In a village famous for its exclusivity and priciness, Joanie’s condo was comfortable, clean, affordable, and so well situated. While not large, it had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, the sitting room was very nice, and the kitchen facilities (while limited), were functional and in great shape. I appreciated the patio and proximity to the river trail. Joanie was a perfect host, and communicated very helpfully before and during our stay.

This property was well located for easy access to Telluride's down town (walk, free bus, bike or drive). It was a short walk to the free Gondola that you can take to the Mountain Village or skiing, hiking or biking. It's a short drive to several beautiful hikes and one within a short walk. The property is on the river and there is a dirt trail that also goes along the river. The Siam Restaurant is just across the street and was amazing. The hot tub was a very nice perk. The unit is an efficient use of the space with plenty of wall hooks for all your needed mountain gear. Joanie was a great host who answered all our questions promptly and made sure we felt welcomed and that we arrived safely. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo is located in a nice/quiet area with the creek path directly behind. We were able to walk everywhere in Telluride easily. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Condo is in a great location. Size is good for 2 people. You can walk to anyplace in town. Enjoyed listening to the water run in the river while sitting on the patio.

Fantastic stay in incredible Telluride. Lovely location right on the river walk and five minute stroll to gondola and town. Unit was as described and worked great for our family (2 adults, 2 teens). Did breakfasts and dinner at home using the crock pot and plug-in induction stove. Roof construction was underway but we were out most of the day. Joanie is a very kind & responsive host & promptly took care of anything that came up. Would book again!

We could not have picked a better place for our first stay in Telluride. The condo was so convenient to every thing. Sitting on the patio and listening to the river was so so nice and we were able to walk the town with ease. We absolutely loved it!

Joanie’s place was amazing! I loved sitting on the patio listening to the river and that this was so walkable to all the shops and gondola. Joanie checked in with me via text when I arrived and that was a nice touch. Would love to come back!

Joanie did an exceptional job in communicating with us about any questions we had. Location is about a 10-15min walk to town park. Although the unit doesn't have a full built in kitchen, it does have all the appliances you would need to cook anything. Would certainly stay here again.

We traveled with our two children, 21 & 17 yr old and we had a great time at this Condo. It’s a great location with the river just steps from your back sliding door. We traveled in June and didn’t need the AC, the ceiling fans were more than sufficient. This place is meticulous maintained and well stocked. Communication was excellent. We would definitely return.

It was 3 lifetime friends, getting away for a snowboard trip. Place was clean and nice, great location. Host was easy to communicate with. It is a bit cozy, so I'd say 4 people would be the max.

This rental was a great pick for two friends on a ski trip. The bed and pullout couch were both very comfortable, and the condo was stocked with basic staples like coffee. Location was great, just a few short blocks to downtown. We walked to the gondola each morning with our ski gear and it was no problem at all. Hot tub was a very nice thing to have at the end of a long ski day too. Would recommend this place for a couple or small group.

The title says it all. The condo is ideally located with a five minute walk to Lift 7, Clark's Market and most downtown shops. At the same time, far enough off of the beaten path so it is quiet. And the beautiful river walk is just out the back door. The condo is comfortable, cozy and well appointed. And Joanie is wonderfully communicative and kind.

Joanie is wonderful and had thought of every tiny detail to make this lovely small condo work with all the furnishings. For us, no cooktop or oven was fine...and the extras she provides made this totally great. The location and the porch are perfect. She truly has thought of everything.

Wonderful Telluride Getaway!
Fantastic in town location where you can walk to everything. Apartment is updated, clean and very well stocked. Host is extremely accommodating and helpful. We had an incredible summer and highly recommend. Wonderful Summer!

Perfect Getaway
We really enjoyed staying here. It's close to the main strip with restaurants and shopping and borders the river walk path. We were able to walk to enjoy most activities including the gondola. The place was comfy, quiet and perfect for our getaway with the kids to enjoy the snow.

Off Season Telluride
We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed Joanie’s place immensely. Location was great. The condo was clean and very well stocked. We will be back and will recommend to others.

Perfect Off Season Stay
My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo right on the river trail. It was the perfect size for the three of us. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. We never had to use our car to get around while we were in Telluride. We enjoyed beautiful hiking and loved the quiet and lack of crowds. We would stay in this condo again if we visit Telluride in the future.

Nice stay in Telluride Viking lodge.
The unit was in nice shape everything was very clean. Only one small negative, the outdoor hot tub needs some repairs, jets weren't functioning and some tiles missing. Overall great stay!

Perfect for us!
We had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for us (my husband and I and our 18 month old). It's a great location, in walking distance to everything. We loved being along the little river.

Perfect location!
This was in the perfect location! Quick walk to everything in town, including the gondola. The view out the back and on the river trail was great! Easy to get to everything. The place had everything we needed and Joanie was a wonderful host! She reached out with all of the necessary information before the trip and checked on us to make sure we arrived with no issues!

Good value, great location in town!
This ground-floor unit opens up right on to the creek in Telluride town and is only a few blocks from the gondola and lots of shops and restaurants. The host's instructions were clear and communications with her were excellent. Everything was clean, well-kept, recently renovated and in good shape. Parking was plentiful and close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean condo
The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small, but it had everything we needed to prepare a meal. Check in was a breeze and the owner was easy to communicate with. There is a grocery store a couple blocks away and lots of restaurants close to the property.

This is a well stocked condo, with everything you need. We like all of the Viking lodge properties that have porches or balconies over the creek.
Was worried without stove, but multiple appliances that do the same function are available and worked well.

August in Telluride
Stayed 3 nights - place was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. Easy check in/check out process. No concerns with being on the bottom floor - we never heard anyone around us. The parking was easy and great walking distance to restaurants and gondola. The path along the river right out the back door is beautiful - I even saw a bear the last morning on the path! Highly recommend this VRBO.

We had a great stay. Great location. We did not need to drive anywhere to access nice restaurants and trails for running, biking and hiking.
