Villa was very clean and well stocked with an amazing view. Pool side and beach chairs were plentiful and the staff was great. Always smiling and very friendly. It's located close to great food and shops. Will be back for sure!

The property is very beautiful and super convenient to dining and shopping. We rented a car, just because I like to explore while on vacation. Check in was a breeze, we enjoyed a complimentary rum punch while waiting for Brikell to meet us to get into our villa. We stayed in 106 on the ground floor, oceanfront. We could walk right out to the beach. The villa must have been recently remodeled/redecorated. It was very nicely appointed with furnishings and anything you needed in the kitchen. Beach loungers and umbrellas are provided as well as a bin with floats (we brought some from home, but its nice to know they are available). We did not spend much time in the pool, the water was very warm (to be expected this time of year). The beach is very clean and the water was perfect to float around. Would highly recommend and would return to the property in the future.

Loved the property and the surrounding area. We were on the ground floor and enjoyed coffee on the patio and an easy walk to the beach. We played tennis, rode bikes, shopped, tried different restaurants each day. It was all super easy. Bar was nice and made great cocktails. Only complaint was the pool was dirty. The side of the pool stained my swimsuit top with dark sludge. I tried to wash it out, but I think it’s ruined. After 3 days, we moved to Beaches and instantly regretted it. Wished we would have stayed put! I would def recommend and hope to return.

This was our second stay at the Renaissance and it won’t be our last. The combination of central location, low density, excellent pool and really nice finishes throughout the resort is tough to beat. While everything is expensive in T&C, this property offers great value and maybe the best location on Grace Bay. You get all the benefits of the space of a condo with the amenities of a hotel.

We love villa Renaissance! Location location …..perfect! And the staff was so friendly and worked tirelessly making sure all of the property was clean and sanitized. Pool was such a nice size and beach guy never hesitated to help set us up with chairs and umbrellas!! This is our 3rd visit and we were not disappointed!

Excellent location on Grace Bay. Unit works well for small family. Everything as described, except you should bring your own tennis racket and balls--there are none in the unit. Excellent services on site. We would gladly come again.

First floor unit was great for our family of 4. With a 3 year old and a busy 6 year old it was great to be steps from everything.

This was our first trip to Turks, and we were blown away. Quite simply the most beautiful place we've ever been. Villa Renaissance is absolutely perfect in every way. The grounds are immaculate, the staff very attentive and accommodating. And the location is perfect. Walking distance to most of the restaurants you would want to try as well as shopping. Grace Bay is something to see. It doesn't seem real. Almost like a simulation. This is THE place to go to relax. Just being there recharged my soul enough to get through the rest of this cold wet Alabama winter. We will absolutely return! Possibly to retire to in a few more years.

We loved our first floor unit. We could walk right out the the beach from our private patio. The size of VR is perfect, not to big, never crowded at the pool or beach. I loved that we had maid service everyday. VR also includes complimentary use of bicycles and beach chairs and umbrellas. VR is a very peaceful and beautiful place. I highly recommend.

We started off by having issues with the twin beds. The mattresses wouldn't stay on the bed and when my sister sat on the end of the bed and I got up off the other end it threw her off the bed. Thankfully, she only bruised her foot but could have easily broken a bone. There was a power outage island wide for a few hours but our side of the island was out for 27 hours. Our mother has serious breathing issue. She has to travel with three different medical devices. None would work with out power. Her breathing has steadely declined since missing her treatments. Furthermore, we had to wait around all day the next day for the cable company to come fix our internet and cable. I reached out to the owner requesting a refund of one night's stay and she refused. I tried contacting her again several times and she refuses to respond. We plan on returning to this lovely island, but will be looking for a place that has an owner that is easier to deal with.

This is really a beautiful place with a great location. Lots of restaurants and little shops within walking distance. We took the bikes to the grocery store a couple of times - easy ride and great to have the full kitchen to have option for meal there. The view is amazing, beach was spectacular and pool was luxurious. Trip highlights: rented jet skis one afternoon and spent a day snorkeling at coral gardens.

You can't beat the location, just steps to the powder sand of Grace Bay Beach, along with a beautiful pool area. Very nice resort, lovely staff. The unit was well stocked and the views off the veranda were amazing. Bedrooms are in the back facing the pool area, so are a little dark, but also very nice and comfy.

