Property completely met all our needs. Arrived haggard and tired. Left rested, happy and looking forward to returning 😁

House was perfect for us, our two little dogs and our friends! Super quick walk to the beach and great views from the margarita deck. The house is a little older and worn, but well stocked and clean. If you have bigger dogs and close the gate, it is fully fenced. My little Maltese mix could get under the gate if she tried. We’ve been coming to Rocky Point for years, and this is one of the best houses we’ve rented. We are hoping to be back soon!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice! It is a beautiful home with en-suite bathrooms in every room, a powder room off of the kitchen, 3 separate level balconies to enjoy the breeze of the ocean, a built in outside grill if you decide to grill outside for dinner (we did), spacious rooms and bathrooms, I could go on and on about this home! Gary was extremely accommodating as is his home. We never had a problem, I did ask for a late check-out (noon) due to unforeseen circumstances and he was fine with it. 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

Very spacious and every room had its own bathroom, beautiful views from the balcony and a short walk from the beach.

Great house, wonderful views of the ocean & right across the road from beach access. The owner is a couple of doors down & very helpful. On request, he left a list of restaurants he recommended & even a map of the town. We will definitely be back!

The home has sufficient car parking! The home was huge and very open floor plan living area and kitchen very spacious as well as the rooms and main restrooms were big! Super close to beach in the second row of the beach front homes. Definitely would stay here again!

House was clean, good communication with Gary. We had issues with the brand new AC unit but Gary had it repaired quickly, even offered to help us find another place. Night temperature was in the 60s so no need, would definitely recommend the property to others.

The property is nice and has all the amenities full stocked kitchen with every tool you need. The layout is nice. There is work being done behind the house but was little bother as we went to the beach all day. Bring your own beach towels, toys, and chairs.

Each bedroom has their own bathroom and outside areas were super nice. Great house and location

What a great place. Dogs were safe behind walled in area. Security guards did a drive by every couple of hours. Access to beach was indeed across the street. Views were better than expected. Accommodations were comfortable and provided privacy when wanted. Beds were also comfortable. Everything was provided for kitchen and beach. We will return and had a wonderful stay full of laughter, fun and adventures.

I think there is actually more outdoor/patio square space than internal. The setup is perfect. And literally a one minute walk to the beach. Thank you Gary.

Very nice property. Great views. Good location. We stayed for a month and loved it. I appreciate having dog friendly properties to rent. We really enjoyed walking our dogs on the beach! Owners are right next door and very responsive. Would stay again.

Great home, well stocked kitchen, RO system for drinking water, ice maker, beach access right in front of house. A lot of patios and viewing decks. Gated parking. Loved during high tide it was sandy beach swimming and low tide exposes the reef and rocks perfect for sea creature viewing and shell hunting. Our family/friends stayed in the house right in front of ours, which is also Gary’s, on the beach side. Gary greeting us upon checkin and checked during our stay to make sure we had what we needed.

Home was large and comfortable. Beach was so close we would walk there barefoot! The patios all have a view of the ocean and as soon as you open the doors you can hear the waves! Manager came by and greeted us when we arrived and made himself available. Definitely be back soon.

The owner Gary greeted us on our arrival, and was readily available during our stay. The house was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and exactly as described, living area and kitchen even bigger than the photos show. Would definitely stay again.

Well maintained property. The owner is updating and trying to address any issues. No major complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here 3 times and nice location to the beach, directly across the street. House is comfortable to take the whole family and still have space. The whole property is enclosed so very safe for dogs

The house is perfectly located right across the street from the beach, with a walkable access aost directly across from the house. There is TONS of patio space, so much room for people to stretch out and relax. We were greeted by the property owner when we first got there, who was very nice and offered to help us with whatever we needed. Overall, this house has amazing potential for large parties and get togethers. Especially with each bedroom having its own bathroom, that was a huge plus! Now for the bad part. The house suffers from some severe deffered maintenance. There are outlets that are hanging out of the walls, cracks running through the ceiling, loose tiles, loose banisters, the furniture looked like it was from the early 90s, air filters that looked like they haven't been changed in years. Little things that add up to being really distracting in an otherwise very nice house. I would certainly stay again, but it would need some updating before I did.

Home very clean and livable. Good floor plan. Lots of patios. Easy walk to beach. Landlord helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Tons of patios!

Thompson Vacation Home was exactly as described. In fact, it was more spacious than it seemed in the photos. It had lots of levels inside and outside, great for hanging out and relaxing. Each outside level had a table and bench seats so larger groups can easily fit. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom plus there was an additional bathroom off the living room area. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need for cooking full meals (bring your own spices). The grounds were neat and the gate was perfect for parking the car off the street and allowing the dog to have complete freedom. The beach was a very short walk through the houses across the street. El Malecon, grocery store, and restaurants were all very close by. Gary was nice and available for questions. We loved it all!

To many stairs. Needs a modern stove. And some better Cookware. Bueatifull Bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Loved the Gated parking. The Dogs just Loved their stay. .Me My legs are Sore. Overall I would say a 4.5 . A little Work could make it a a easy 5.0... my legs would still be sore.

This is a very comfortable, roomy house close to the beach. The upper level patios are especially nice and provide a beautiful view out to the water. Everything we needed to enjoy the stay was provided, and the enclosed yard was great for our dog. The house is very easy to find, and conveniently located toward the entrance of the Las Conchas area, so it was easy to get in and out. The host was very accommodating, allowing both early check-in and late check-out. We had a huge storm blow through during our stay which caused some issues with water leaking and the wifi (not unusual in Las Conchas area houses), but the host was very responsive and did what he could to address the issues as much as possible. We'll be back, though hopefully without any major rainstorms next time!

Loved the house, the check in process was so easy. We have rented this house before and will rent again. Property management even greeted us, very nice.

Large beds and each bedroom had a separate bathroom was a big plus for us.

We had a very nice stay at the Thompson home. Everything was clean and worked except for the overhead fan/light in one of the bedrooms.

Yet another flawless, comfortable, quiet stay! I certainly will be back.
