Villa Islander was an incredible place to spend several weeks in Turks & Caicos. Not only is the location ideal on Grace Bay Beach but away from most of the resorts, the villa is an incredible architectural masterpiece. The glass and views of the pool and lush tropical landscaping made it incredibly relaxing. The short walk to the beach allowed us privacy but easy to access as well. Finally, the host and staff managing and taking care of the villa were absolutely incredible and made the experience one of our best. We have travelled to the island on numerous occasions, always staying in private villas, and Villa Islander is on the top of that list for all of the reasons noted.

If I could rate this property more than 5 stars I would! The house is simply stunning! The stocked fridge, chef-prepared meals, daily housekeeping, and chair/umbrella set up added to our VIP experience. Very friendly staff and we were absolutely spoiled by Chef Naz and his amazing meals! The semi-private, gorgeous beach was just a short walk away and was perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The property was close to everything, but far enough away to have some privacy. We really enjoyed our spa / golf day. The property owner provided great recommendations for dining out, as well. We enjoyed a private sunset cruise and a half day snorkel excursion. It was the perfect vacation, and we were all very sad to leave. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Wow. Absolute first class experience, and every bit as wonderful as it's portrayed here. The home is exquisitely designed and well laid out for 8, it's an easy private walk to the best section of beach in the area, and the home staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. On top of that, Alessandro was a thoughtful communicator and very easy to work with. Wonderful memories made. Don't hesitate. We'll be back.

Girls 50th birthday vacation and it couldn’t have been at a more perfect place. Rooms were beautifully designed, beds were comfortable and high end linens, location was fantastic - close to a lot but yet private and quiet. Claudia and Elwood treated us like family and were so helpful and kind. Alessandro was away so we didn’t meet, yet he was easily available by WhatsApp and handled any small issues quickly. Will stay again for sure!

House is exactly as advertised! A wonderful experience from beginning to end! The house is amazing as is every person who works there to make your vacation a dream.

The house is amazing, Alessandro is an excellent host. We arrived early and he was already there to show us the how everything worked and everything worked perfectly. The house is an architectural vision. It feels like you are in a jungle by the beach. The glass walls are spectacular. We were four couples and there was plenty of great space for us to be together, and we also all had our own private space. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and there were plenty of towels, paper products and personal cleaning products. I can't think of anything that was missing. The housekeeper each day was another big plus. It let us all just have a great time together. The chairs and umbrellas were set up and taken away everyday by the staff. It was a totally luxurious vacation and I know we will be back!

Alessandro went above and beyond everything that was asked of him. He had groceries bought and placed in the house, arranged for a private chef, walked us through all of the Covid requirements, met us at the airport and so much more. I can’t say enough things about how great the house is. He had chairs set up at the beach for us each morning and even had a housekeeper come in every day to clean and straighten up. pictures don’t do it justice. It’s much nicer than it looks on line.

The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Location is a short walk to the beach down a pretty sand path. We have no complaints and only great memories if the trip. Alessandro and his staff were very helpful and responsive all week. A five star rental. Will go back.

Unbelievable property. The kids had their best vacation ever but this place works great for adults too. Owner and on-site caretaker were extremely accommodating and great. Sad to leave!

This property is absolutely beautiful !! The grounds make you feel like you’re on a private oasis! Alessandro goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! The pool especially is a huge bonus! Long enough to swim laps. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

I consider myself a traveler. Ive been to Over a dozen countries and hundreds of domestic trips. We stay in fine hotels (ritz, regis, four seasons etc..) or luxury homes like villa islander. Villa islander is a luxury home for sure. Some Vrbo listings say luxury but they are not. This home is what you expect from a luxury property Claudia the housekeeper was there from 10-5 everyday and ensured the home was clean. Did dishes multiple times a day and even took care of our laundry Elmo and bear (the groundskeeper and his dog) were there after Claudia left until the morning. When we went out to dinner Elmo turned all the lighting in the home on so when we returned it was illuminated and gorgeous The beach was a 2.5 minute walk from a semi private path off the back of the house Grace bay was just voted the number 1 beach in the world. This is the number 1 villa on that beach for sure.

From start to finish, this was a flawless VRBO experience. Alessandro was a wonderful host and this home was beautiful. We had the chef make us dinner when we arrived, which was terrific. The house staff made our stay so easy, and the beach is just a short walk away and gorgeous. Highly recommend!!!

The property and Alessandro we're wonderful. The location was both quiet and peaceful but close to the ocean and convenient to shops and restaurants. The chef prepared a delicious dinner for our group and the staff (including Bear, the house dog) we're great. We will definitely return!

Excellent experience! Beautiful, modern, elegant, clean, comfortable home. Extremely responsive and attentive host. The king beds are very comfortable, nice and large bathrooms, good air conditioning in each bedroom and living areas. There are so many things that made this property so excellent and above other homes we've rented. Alessandro was extremely helpful with everything from the entrance requirements into T&C, transportation, groceries, dinners, general questions and Covid testing to get back to the U.S. --The property is just a couple of minutes down a path to the beach, where the property manager set up 8 lounge chairs and umbrellas every day for us. It is walking distance to a lot of really good beach front restaurants and water sports/activities. --We used the pre-arrival grocery provisioning which was fabulous - no mark up or delivery or extra fees. (Groceries. like everything is more expensive than at home). It was so nice to not have to go to the grocery as soon as we got there. --We used the personal chef, Arlyn, for a birthday celebration dinner. It was so, so very good and so much food! And it was very reasonably priced. She even prepared fish that the guys had caught fishing that day. And Aleassandro delivered a great birthday cake from a local bakery for us. We wished that we had used the personal chef for more meals! Highly recommend! --Claudia cleaned the house and bedrooms every day! Everything was always immaculate with fresh towels and beach towels daily. She was so attentive to every detail. -Elmo watched over the property each night - one evening, there was a storm and we lost power for a couple minutes until Elmo got the generator going! We were never impacted at all! --Alessandro arranged a service to come to the villa to perform the required Covid testing to return to the US. Omnicare Medical - I highly recommend this service - professional, fast and so convenient. --Alessandro also arranged airport transportation with Majestic Taxi which we used over and over again all week. Very nice and clean vehicles with prompt, friendly and safe drivers. I highly recommend Majestic taxi! --A great villa, owner, staff and experience! Thank you Alessandro!

Attentive to every detail, responded quickly to our questions from booking to checkout, helped us anticipate/navigate all the COVID requirements, stocked the villa with provisions, arranged transportation, etc. Our personal experience with Allesandro was consistent with the unanimous 5-star reviews we read coming in--he clearly goes above and beyond for all his guests. Our stay at Villa Islander with a group of adults and 2 babies was exceptional! The chef, Arlyn, made us breakfast and dinner (even made extra little things for the babies!) and everything was delicious. The house staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and could relax. The host, Alessandro, was extremely accommodating and responsive. Over all great trip, will be returning soon!

My friends and I had the most magical weekend at Villa Islander, and we cannot wait to return. Alessandro and his staff were so incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the chef prepared some of the most amazing food we had on the island. The house was absolutely stunning, and we were able to make good use of both the pool and the beach. It was one of the most luxurious and amazing trips I have ever been on, all thanks to Alessandro and his team. Thank you Alessandro, we hope to come back very soon!

Villa Islander was everything we expected and more. The property is scenic and serene-truly breathtaking. Alessandro was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we might need. We were able to navigate COVID regulations and enjoy a trip we will all remember forever.
