Good location, one room very small but others big.

That said, some things were harder to find than others - extra blankets and towels only in the middle level bedroom for example. Fireplace remotes did not work, so had to navigate the controls underneath the firebox - not intuitive. Also, parking was a bit of a challenge. If there's snow, you will not be able to see which parking spot is assigned to the unit. Guest parking is also anyone's guess. If there's snow, make sure you have AWD/4WD, or you may not make it to the unit. Additionally, the heating situation is not great. The upper bedroom and the lower bedrooms are cold. In fact, there's a space heater in the master - the owners know it's cold. The middle bedroom, on the other hand, has a vent that breathes fire. No real way to regulate the entire house. There was a broken cover that looked like it was intended to block that vent entirely. There's also a space heater on the main level. Finally, the management office has a ton of rules - most of which are a bit arcane. If you're skiing, don't plan on using the hot tub - it closes at 4:30pm, and is only open six days a week. All that said, we enjoyed the trip, and the price to value was good.

The sheets could have been better quality. They were itchy first day but I washed them and much better. Only ac units in two rooms but was quiet with windows open. Lots of space.

Very nice property in an area close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. The house itself was very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. Kindof close to other houses, so you couldn't be too loud without being heard by everyone.

Some things need repair - the handle for the hot water in the shower fell off and landed on my foot (ouch!). The screen door fell off with a gust of wind. Carpet is pretty stained.

Other than that, the place was comfortable, and Sierra Tahoe Realty was VERY responsive! Someone before us had broken the blender and Sierra Tahoe ran out and got us a new one immediately - thanks Tammy! Kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans, plates, etc.), but some of the glasses were cracked and should be thrown out.
Cleaning crew does a great job - the place was VERY clean!
Living room was comfortable with plenty of room for 3 of us - if you have more than 4 people, there's no place for them to sit other than the dining table or bar stools.

The whole complex is VERY quiet and the trees are great! We really enjoyed the calm and quiet, as well as the birds, squirrels, and chipmunks! The deck was nice, especially for breakfast and coffee.

The pool and hot tub were also very nice and never crowded.

She didn’t have a mask which is fine, no issue for us. She put her mask on and gave us a full lecture on why Donald Trump is such an amazing person and said very unprofessional stuff about Biden and Harris calling Harris “camel toe”. Then she asked if we were vaccinated and we told her yes we were both double vaccinated. Then she said “well why are you wearing your mask?” I felt like I was being lectured for a personal decision I made for myself and my family. She went on to tell us why she wasn’t getting vaccinated and gave us a lecture on that. I don’t care either way what people believe about their political or personal reasons for getting or not getting vaccinated. I’m not a Democrat or Republican so none of that made a difference to me. I just thought it was extremely unprofessional and I just wanted the keys so I could run out of there.

Great location close by casinos and stores only downside there’s too many stairs n lower rooms get colder even with heater on

Our experience went very well. Property was as expected. management company was excellent. It was very close to casinos and ski resort. Our kids had fun hanging out in the loft and the split level design was perfect. Everyone had their own privacy.

Everything was great , just wish we had warm water to shower in. The water was freezing

We had a good time in South Lake Tahoe. The house was close to casinos, restaurants and lifts. Property manager was a pleasure to deal with as we had a cable/ internet issue but was able to get someone out the next day. Sleeping arrangement was just right for our group.

Lack of communication.. The fridge was not working properly contact property management wanted me to troubleshoot an outlet also? Knowledge of troubleshooting skills which I thought that was really disrespectful also it was really hot in the property the AC window unit was on she also told me if I knew that was an AC unit which I thought that was really sarcastic from her.. Also waiting for my deposit haven’t seen it go back in the account

Positives: location was great, close to everything. House was clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen fully stocked. House is on 4 half levels which initially seemed awkward, but actually gives ample privacy. House has been updated for the most part and accommodated my family with parents and brother well. Negatives: House needs maintenance. Railing on outside stairs weather worn and gave my father slivers in his hand when he used. Dishwasher door has to be latched or falls open, door for soap dispenser broken. Faucet in one of the bathroom sprayed water upwards towards mirror, couch and loveseat are shot (Okay for a college dorm but not in a home rental) Arm badly torn, cushions fall forward. Toilet leaked requiring family to frequently lift lid to get the flap to close, shower drain extremely slow in one of the bathrooms. If these items are addressed, I would recommend this property, but as it stands we feel we paid too much money for a vacation rental with so many issues and we were disappointed by the negatives.

Overall it was a good experience One issue we had was heating the house. Upstairs room was too cold. The other sets of bedrooms below were too hot.

Overall the place was okay. The pictures were a little deceptive as they made the place look bigger and newer than it really was. We didn’t realize that it was 4 half stories with multiple stairs. This made it difficult with toddlers as we had no way to block all the staircases off. We were there during summer time and the place was pretty warm in the afternoons(83-85, which is fine because we weren’t there most of the time). It didn’t cool off until 10-11 at night. There was a small portable AC unit that helped a little but not much.

We came up for the July 4th week with 10 members of our family. There was plenty of room for everyone and access to our other family was easy from Lakeside Village.

We had a wedding to attend that was very close to the town house so it was perfect. Very clean and sunny.

Stayed at the spot with a group of 8 co-workers and it provided us with everything we needed. big enough main room for us to all hang out, play cards and other games, along with a great bbq to cook on. The only downside was the hot tub was a little ways away from the house but we never actually found it so cannot comment to much on that. overall the condo and location were great, easy to get to State Line and the surrounding mountain.
