Great time. Great house. Location is perfect as were accommodations. Only negative was internet was intermittent and somewhat slow

Our stay was fantastic. Clean, walkable and nicely appointed. The only disappointment was the length of time it took for the freezer to reach full cooling temp after being kept off between rentals. Additionally, the ice machine had black chunks of debris in it and the bar fridge was broken.

I came with a group of girlfriends for a long weekend. Everyone was so impressed and said it was even better than the pictures. The kitchen is so well stocked and everything was very clean. The home is quite large and having 4 separate bathrooms was great. Location 10/10. I’m already thinking of booking next summer for a trip with my family. My only complaint was the balcony cleanliness. There was a large, sticky spill when we arrived and the rail definitely had not been wiped down. There was also only one tiny side table and it was covered in something sticky. I’d love to see a bigger table where you can actually put drinks and food. But overall, that absolutely should not deter you because the place could not have been more wonderful.

Beautiful home and location. There was a water issue during our stay with 6 girls that needed to shower we asked about and we’re able to go to another property for that. Slight hassle, but overall handled well. We would return.

Location was great and property was perfect for two families taking an after Christmas vacation.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The view of the bay made for a beautiful spot to have morning coffee. The location was perfect for easy, walkable access to downtown.

Ethan's home was as advertised. Big, clean house, beautiful views from the deck, especially at sunset. First floor "great room" was a big hit. We were a group of 7, so plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Love the shuffleboard table and the game table on the lower level. Walking distance to town, also a plus.

Beautiful home located within walking distance to downtown. Lovely view of water and sunset. Was hoping to get in a little early as we had my elderly Mom with us and wanted to get settled before dinner, but all worked out well and we all enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property. Owner is aware of some fixes that need to be done, just waiting on parts. Close by everything to do in Saugatuck. Plenty of space for a large family get together. Lots of golf available. Restaurants, awesome.

Love the location and the property. Only complaint is that the top bunks are a little hard to sleep in One is very near to the ceiling fan. Luckily, this year we only had 8 women so we didn't have to use them. Otherwise, very comfortable property and very close to downtown - less than 2 blocks to the Butler.

Convenient location to restaurants and downtown area. House was a perfect setup for our group who were together each celebrating 50 years of marriage (May-Sept).

Got the place for a family Christmas - the house was very well cleaned and extremely well stocked with cookware and dinnerware and games. Perfect for families with kids, the location was amazing and the shuffle board was a big hit with the whole family. Absolutely loved our stay and will stay again!

Exactly as listed on vrbo and would recommend this property to anyone heading to the Saugatuck area.

This property was an amazing location however it was very pricy for the cleanliness that we arrived to. Every single pot and pan had to be cleaned extensively before being able to used as well as a couple of the cups. We only stayed in the upstairs bedrooms and used those bathrooms but we were happy that was the case because both downstairs bathrooms did not appear to be cleaned well. The kitchen had no additional items that are typically located in rentals such as oils, aluminum foil, or plastic wrap. The dock was basically unusable because it was covered in goose feces that had not been cleared off for quite some time. Overall the house was nice but was definitely overpriced for what we got.

The house is in the perfect location to walk into downtown Saugatuck. Gorgeous views of the lake! Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and very clean. Will definitely be back!

The property was delightful, clean and fairly well maintained. We did have a challenge with the posting not presenting many of the contract requirements which could put a renter in an awkward situation should the unit be damaged upon arrival.
