The home was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The TV's were a bit of a challenge. The instructions for TVs did not follow how to use them. A bit far from the beach but trails were fairly near. I would recommend that someone hose off the artificial plants inside, they were caked with dust. All in all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in a heart beat,

My family and I have been coming to Sea Ranch for 40 years, and have stayed at MANY different properties here. This time, it was just my hubby and I with our family dog…Kodee, celebrating our 35th anniversary. We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and the owner left many notes around the house with instructions where things went, how he wanted things done, and how things worked. We truly appreciated this! It kept things organized, and left no questions without answers. It was in a great location. We were able take one of the recommended hikes, and soak in the hot tub after! Had a lovely dinner at Saint Orres….highly recommended. Also cooked a couple delicious meals in this very well equipped kitchen. Very relaxing, enjoyable long weekend! We will be returning!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property, and it feels like our home away from home now. It’s a perfect size for 3 adults and 2 dogs, and we love the location. There is a view of the ocean from the kitchen, and we love the peaceful view of the meadow from the living room. The hot tub is fabulous, and there is everything you need to cook in the kitchen. There is easy access to the walking trails, and we discovered this time that it’s only a 30 minute, beautiful walk to the lodge. The owner is very communicative. We’ll be back!

Very comfortable home near the bluff and a beach. Two king beds! Love it.

This is my 9th rental at Sea Ranch and the first as an empty nest couple. Great weekend away and well-organized property!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the scenery a lot and the proximity to wonderful hiking trails. This is a beautiful and well organized beach house. We enjoyed the walk to Shell Beach and watching the hummingbirds in the garden. The deck is perfect for watching the sunset and deer in the meadow. We really appreciated how well stocked the home is and everything is nicely labeled to make your stay easier. We highly recommend and hope to go back again. Thank you Keith!

House has a great layout with plenty of room for four adults. Nice kitchen and yard.

We had a wonderful time at this home. Good for dogs - but bring an ExPen to fully enclose the small garden area. Well equipped kitchen. House is nicely situated to give easy access to Black Point beach (10 minute walk).

This home was a great base for exploring Sea Ranch! The kitchen is really well outfitted, the bedrooms spacious. The living room is much bigger than it looked in the photo and has a great view of the meadow. Everything was clean and in great working order. Thank you for a great stay.

Quiet and relaxing

Very well furnished and organized, spacious for four. Beautiful meadow view from deck. Glimpses of the Ocean, along with easy access to the trails along the Pacific bluffs. Just one mile to the SR Lodge and its fine restaurant. Our stay enhanced by a week of beautiful weather in otherwise iffy June.

The home is perfect for just getting away. On a cul-de-sac which means no cars passing by. Perfect for our Havanese puppy that really loved the wild life directly behind us. We’ve been renting at Sea Ranch for 30+ years. By far, this is the best for just us and maybe one other couple at the most. Quite private for the most part.

Everything was as described. Good size house for two couples. Kitchen well equipped. Nice to be able to walk along the bluff trail to the Lodge for dinner one night.

Keith has to be an engineer. VERY organized which was much appreciated. This is just what we wanted, a quiet, relaxing getaway. Although I road bike 5000 miles a year my 70 year old knee was not happy attempting to get to Black or Pebble Beach. Gualala is a pleasant getaway and the Surf market a very good grocery store. Had dinner in each night. What helped is my brother setting us up with a cooler full of breakfast items that we brought along with us from Santa Rosa. Hot tub was a pleasure and as advertised, always on and very clean. Would not hesitate to go back. Thanks, Keith!

Great! Clean, great beds, great everything

Keith could not have been more obliging to make sure that we had a great stay. Everything is perfectly labeled and check in and out were a breeze. Spa was crystal clear and lots of wood and kindling for the fireplace. Ocean visible from the kitchen and the rest of the house looks over open space frequented by deer. A great combo!

We had a great stay at this home. Fantastic location and super well kept up. This place was one of the cleanest I have seen and it is clear that the owner has put a lot of thought into making his guests a priority. We had zero issues with the stay and the directions and instructions were perfect. Other owners could take a few lessons from this place. Highly recommended!

Lovely home

We enjoyed watching the sunrise light up the sky in the morning, and the sunset over the ocean in this cozy beach house. The kitchen had everything we needed for holiday meals. Stargazing from the hot tub or a warm fire on a rainy day. Great place for a getaway.

All was as advertised. Well stocked with wood and towels. Really appreciated something I rarely see in a Sea Ranch rental- sharp knives! Host is a great communicator. The only negative was a persistent odor of propane from the heater, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Sea Ranch is a beautiful place. The ocean views from this home are obstructed by other homes, but view out the back is lovely pastoral view. it is a mile to Lodge and 10 min walk to bluff trail.

Amazing location with stunning views. Keith has set up the place so that you know exactly where things are and how to use them. The beds are comfortable and king sized which is so nice after a day hiking and biking. The kitchen is very well appointed and there’s plenty of herbs and spices to make delicious food that you purchase at local farmers markets. The hot tub was so lovely under the stars. Wifi is great Highly recommend this place.
