Armando's place was in a good location and not too far from the beach and the historic district. The bed was super comfortable. Would stay there again.

Nicely kept up apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. If you want to cook up breakfast of dinner, the place has the facilities and the utensils.

Good for a couple using the main bedroom. Shower head has a heater that cannot be adjusted, so it's really hot 🔥 or disconnect it and then it's really cold.

I wanted some R & R and decided to stay in the Ponce area away from the more touristy locations like Old San Juan. I selected this Apt. for its proximately to the Mercedita Ponce airport about 10 mins away and renting a car is especially convenient (smaller airport and compact). The Apt. is close to all major roadways & highways and its easy to get to your planned or unplanned trips. The Apartment- About a day before your arrival, You'll received your access code to enter the unit and the your parking spot is in front of the entry door, convenient! The unit comes furnished, Cable TV with Netflix, A/C's in each room and a full kitchen. The bedroom has a full size mattress with closets. The bathroom has a shower stall. etc. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer located on the side of the unit. (you will need a code to enter). The area is safe with a recently built Police headquarters' 2 mins away. The owner is easy to contact during your stay via phone or messaging should you need assistance. The unit is cozy, But limited to three people. My only issue was with hot water access during our stay. It would take minutes to get used to the cool water to bathe. Mind you it wasn't horrible, but coming from Wintery NY, you'll notice. I waited a few days to see if the issue could be rectified and the owner let me move to another unit for rest of my stay. A lot better but not until the day of departure did the water actually get warm. Go figure. (Note. If your a bit on the heavy side, the bathroom may hinder your use). I'll still recommend Ponce vacation rentals for its location and easy access. I will say you should contact the owner before you arrive and make sure all your access codes are correct! HomeAway had the wrong door access to the unit.
