A great location between peak 8&9 bases. The property itself is very nice. The only negative was the lift you start your ski day on is the two person Snowflake lift which is slow and can be very crowded in the morning. Would definitely return!

Great condo, perfect location

The property was perfectly situated as a ski-in/ski-out on the 4 o’clock trail. It was spacious, well designed for the family, and matched all of the details in the listing. The only minor issue was that the fireplace did not work, but that’s immaterial all things considered. Thanks to the owners and property managers, everything was seamless.

We loved this place! Perfect location, great layout, and great touches for the guests like trail mix, oatmeal, hand warmers, coffee and tea. Well thought out for convenience while skiing. Great kitchen. Such a nice place!

This was the best ski-in/ski-out location we’ve stayed in Breckenridge! My husband, 17-year old daughter, and I had a great stay for the first full week of the new year. As the description says, you walk out the back door onto the deck, take 5 steps down, and are able to clip in and ski down to the Snowflake lift. Take the Four O’Clock run home and ski right back to the deck. The condo was the most well-appointed place we’ve ever rented. The kitchen is fully stocked: pots, pans, various countertop appliances, nicely sharpened knives, and spices (knives and spices are things we bring with us from home but we were pleasantly surprised when we didn’t need to use our own!). The bathrooms contained full-size toiletries and great linens. The living and dining areas were very spacious. We had more than enough room for the 3 of us! Lastly, I can’t rave enough about the communication with Lisa, the property manager. The night before we arrived in Breckenridge, we stayed in Dillon and our daughter got sick. We reached out to Lisa the next morning about the off-chance possibility of an early check-in. She called as soon as the condo was ready (2 hours earlier than standard check-in) to tell us she scheduled the cleaners for our unit first so she could get us in early. I’ve never been more pleasantly surprised! Lisa’s communication throughout the booking process and during our stay was the best we’ve ever experienced! We will most certainly be back to stay again!

We rented the condo for our annual family ski trip. The condo was perfect with easy access to the green trail right off of the deck - a quick ski down to the lift to start our day. The condo was in great shape and stocked with everything we needed - the kitchen was very well stocked. The owner checked in with us before and after the stay and provided many good tips as we have not been skiing in Breckenridge before. The property manager checked in with us numerous times during our stay. Will stay here again. Very personal service.

Enjoyed our stay! Rental was clean and comfortable. Was able to reach out to house manager and recieved quick response. Great location and happy there was covered parking since it snowed the whole time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all of the amenities we needed and more! The location is very convenient to downtown and the gondola area. Beautiful place to spend time in the summer, and we would love to come back during ski season.

The place is very clean, very well maintained and a wonderful getaway. Beds are comfy, fireplace cozy, kitchen is well stocked and a true “ski in ski out” home. So very glad I chose this as our place to stay!

Four O'Clock condo was very well stocked, well furnished, and in a great location. Lisa, the property manager was nice and efficient and the booking and check in information was easy. Ski in/out was delightful but there is a short walk across the road from the 4 O'Clock trail to the Snowflake lift. One of the best stays that we have had at a ski resort, and we will return if we can.

The property is just as it is pictured. With it being on the bottom floor, it literally steps out onto the 4 o’clock trail. We loved our week here! It’s well stocked with toiletries, kitchen appliances and spices. We will definitely stay here again! It is everything we wanted and more!

The ski in, ski out was great! The beds were very comfortable, even the pull-out was great. The kitchen was very well-equipped, especially when it came to spices. We'd love to go back some day.
