3 nights during record setting heat, insane views to include July 4th fireworks on the lake. Good communication with owner

Great home with plenty of space and rooms for a big size family. Front garage parking allows for about 3-4 small cars, at most. Garage only fits one car (sedan, mini SUV).
The place offers 5 good size bedrooms (4 are master suites), well furnished and clean. Also 5 very nice bathrooms. There are 4 different level outdoor decks with awesome views of Lake Arrowhead. The large open living room area offers great space for large dinners and family game night. One floor below is the huge game room that offers pool table, arcade game, foosball, large screen TV, comfy lounge reclining sofas, a mini bar, poker table and my favorite, a jukebox. For my family, our weekend getaway was primarily spent inside this great home as the space allowed for us all to relax and enjoy our time well spent. Brian, the owner, was easily reachable via phone if problems or question came up. Thank you.

Outstanding view, lovely first level living room and kitchen. Seriously, the lake is so much bigger and more prominent than the pictures suggest. The multitude of bedrooms and bathrooms made hosting a large friend gathering easy. Loved the second living room/game room. A few things could use some repair, but none of that impacted the fantastic time we had. Perfect place for a large group of friends and family!

The place is nice; a little run down but not bad. The Christmas tree is a very nice touch but the communication was lacking. I left a voicemail for the owner the first night we arrived and he never replied. I texted the following day and he replied but then didn’t reply to the next text. Dishwasher was broken and he never responded as to how to fix it. Made it hard for my group to wash dishes. There was also no bath wash anywhere. Lots of shampoo and conditioner though. Overall great spot for a group and great for the price.

This home worked so well for our large family. We needed rooms for 5 couples and then more beds for a few more and there was plenty of room for us all to hang out. Lovely decks on 3 levels and the perfect view! We couldn't have asked for anything more than extra parking. Brian was expectionally gracious about everything. Thank you, Brian!

We enjoyed our two night stay on the lake! Brian is a fantastic host! House has plenty of room & a neat game room! Our 85year old nana was able to enjoy her visit with us because there was a room on the main floor to accommodate her with her walker. Definitely give this place 9 out of 10 stars!

Beautiful home- Perfect for a family getaway
It’s the best place to stay with your family. The house is so spacious with 5 rooms and 5 baths, with a loft and game/recreation area. The place is so tidy. You’re not gonna get board in the house. It’s also a perfect place where you can reflect having a very good view of the lake. Further more, the host/owner (Brian) is very kind and approachable. The price is worth it.

Beautiful home, great for multiple families
This was the perfect home for our visit with friends that we haven't seen together in years! We had 4 couples and a handful of kids under the age of 9 and we all had a great time. The house was unique in its layout and worked well for all of us. 4 out of the 5 rooms had a master suite feel with its own bathroom within the main door of the room. The house had multiple levels with a fun loft for the kids and a super fun family room with a pool table, foosball and even an old-style arcade game! We saw squirrels running along the deck and hawks flying across the breathtaking view of the lake. Heater worked great, as did the 2 fireplaces. This was a wonderful place to stay!!!

Beautiful Property!!! With convenience shortcomings
The property is completely stunning. The view is even more breathtaking in person. Cleanliness left more to be desired. The manager explained that the power had gone out, preventing the cleaning crew from finishing their work. But the manager did make good on the shortcoming.

We enjoyed the game room, the juke box was a hit with the kids. Very roomy for the 10 of us. Arrowhead is a pretty area. We hiked, played pool, played in the snow and went to the Village.
The only negative is the dishwasher was not working (which we were told about before our visit) but these things happen! :)

Perfect family getaway
The property is extremely spacious and three of the rooms had a beautiful view of the sunrise. There are lots of games to keep everyone entertained. It was really nicely decorated and kitchen was equip with all the cooking appliances you need. The only issue we encountered was the driveway was filled with snow/ice when we arrived. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Great Place to stay with Family
Our overall stay was amazing. Brian was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions with the check in process. The place has a million dollar view of the lake and the amenities make you never want to leave the property. Each bedroom has its own restroom which is perfect for multiple families needing their privacy. The game room also has something for everyone to be entertained. We will definitely stay here again when we plan our next trip to Lake Arrowhead.

Perfect Friends Getaway
This home is beautiful! The warm, cozy environment created by the owners contributed to such a lovely weekend in Arrowhead. We had nine people, all the bedrooms were used and gave us each our own private space. The game room was so fun and we loved the jukebox and pool table. If you are debating renting this property, do hesitate! Do it!! You will not be disappointed!

This is a property with an amazing view, comfortable and well furnished! Very comfortable for a group of family or friends. We were a group of 10 people, ages 21 to 64. The house is big enough for people to have a quiet time, and a fun time. Well stocked with games. We had a great time!
