We loved everything about this property! The space was perfect for us and contained special touches that were very appreciated. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and cooler. Would love to stay here again.

We stayed at Peter's condo in PLS. Perfect location. Great condo. As he described and pictured. He was a great host to communicate with. He was immediate to respond and answer any questions. Would definitely stay again.

I was recommended this place by a friend. We loved staying here. We stayed with 4 adults, one couple slept in bedroom and one slept in living room. The entire place was the perfect size for us. We swam in the pool every day, before the beach and after the beach. We did walk to beach - it was short but a very hot walk. We rented a car and would highly recommend that. 4 beach chairs, cooler and noodles for pool made are stay 10/10.

Although not on the beach, which of couse we knew ahead of time and were perfectly fine with, we felt this was a perfect location. Nothing was more than a 10 minute car ride, most things only 2 or 3 minutes away. The condo was beautiful, just as advertised, very clean, and the owner very helpful and responsive. There is a ton of beach items in the closet that came very much in handy. The condo itself was the best location the resort has to offer in my opinion. We have zero complaints about this property. Do not hesitate to rent from Peter!

It was a great stay! The checkin process was easy. They had a lot of chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear. Just a quick walk down to the beach. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. If you do stay here, we recommend to have a rental car. Overall would recommend!

La Vista Azul was wonderfully located and had a great view. The pool was super nice right off the patio. The condo was very clean and had some beach equipment for use. Peter was really helpful when we were planning our trip. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay will stay again. Pictures are accurate except the bathtub has been upgraded to a large double head shower, magnificent. The king size bed was very comfortable. Enough utensils for meals. There are (2) pools with one literally steps from the patio and a spa tub. From the pool area you can see nice sunsets. The landscaping of the area is impeccable which further gives the feeling of escape and tranquility. I would recommend car rental. If you're coming to Provo don't miss out on this condo, Grace Bay has nothing on this one.

Wow wow wow. This rental exceeded my expectations! Peter was very communicative and helpful throught the process. From the airport, finding the property was so easy, and it felt very secure with gated access. The condo itself was so clean and clearly well cared for. Having all the beach gear was so helpful, we were able to pack it up in our rental car and explore different beaches on the island. Just a short walk from the condo is a public beach access area that was so peaceful, hardly anyone else there! It was great to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The condo has stairs that lead directly down to the pool, which was so clean and warm (even the unheated one!). I brought my own coffee and made it in the condo, sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunrise. The condo is close to everything, with several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely suggest a rental car to be able to explore the resort and shopping areas of Provo. Although you could walk, it would be quite a hike in the heat. Also, side note, there are a lot of stairs to get into the condo and beach access, so keep that in mind for differing abilities. It was a great and memorable stay, and very reasonably priced compared to big resorts. I cant wait to return!

Quite spacious but the pull out couch is not very comfortable. The mattress needs to be changed. Overall it was a great experience.

This property was perfect for our 7 day vacation. The unit was clean, spacious, confortable, and well decorated. It has a beautiful view and is in walking distance of the beach and restaraunts. It is centrally located to all of the popular attractions and beaches without the chaos of the larger resorts. The pool was perfect and well taken care of (right outside the patio door). The property in general was well taken care of. I wish the water in the shower was hotter and there are alot of steps. But those things are easily overlooked because of all of the positive things about the property. Provo is breath taking. I highly recomment this property!

Was an excellent place for our stay. Property was very well maintained and pools cleaned daily. Great views of the ocean and only a ten minute walk to the beach.

Really great location with an ocean view of the bay complimented by the swimming pools and hot tub. The beauty of this property is graced by fountains and palms. I loved the gelato shop and the friendly visitors to chat with. I really loved the master bath shower. What a wonderful place to stay! Thank you so much!

This condo was everything advertised and more! The views are amazing of the water looking out the back porch, two pools and a hot tub right off the back steps of the porch as well. A quiet beach is only a 5 minute walk from the property. All kinds of beach gear is available, chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella, etc. The house and amenities are as advertised, everything you need for cooking meals, doing laundry, bed is comfortable, cable TV in living room and bedroom. Peter was a great host and super responsive. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a second, it’s close to everything and safe.

Even more beautiful than I thought. Super responsive host, and my flight was delayed a full day and he instantly refunded me for the time missed. Looking forward to coming back asap!

The location is a little tough to find if you don't know the island, but once you find it once you'll have it down. It's a great location, close to the store and away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. It's also super close to Smith's Reef which has amazing snorkling. The property is nice and clean, the shower is amazing. Love having laundry and a kitchen. It was just like being home but so, so much better! The condo is great and the entire island is amazing, we will definitely be back.

Very very nice. Just what we saw on line. Communication was great until we arrived. The office to check where we needed to be had no clue we were there. We tried to contact them, (owner and a co-worker?) but the 3 numbers we had were all disconnected. Last places I stayed they had a list of requirments we needed to do. Like garbage bins, laundry, where safe was. Now I know all I would love to return. Just would be nice to have some contact in case of an emergency. Glad we new other people so we could answer some of our questions. Recommend it to all, but a check list would of been nice.

Loved the view looking out to the ocean and pool outside the patio doors was so convenient, staff at condo always cleaning pool/ hot tub early morning. Parking was good and no issues. Condo very roomy, large and bright. Noted the following things that need improvement with condo. In description said laundry and dishwasher soap provided. These were not supplied and had to purchase ourselves. If we had known would have brought from home. Batteries for the safe were dead so had to replace those. There was a local phone provided for use but no charger. Only two beach chairs provided, should reflect number of people staying in the condo. Beach umbrella provided was flimsy and half broken. Had to end up renting umbrella at beach as drove around to buy one in stores with no luck. Was frustrating. Overall, due to the lack of items/ quality, had to spend extra money and time which could have been enjoyed at the beach. Everything should be checked and made sure items are stocked as per listing and everything in good working order or replaced. Would stay at condo at La Vista Azul through VRBO but one with more attention to details.
