The property was in close proximity to Port Lucaya and had a perfect beach about 100 feet from the back door of the room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I return for work.

This condo was as advertised. It is nicely appointed and updated. Close to the swimming pool and beach. The condo's location is convenient to everything you need to do in Freeport. We would love to stay here again!

My husband and I just returned from the most wonderful vacation with our one year old baby! Everthing was perfect at Angie and John’s condo. Angie was always available to answer our questions. The condo was immaculate and everything was provided including towels, kitchen utensils and pots and pans. We even had access to two beach chairs. The condo is very welcoming and the decor is beautiful. Coral Beach is absolutely stunning and the condo complex has 24 h security. We had the pleasure of meeting Mel, the property manager who was so kind and helpful!! We also met Queenie, our cab driver, a really sweet lady! Everyone at coral beach hotel and condos was so nice! We would definitely go back !! Than k you Angie and John for making our stay so pleasant!

Property was exactly as described. Angela was responsive and helpful with any questions. Nice upgrades and very roomy for 2 people. Staff on property were friendly and helpful and the beach was beautiful and clean. The only way to improve this unit would be to upgrade the sliding door as it was a little difficult to deal with. Really loved the unit overall and would definitely rent again when we return to Freeport.

My husband and I spent 10 days at Angie's Coral Beach condo. We had a lovely stay and it was the most relaxing vacation I can ever remember having! The location of the condo was fantastic, on the ground floor, near the exit facing the beach and a patio facing the courtyard. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast every day and an occasional dinner. We ate at restaurants for most dinners. It was very clean and nicely decorated, and even as an efficiency, there was enough room not to feel crowded. As a pleasant surprise, the Coral Beach Hotel/Condos is an established community of return residents. People know each other and are eager to get-to-know the visitors. We met some lovely people with whom we enjoyed socializing over the time we visited. Happy hours at the poolside bar & restaurant was one of the high points. I can't say enough about the gorgeous beach at Coral Beach, and all the rest! We enjoyed daily walks, multiple times a day. A couple of notes, groceries and restaurants were a substantial walk; groceries at Solomon's approximately 3 miles 1-way, between 1.5-2 miles to restaurants. We didn't mind and took the beach route for as long as we could. You could take a taxi, but the cost adds up. I'm pretty sure we lost weight on this vacation. Everything was a lot more expensive than we expected. Groceries nearly double and there wasn't much of a selection. Restaurants too, but not double. I also expected higher quality options at restaurants, but where we went found the food to be average. Having traveled to Hawaii last year, we found the food/groceries to be more in the Bahamas than in Hawaii. That said, we had a great time and a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The people were super friendly too! We went fishing with Captain Les, caught a variety of yummy fish that gave us two meals. He was fun and very accommodating. He really worked hard to make sure we caught fish. We also visited Lucaya National Park and Gold Rock Beach. Definitely worth the trip! Just one note to Angie, the screen door doesn't fit the sliding door opening, so we weren't able to use it and had to keep the condo closed up to avoid letting in bugs. We loved our stay at Angie’s condo and at Coral beach. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The grounds were very well maintained and the security was excellent. You always felt safe in the grounds. The beach was fantastic and uncrowded. We like to walk and the beach goes on for a long way in both directions. The Port Lucayan Marketplace is real nice with great shops and restaurants. While you are there, please stop in and check out the art shop across from Zorba’s restaurant. Leo Brown is an absolutely amazing artist and person. We visited with him on a couple of occasions and were spellbound by his art and his interpretations of it. It’s very reasonably priced, by the way. We went reef fishing with Captain Les of Lil’B Charters. He’s a hard working man and will put you on the fish! We caught enough for two dinners! At $70 per person you can’t go wrong! One word of caution, be prepared for some sticker shock when buying groceries at Salomans Grocery in Port Lucaya. I heard that there are stores in Freeport that are a little less expensive, but groceries and goods are expensive in the Bahamas. If you’re taking a taxi anywhere from Coral Beach, ask for Queenie - she’s a trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. My husband and I, along with our 7-year old daughter spent 7 days there during Spring break. It is just a few steps to the swimming pool, beach and beach bar. It is a very laid back condo complex and not very crowded at all. Perfect for relaxing.

This condo was exactly like the pictures. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beach and pool were right out the door. The staff at Coral Beach were very friendly and helpful. The location is great you can walk along the beach or road to the Port Lucaya marketplace or take the public bus which is just steps away from the building. There is some noise due to construction happening on the property after the last hurricane (which is totally understandable) , but they don't start too early in the morning and it was pretty easy to adapt to given the view and location!

The Condo was very comfortable and clean. Very well appointed and thought out. Even beach chairs and a cooler for the beach were provided. The sand is beautiful and the waters crystal clear. Angie's communication is second to none. We felt very safe and Port Lucaya was only a 20 min walk along the road or beach. You will not regret a stay at this condo.

Studio was exactly what we were hoping for on our trip! Clean and just steps from the beautiful beach. Great place to stay, looking forward to our next trip back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The entire complex is a gated facility with 24 hour security personnel. The front door is locked at night so we felt very secure and we were given a key to get out at leisure. The unit we were in was literally a hop and skip away from the beach. We loved the fact that there was an a/c unit and 2 fans in case we needed cooling off. Everything we needed was provided from towels, blankets, cookware, and hand soap. Many Black and Decker appliances that worked well. We were warned that there was damage to the outside of the building from the hurricane last year but it didn't make a difference to us! All of the beaches we visited were absolutely beautiful including Coral Beach. We rented our own car and are happy we did because the bus stops were scarce and it was too hot to stand waiting for one. Parking for free was available on the street but beware it can get packed quickly. We're thankful for having chose this place to stay and would definitely use it again.