Our second trip to Turks and Caicos, first time to stay at Villa Renaissance. Loved staying at this property as it is very convenient to walk to stores, restaurants and the grocery store. Have always preferred having a higher floor for the view, but we did love having the walk out. The condo is large for a family of 4, and very well furnished. The kitchen had everything and more we could have needed. We had daily housekeeping, which is a bonus when renting a condo for a week. Brikell met us to check us into the condo on our arrival. They include a cell phone w/ minutes on it for guests. The beach and pool were never crowded, always plenty of chairs and lounges. Best part, no one goes out and camps out over night for a chair! Our daughters used the gym every morning. It containe 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and 1 stationary bike. The tennis court was always available. There are bikes at guests disposal. Unit 106 had a grocery cart and umbrellas for guests, which came in handy! There is a small bar that serves drinks and food on the property. They food and smoothies do come from a nearby restaurant. Everything we had was good! Every one at Villa Renaissance was extremely helpful! Daniel at the beach and the bar tender and Corelle at the front desk. We will be back!

This was our first trip to Turks and Cacaos and it didn't disappoint. My husband and our two teenage daughters stayed in this condo for 10 days over the holidays. The location is perfect! We walked or biked just about everywhere: the grocery store, Hemingway's, Grace's Cottage, The Deck at Seven Stars, and of course Lemon 2 Go for coffee in the mornings. Corell, the concierge, did a great job setting us up with dinner reservations and a really fun day trip to North and Middle Cacaos. The pool, beach, and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, and the grounds are immaculate. The beach is stunning. We felt like we were living in a postcard! We loved that this condo is on the first floor so we could walk straight out to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend asking for extra blankets, though, because the beds only have very thin blankets on them and there are no extras in the closets. The reason that we gave this condo 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were several maintenance issues, which caused us more stress than we counted on during our vacation. The washing machine and dryer were both broken, and they were finally replaced on day 7 of our stay. Thankfully the awesome staff at Villa Renaissance arranged for our laundry to be done during that time, but this was not as convenient as being able to do it ourselves. The front door sticks and needs some serious muscle to lock, and the glass sliding doors which are the showpiece of the place only open about 18 inches. With just a little more attention to detail, this condo could be perfect. We hope to return!

Stayed here on very short notice on our 3rd trip back to V.R. We would have preferred a higher floor but, due to great difficulties communicating with Allied Management, we felt very fortunate to get this 1st Floor (106) unit. The management company (Celeste formerly Gorgeous) was terrific, accurate, and responsive. The unit is clean, well appointed, properly equipped, and has great access to the beach with a beautiful view. The VR staff of Lorraine and company were so kind and helpful and proud of their island slice of heaven. It was great to see the bar open and Bentley's brother (we miss Bentley), Eldridge being the jack of all trades. We love the intimacy of Villa Renaissance. Everything is within reach from a bike ride or beach walk without the crowds and chaos that come with a big resort. The grounds and pool are beautiful. The beach and water are so deserving of their world's #1 ranking. Loved The Deck at Seven Stars, Hemingways (of course), Bay Bistro, and Caicos Dream Tours. Thanks to all for a fantastic and memorable 5 days!

We had a great trip to TCI and really enjoyed staying at the VR. Had a 2 br/2 ba condo on the first level. View and beach access were exceptional. Pool was very clean and the entire property is generally well kept. House keeping staff were punctual and always made sure we had plenty of towels, clean dishes, etc. Kitchen was adequately equipped but certainly not spacious. Grace bay was as beautiful as advertised. Never had a problem securing beach lounge chairs for my family of 5. Concierge service was helpful with a little assertive guidance and prompting, but always responsive and able to ultimately deliver on what was asked. Had to call maintenance for a couple of minor issues and they were very prompt to respond and resolve each episode. Location was very good as there are several good restaurants and a really expensive grocery store within walking distance. The cell phone issue mentioned by the previous reviewer is real, however I felt like this burden could be/was appropriately transferred and handled by the concierge service. No bar and restaurant on site was a bit of a bummer at times but there are plenty of substitute options nearby. We enjoyed the smaller development / more intimate feel of VR compared to a larger resort where we're more likely to feel cramped by the masses. Tennis court (1) was very nice. Exercise room was nothing special. Overall, we had a great stay at VR and hope to return there again soon.
