The elevator was broken an entire day, and with an elderly parent that cannot do stairs he was home bound. The walls are in desperate need of paint and the base boards and corners looked as if they had not been cleaned in a couple of years. There were numerous extension cords and power strips stretched across the floors and the kitchen sink and faucet were chipped and dirty. The pots and pans were all rusted and the mattress in the ocean front bedroom was completely broken down. The kicker were the cockroaches that came out at night. We only stayed one night and the owner did not feel inclined to refund any money. WILL NOT RETURN.

Great condo on the beach! The views are stunning and it was a very short walk to the beach. Having beach towels and beach chairs available was an added bonus. The host was very responsive! We will be back!

The condo was well-equipped and pet-friendly. You can't beat the beach view and easy access. We were visiting family in the area, and loved having a comfortable place to entertain them at the beach.

No better location at The Beaches. Vintage building charm with adequate upgrades. Beach view amazing and public beach access right there. Going to FL in the off-season, we expect to see construction and work going on. Our only disappointment was the elevator out of order.

The property is very clean. The bedroom design with being beside each other is a little weird with the pocket doors between them but overall a great stay and the view is great!

We were gathered for a funeral, and to help out friends. Nice place to call home for qbout a week

M mattress and pillows in the bedroom on the outside need to be replaced. There were lots of cobwebs in the condo and the cleaning people had just left when we arrived except for the bed the condo was as we expected. It was nice we enjoyed it and we would come back but with the new bed thanks a lot.

Perfect location, easy parking, clean, perfect, serene view of the ocean! The only issue we had was had a hard time locking the storage locker, but otherwise will definitely stay there again!

I am not gonna leave a drawn out review all I’m gonna say is we booked us months in advance went back-and-forth through messaging. Told the owner to make sure the place was 100% clean because we have family members with severe allergies upon walking in screen doors falling off the hinge door doesn’t shut correctly dust grime dirt old fixtures in the showers that were just so disgusting. We literally left after the first day now this guy is going to come on here and say that he tried to do this or try to do that. I gave them a call seven hours before we arrived and asked him to make sure this place was clean. He told me he sent somebody out there and they cleaned all the vents ceiling fans and made sure the place was tiptop. This place is filled with ratty ass, goodwill, furniture and doesn’t look nothing. Like the pictures. I immediately called my credit card to get a refund because he said I never gave him a chance to fix anything. I didn’t feel like spending my whole vacation watching people walk through the room, trying to fix things when you have plenty of time to do it. All this guy cares about is collecting the money and not updating anything in his condo and I can tell you right now there’s nothing luxurious about it. If I could find a way to post pictures, I definitely will like I said earlier in the paragraph he had plenty of time to make this condo, clean and habitable for people that are spending that kind of money to go on vacation. It’s a disgrace.

Great location! Just steps from the beach. It was so nice to spend the day on the beach without having to carry everything with us. For a weekend in July this area of the beach was not crowded at all. Loved it!

We enjoyed ourselves. The condo was nice. The beach side is beautiful but the area across the street from condo looks like a ghetto. You need a plastic liner shower curtain along with the cloth curtain and the rod needs to be lowered a few more inches so the water doesn't go out into the bathroom. Towels are scratchy and fraying. The washer was on spin when we arrived and had some difficulty using it. There was no detergent. The closet door was broken. The condo needs some more attractive decorating (wall hangings) & more comfortable furniture. The chairs & stools at bar area is too crowded for 4 people to eat comfortably. Storm door is very hard to shut.

The condo is as described. Easy access, covered car garage, easy walk to beach and beautiful view from Deck. Pool was cleaned daily.

The oroperty looks just like it does online and is nice. Love the location

This VRBO had it's pros and cons, but I would say that I would consider staying here again in the future.

A Beautiful Ocean view awaits when you open the door to the condo. Everything provided for your stay; beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler. Comfortable beds in two rooms connected by pocket doors. Older building & unit but it was updated nicely. Each condo had an assigned parking spot & extra spaces for guests. Wonderful food recommendations; North Beach Fish Camp, Sliders, Dockside Seafood and Pete's Bar for fun after dinner.

It was at a great location where you could walk to restaurants. In front of our condo was not crowded at all!!

We loved our weeklong stay at this beachfront condo. The view is great, and it's within walking distance of some good restaurants, coffee shops, and brunch places. The check-in process was easy and clear. One evening during our stay, we had a WiFi outage (I think it was building-wide), and Shastri was super-helpful and responsive in helping us get it resolved quickly. We loved sitting out on the balcony and reading, while breathing the sea air and listening to the waves crash. The property is exactly as pictured and described, so if you like what you see, you'll love staying there!

Family vacation that had the perfect beachfront location. View of waves slightly blocked by sand dunes. Closet and pocket door separating the 2 bedrooms could use some work. Ample seating in condo and nicely updated bathroom.

Great spot- couple of items as an FYI - Fan not working in Bathroom- need a mat in the bathtub for shower standing stability- gate to pool broken 2A parking #15 - flooding bad after regulator rain - standing water to get into car trunk