This is a beautiful newly renovated studio unit at lovely clean Coral Beach on Grand Bahama Island. The unit was spotless and well appointed. We enjoyed walking along the beach each morning to find our breakfast at Port Lucaya. We swam daily in the lovely clear water. The communication from the owners was excellent. We want to go back!

Joe & Rosa My wife and I stayed at Angie and John's condo for two weeks. Everything was perfect. The condo was spacious, spotless and nicely decorated. All countertops are marble with under mount sinks. The kitchen had new appliances including a full size fridge. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils. A very comfortable king size bed, large screen TV, safety deposit box, Wi-Fi and most important a house phone, so you can call home anytime without any long distance charges. Our unit was on the main floor (3116) steps away from the pool, the bar/restaurant and the beach and no need for elevators. Towels, beach chairs, beach towels, patio furniture all included. In addition to a perfect condo, Angie and John are great to deal with. Coral Beach is a perfect place; white powdered sand and clear blue water. Port Lucaya is where the action is. it's a 15 minute walk from the condo unit, or a $6 to $8 cab ride. Shopping, restaurants, "Duty Free" shopping are all at Port Lucaya. For groceries, there is Soloman, located on Sea Horse Mall, $8 cab ride with groceries. If you are looking for a great relaxing vacation in Freeport, then consider Coral Beach and get in touch with Angie & John. My wife and I will go back next year.

My husband and I stayed in Angie and John's condo for a week and everything was perfect! We so appreciated the very comfortable bed, glasses, dishes, pots/pans, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, patio furniture, wifi, house phone to call U.S. etc.; everything was in great shape and just what we needed to fully enjoy our time there. The condo was spotless upon our arrival. Angie is very responsive when booking online and it is obvious that she and her husband have really considered the needs of their guests. We love Coral Beach- the pool, beach and outdoor pool bar/restaurant make for a lovely, relaxing vacation. It was our 3rd trip to Coral Beach, but our 1st time at Angie's condo. We will stay here again!

What an amazing holiday! If you're planning to go to Freeport Bahamas this is the place to stay! Our room was amazing! Immaculate, spacious, and modern. It had everything we needed and more already stocked. From pots and pans to safety deposit boxes and let's not forget Wi-Fi and a magic jack phone number so you can call home anytime you need. The owners John and Angie have taken the time to make sure not to overlook the slightest detail. Not to mention, how great they were to deal with. Our room was on the main floor and just steps away from the beach. Just passed the private pool and beach bar Resto. The beach....what can I say? White powdered sand and lined with palm trees! "It's better at Coral beach" We got it right this time!!!!

The unit was in outstanding shape and well kept. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Angie answers any questions you may have. It was a pleasure meeting her and I am glad I chose to rent her unit. The unit is steps away from the pool, and bar. Will definitely rent her unit again when I come back to visit The Bahamas.

The unit was in exceptional state, with all the comforts of home. Meticulously clean. Posh & elegant perfectly describe this unit yet comfortable and relaxing furniture, comfy bed, gorgeous bath and kitchen, and decorated to perfection yet personal. The owners thought of everything to make our stay… well, perfect! We cannot think of any place that we enjoyed so much. We recommend it whole heartedly! We had a perfect time and we think you will too. The beach is gorgeous with white sand and turquoise water, pool area is well kept and pool bar is great with excellent food and drinks, and highly recommend cappuccino's restaurant in port Lucaya. This was a perfect vacation experience beginning with the first contact to the owner. Angie was so quick with all her replies, very friendly and accommodating to all our questions which made scheduling our trip a breeze. The property was everything described and depicted in the listing and more! You could not ask for more in the way of amenities and comforts of home. The condo was immaculate and the instructions Angie gave made it so easy....no guessing what was where and how to work this or that. If this listing is open for your dates, don't hesitate...book it! Beyond this great condo, the property itself offers such convenience. Steps away from the sand for peaceful walks along the ocean. Beautiful private beach area with shade huts, perfectly maintained swimming pool, and a great little lunch and dinner pub/restaurant right by the pool for when you don't want to cook or venture around the island for dinner. No shoes...No Problem! Happy Hour from 4-7! You can take quick, easy and inexpensive cab rides to and from the airport, grocery, Port Lucaya etc... You can also get to Port Lucaya on foot, only a quick walk down the sands alongside the beautiful ocean. Our thanks to Angie, plus the property manager, the property staff, restaurant staff, and the friendly island residents for making this another perfect vacation in the Bahamas!

We love to get away to warm waterfront locales for vacation as our way to decompress. Everything we could've wanted was in Angie and John's place. No need to pack linens, kitchen gadgets, or even beach chairs. It was all there. With the grocery store a short taxi ride away, we were able to eat breakfast on the patio, lunch on the beach and then walk to Lucaya along the shore for dinner. The whole area is well kept and we've never encountered such friendly and helpful people. We've already recommended this place to others. 150 steps gets you to tropical waters and swaying palms.
